In this episode, I want to keep it short and sweet because I would love to give you 3 beautiful ways you can begin raising love within yourself right now.
In the last 15 episodes of the Raising Love podcast, I have talked a lot about you and your body. I have shared with you how I absolutely HATED myself and my body for most of my life.
And, that as women it is normal to be self-deprecating about ourselves and our bodies. And, if for some reason a woman should actually LOVE her body then there must be something wrong with her so we get our guard up and do whatever we can to make sure she comes back down to the unloving place we live in.
The place where she really belongs. Down in the dumps with the rest of us because it makes us feel safe and secure having others feeling shit about themselves just like we do.
But what if we all ended up in a beautiful place? A place that was full of love and affection for who we are and our bodies. A place where we built each other up as women and encouraged one another to feel good about every inch of ourselves.
Wouldn’t that be a wonderful place to live?
