Tony Gyenis covers how anger takes over the body and your light leaves. The anger blocks so much insight to such as point that we don't know what we are doing. Protecting your light means that anger is the culprit. Tony gives several examples how anger pushes out your light and whatever happens after that is not you. Your anger is in charge if you let it.
