Speaker 1 (00:01):
March the 8th, 2024.
You know, I'm going to startmaking my own anniversary date
and that is my anniversary datefor when I was at TK's Comedy
Club in Dallas, texas, last yearMarch the 8th and it was such a
special date for me because Ihad been rehearsing a lot, I had
been doing a lot of writing andmy goal was to have three

(00:23):
videos from that show that I didand have them be used in my
Instagram which are my top threepinned videos on my Instagram
right now and use those videosfor references for comedy shows,
doing corporate shows, privateshows, comedy clubs, nationwide
touring and more.
And that's exactly what I'vedone In the last 12 months.
I've gone from about 450followers to around 20,000 and

(00:47):
growing.
I'm getting booked statewide, working on going nationwide, and
now I want to do USO tours forthe military.
I'm working it.
I'm working it.
My next goals now are to startto get booked at out-of-state
venues.
I want to get hooked up withthe military.

(01:08):
I have police shows, uh in theworks and making myself more of
a uh, going from a city to astate state to a national and
then an international level.
But you know, I'm a bigbeliever in writing down your
goals and and, uh, seeingthrough them.
But part of why it was thislike 2024, excuse me, march 8th

(01:29):
date was such a big date isbecause I had been doing a
year's preparation for that onespecial date and I kept telling
the promoter there TK, I'm goingto come back, I'm going to come
back and I intend to come back, all right, and I'm going to
sell that place out, but I'mstill right now.
My biggest goal is building myaudience, building my audience,

(01:53):
building my audience, buildingmy audience and I can't
overemphasize it because that'sexactly what I'm doing and I
have been doing, right?
Um, I really am working on to.
Um, part of my goal is to be,uh, omnipresent, being multiple
places at once.
When you think about awell-done comedy, I want you to
think about me and, uh, it'sinteresting cause I'm actually

(02:16):
all my.
I have a very, um,stylistically kind of like an
aggressive, sarcastic, demeaningtone and style about myself,
but I don't have to use badlanguage.
I used to use bad language, youknow profanities and stuff like
that, but no more.
No, mas, right?
Um, it's actually helped mywriting out a whole lot and, uh,
my jokes are a lot more uh,punchy.

(02:38):
They have a lot more deliveredto them and uh it, it just
helped me exponentially.
So now, onward and upward, rightI'm going.
I don't think this is too bigof a reveal.
So, anyway, I'm basically goingto be calling places and
instead of being reactive whichis part of what this whole last

(03:00):
year was it was to be proactive.
So my phone is has unlimitedminutes, as I'm, you know,
everybody does.
But now I'm going to startreaching out to people and I'm
going to be aggressivelycontacting businesses and um,
markets and programs and stufflike that.
And, uh, I'm working on beingon television and I'm really,

(03:26):
really excited.
But, to say the least and themost, there's a lot in the works
.
I'm a master strategic plannerand my plan for that 12-month
period coming into March 8, 2024came to fruition, for that 12

(03:47):
month period coming into March8th 2024 came to fruition.
And now it's been one year andit's March the 8th, 2025.
And now I'm just, it took me solong just to make this plan and
uh, um, I don't I don't want togive any details because my
blueprint works for me, right, and I don't want to give it to
somebody else and I'm verydetailed in it and I follow
through.
So I'm excited for this nextstage.

(04:10):
I just wanted to make anannouncement as far as why this
date is so significant and youcan see, if you just go back in
the past and you look at myfollowers and viewers and my
progress, the things that I'mgoing.
But I feel like it's importantnot just to say your things but
to write them down.
Write them down and get it doneRight and um, by doing so, it's

(04:33):
kind of like a checklist.
You know I have short-term goalsand long-term goals uh, weekly,
monthly, quarterly, and um, itreally helps me push the
envelope.
It really helps me push myselfto have a date on it, because
when you have a date on it, youhold yourself accountable and
you try to bust your ass.
You know I hate procrastination.
However, there's somethingweird about that too, which is,

(04:56):
even if you're notprocrastinating, when you get
closer to a certain date thatsomething is due, you push even
more.
So push before, push during andleading up to that exact very
due, you push even more, so pushbefore, push during and leading
up to that exact very moment, push more, always prepare,
always prepare, and then, whenyou're in that moment, okay,
drive through it, just relax andlet the momentum of all your

(05:17):
hard work take over, which isexactly, essentially, what I'm
doing now.
My next goal is, uh, taking themomentum of this last year up
until March the 8th and to startto work on my goals, uh, for
this 2025, new year, and I'mpumped, I'm excited.
It may sound like I'm repeatingmyself and I'm really not,

(05:37):
because I'm taking, um, I'mtaking like a grain of salt and
building it into like a littlemill, and then a little hill,
and working it into a mountain.
You know what I mean.
These are all small steps takenincrementally.
You know, it's like I tellpeople.
You don't necessarily try tojump up a staircase and look and
wonder how you can get there, but if you take a step, one step

(05:58):
at a time, you'll get there,and that's exactly what I'm
doing.
So, anyway, I hope everyone hasa beautiful rest of your day.
It's a very beautiful March 8th, very happy day for me.
I'm pumped, I'm excited and Igot a huge, huge show to do this
Wednesday.
It's an award show and I'll bepresenting all sorts of material
.
It's a private show, so I'm notgoing to talk about the client
or anything like that, but I'mexcited, I'm honored and I'm

(06:28):
thankful.
So, without further ado, I'mbinge.
Well done, Check me out.
Peace.
