Selina G. Wiggins (born 29 November 1980) is an award-winning real estate agent based in Bradenton. She currently works at Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, a leading real estate company based in Sarasota, Florida. Wiggins was a Chairperson of the Scholarship Committee in 2021 at Realtor Association of Sarasota & Manatee, currently Co-Chairperson at the Affordable Housing Committee, member of the Women's Council of Realtors, Manasota Black Chamber of Commerce, and Manatee Chamber of Commerce. Wiggins is recognized as one of the top real estate agents in the area with a net worth of over $3.1 Million. She has attracted a lot of attention as a result of her several seven-figure revenue streams from her real estate portfolio, and she is regarded as a sought-after real estate mogul. Selina is a new author to releasing her book “The Journey to Live Again: An Anthology of Resilience”. Wiggins is also the recipient of the Rising Star Award for Women's Council of Realtors, Manasota Honors Realtor of Year 2021 Award, and Woman of the Summer 2021 Award.
