You just need more willpower.
You need to push harder and juststick to the plan.

you're growing a team.
And you show up even when you'retired.
Consider this.
If you're disciplined everywhereelse, the problem is not that
you need more discipline.

Now, let's take that a step further.
What if healthy eating isn't adiscipline problem, but instead
it's a design problem, astrategy problem, a food
enjoyment problem?
Because here's the truth mostleaders never hear.
When you have the most healingfoods and they genuinely taste
incredible and fit your busylife, you do not need willpower
at all.

You just enjoy your way tofeeling good.

That is gold.
You need to hold on to that.
Think about what Jared justsaid.

I know it sounds almost toodreamy to be true.
I promise it's possible.
But first you need to realizewhich foods are the most
nutrient-dense, healing foods onthe planet.
And that's when everything canchange for you.

Whole plant foods are the foodsGod gave us from the very
beginning to enjoy, according toGenesis 129, the foods designed
to bring life, not sickness orconstant exhaustion.
We know beyond a shadow of adoubt through scripture,
reliable research, through ourown personal healing journey,
and through the countlessclients we've walked with that

these are the foods that bringlife.
Fruits and vegetables, wholegrains, nuts, seeds, and
legumes.
And if you think about it,you'll quickly realize that even
grandma knew it.
Johnny, eat your vegetables,right?
That's what we heard her say.
Not grab that piece of steak ormake sure that box of cheese
nips.
Yeah, make sure you eat morecheese nips.

Our grandparents knew what theywere talking about.
But the problem is how do youeat those foods and the way that
actually works for you longterm?
And that's what we're talkingabout today.
Jared and I have lost over 75pounds together in the way that
is actually enjoyable andexciting.
Not only that, we reversedmultiple diagnoses like fatigue
and chronic joint pain, chronicbladder diagnosis, and

fibrocystic breast disease forme.
We didn't diet, we never feltdeprived.
We didn't need to forcediscipline or willpower.
Thankfully, that's just notnecessary, nor does it bring
lasting health.

SPEAKER_01 (08:46):
And we see the same thing with our clients over and
over again.
Type 2 diabetes, high bloodpressure, high cholesterol,
autoimmune issues, headache,fatigue, weight struggles, all
these health struggles and moregoing from needing to be managed
to reducing in severity andoften completely reversed.
Naturally, scripture confirmsit, science confirms it,

people's lives confirm it overand over again.
Isn't it exciting how God'soriginal design is still the
most life-giving solutionavailable today?

SPEAKER_00 (09:17):
We love it so much.
Well, Jared knows how much Ilove it because we are talking
about the key to finding foodfreedom here, and we're all
about it.
So, what's the real obstacle tofinding optimal health?
What I've seen is that mostpeople think healthy eating,
particularly eating whole plantfoods regularly, has to taste
less than incredible or be hardto do if they want to get

results.
They think healthy eating meanssacrificing flavor.
How am I going to do this if allI can eat is rabbit food, right?
This is what we hear time andagain.
You think you're going to loseyour comfort foods or feel
restricted or have to eat tinyportions that don't fill you up.
So you force yourself again andagain into restriction and
hanger, avoiding the meals youlove, pushing through your

cravings every day, and you callit discipline.
Friend, this breaks our heartsbecause the truth is, this is
not discipline.
This is living in deprivation.
And what if none of that wasnecessary?
I want to share a story withyou.
This happened just the otherday.
I was talking with a woman,we'll call her Sherry.
And Sherry, she loves lasagna.

(10:25):
Loves it.
But she told me that because shewants to be healthy, she hasn't
allowed herself to have lasagnafor six years.
Those are the actual words sheused when she was talking to me.
I haven't allowed myself to havelasagna.
Six years of being disciplinedenough to avoid something she
loves that much.
Six years of saying no.

(10:46):
Six years of well-intentionedwillpower.
Six years of missing out.
And the saddest part is this shecould have been living in
optimal health this whole entiretime.
She could have been enjoying herfavorite foods while thriving in
her calling as a result, but noone ever told her that this was
possible.
No one showed her how.

She truly wants to halt diseasein her body and prevent future
problems, but was taught thatbeing disciplined and denying

This is what Jared and I see somany of you doing to yourself.
And it's what breaks our heartsthe most.

Now listen, this isn't the firsttime we've heard this story and
probably won't be the last.
Naomi shared something verysimilar.
She wanted to lose weight, shewanted to reverse her health
problems, she just wanted tofeel good again.
So she asked her doctor, Whatcan I do?
How can I get healthy?
And her doctor turned to her andsaid, What's your favorite food?

And Naomi told her, Pasta.
And right before walking out ofthe room, her doctor said, Just
stop eating pasta.
You can't have that anymore.
And she left.

SPEAKER_00 (12:17):
So Naomi told us that she left that appointment
and walked straight to her carwhere she cried because she felt
so defeated.
Now tell me this, is Naomi goingto find getting healthy easy or
even possible with that kind ofadvice?
Jared and I have heard variousversions of this exact same
story over and over again.

(12:39):
My husband loves sweets.
His problem is he won't stopeating brownies.
Another person told us, I knowmy problem's cheese.
I've just got to stop eating it.
And they firmly believe thatwhat they are saying is true
because no one has told them thetruth that can set them free.

SPEAKER_01 (12:56):
What if deprivation is not necessary?
What if Naomi could still enjoypasta, lose the extra weight,
and reverse her pain, high bloodpressure, and type 2 diabetes?
What if the brownie lovers couldenjoy brownies guilt free?

Dum.
And the great thing is we knowthat's possible because we do it
on the regular.
We don't eat brownies everysingle day, right?
That doesn't even make sense.
But we enjoy them when we wantthem.
And that's the golden key.
