Speaker 1 (00:02):
Ladies and gentlemen,
welcome back to part two of
Rise from the Ashes.
Don't ask me what episode it is, because I don't remember and I
don't know.
It's in the 80s or 90s, Ibelieve.
We're not fully there to the100s, but we're working on it.
I'm here again with Tim and Timwas speaking about his journey
through hypnosis and how hebecame what he is today and
(00:23):
helping people at the highestlevel of celebrities and
executive coach.
Tim, thank you very much forjoining me again today.
You're awesome and I want torecap slightly of what you said
in part one, where the beliefsystems were anchored in
unworthiness mostly and they hadmany symptoms from that.
(00:44):
But you went one step deeperand you actually created a
system over 20 years to cutthrough the noise to truly help
people.
Can you speak into that systemslightly and tell the audience
what it's about and what you dotoday from that journey?
Speaker 2 (01:06):
Yes, thank you.
Yeah, people ask me all thetime why do you create your One
Belief Away method?
You know it's the title of mybook I wrote with Joe Vitale,
called One Belief Away, and Ididn't create that method, it
created me.
So I was always just trying touse different tools and
techniques.
Like I said before, if therewas anybody out there that was
(01:27):
saying that this tool wasworking psychokinesis, emdr, eft
, nlp, hypnotherapy, cognitivebehavioral therapy, behavior
modification you know, whateverit might have been, I wanted to
use it, I wanted to getcertified, I wanted to learn how
to use it.
I wanted to because I had sucha passion for helping my clients
and I found that, no matterwhat I offered, there was so
(01:49):
many people that would relapse.
Right, people would come to mewith the hypnosis, which at the
time, I was primarily using itto get people as relaxed as I
could you know, deep into trance, which just means really
relaxed and focused and thenjust hit them with as many
positive affirmations as I couldcome up with and I found that
it would last for about a weekand then the people it would
(02:10):
wear off and I'm like, well, there's got to be something
deeper.
And I found that that justdoing that is like cutting the
top off of weeds, which is whattherapy is like.
You know, you're not getting tothe root of it, and so then we
try to use medicine to changehow we feel.
That's like throwing dirt ontop of the weeds, and so I had
to figure out well, how do youpull the weeds out at the root?
And so the first experiencethat I take people through is
(02:33):
called the awakening, and we'reusing hypnotic regression and
we're going back to the originalevent or situation that's most
responsible for the biggest fearthey have.
I look at human beings asamazing high performance
machines, but we've got these, you know amazing race cars, but
we've got parking brakes appliedin our brain and we don't know
they're there or we don't knowhow to release them.
(02:54):
And so the first session we goand we find that parking brake.
We find that biggest fear, andthen we upgrade it right, we
start to look at it in adifferent way.
I take people through anexperience that helps them to
replace fear with love.
That helps them to replace afear of not being enough, that
feeling of not being, you know, that fear of lack, and we
(03:14):
replace it with a fear ofabundance and joy and
self-acceptance.
And then in session two, we dothe releasing.
So in first session we upgradethe beliefs.
In the second session weupgrade the feelings, because
people would upgrade the beliefsbut then they would like
sometimes open a door, and nowall these memories are coming up
and all these yucky feelingsare coming up.
And so in session two, I had tofigure out something that was
(03:37):
going to release that, and I did.
You know it's a combination.
These journeys I take peoplethrough that are usually about a
half hour long, and one ofthese sessions is better than
like two years of therapy, right, and so it was able to pull all
the different tools andtechniques that were working
really, really well and put theminto a journey that for 95
(03:58):
percent of the people, no matterwhat their problem is, it's
helping resolve it and give thema sense of peace afterwards,
it's sustainable, it laststhrough time, and so then you
take them through that releasingand then you turn them into
what I call the shifting, whichis becoming you 2.0, baz 2.0,
the empowered version of you, which is who you are now
(04:19):
compared to the man that youwere at one time, right, and
then eventually you're going tobe Baz 3.0, because this journey
you're on is just making youmore connected, more authentic,
more in tune with healing others, which is increasing your
wisdom.
I'm a big fan of being a wisdomcollector, right.
And then all the lives you'rebenefiting through this show
that you have here.
So this is the journey that wego through.
(04:42):
Pablo Picasso said that youknow, the goal of life is to
share your gifts, and then themeaning is to give it away,
right, and so that's what we'reboth doing here helping people
to realize that we're more thanwho we were when we started, and
so I keep taking people.
There's eight experiencesaltogether that that that we go
through, that we go through, andit is miraculous.
(05:11):
I'm a student of sales andmarketing and one of the best
ways to get people to believesomething works is through
testimonials.
So I've collected a thousandtestimonials and case studies
just documenting, documenting,documenting.
I'm an educational marketer, which is how most people find me
.
It's one of the reasons I'vebeen endorsed by Bob Proctor and
Brian Tracy and Les Brown andthe OGs of personal development.
(05:31):
Joe Vitale said that I was thebest living hypnotist in the
world.
Today, in fact, he has a ZeroLimits movie that's coming out
in June and I'm in it, and soit's going to be awesome.
So that's how these experienceswork and why they work so well.
Speaker 1 (05:49):
I mean your ascension
through your own growth,
through serving others, istestimony that this stuff really
works.
And I've been on nowhere nearyour credibility or level doing
your expertise in the field, certainly, but on my short five
(06:09):
or six year journey doingpersonal development, I do know
the power of beliefs.
I've had my own experiencesunderstanding the power of them,
but from my own essentialelevation within what I'm doing,
my own journey, and I'veapplied that to help other
people.
But you've gone one stepfurther.
(06:31):
You've gone, gone.
Okay, let's break all the mold.
I want to just not help oneperson or group of people.
You've now done a, done a movie.
That's just nuts.
So so can you tell me about themovie please, because I'm now
now?
I mean, I didn't.
I knew about it but I didn'tknow when the release date was.
So can you speak into that, ifyou're allowed to, that is, into
(06:52):
the movie and tell people whatit's about.
Speaker 2 (06:55):
Sure, yeah.
So it's centered around thework of Joe Vitale, who's
written like 80 books, and oneof his books was the book called
Zero Limits.
And Patrick, who's theexecutive producer, came across
that book and loved it andwanted to make a movie about it,
and so he surveyed othercoaches around the country that
(07:16):
were believing in zero limitsand showing that it was possible
, and so they put it together.
They wanted to be like part twoof the secret right, to show
how to use some of Joe's wisdomand strategies, like
Ho'oponopono, which is aHawaiian strategy of releasing
yourself from fears and limitingbeliefs.
It uses tapping and all kindsof meditation and just different
(07:40):
tools and strategies thatpeople highlight in that movie,
and so I came in withtestimonials.
I wanted to show what, insteadof just coming in and saying,
look at my life or what I'vedone.
I wanted to show what otherpeople have accomplished and
what Zero Limits actually lookslike, and so I had some pretty
impressive testimonials frompeople that transformed their
(08:00):
body, their health, theirfinances, and it was really fun.
So it's coming out.
You can go to ZeroLimitscom orZeroLimitsMoviecom.
It's moviecom and there's apremiere at uh in Sacramento on
June I believe 12th um or the19th, I can't remember all the
(08:23):
dates, but uh, and then it'lleventually come out on, probably
on Amazon, apple TV, stuff likethat, streaming services, so,
um, but it's a great movie andit's a lot of fun and it gives
you some really practical toolsand a lot of inspiration.
So I was proud to be asked tobe a part of that.
The other really cool peopleare in there.
John Ashraf is in there.
Dr John Demartini, who I'm abig fan of as well, is in there.
(08:46):
They were both in the Secret,so it's just a really great
movie.
Patrick's a genius at puttingthese movies together and I'm
excited to share it.
So thank you for asking meabout it no, I.
Speaker 1 (08:59):
This is really
fascinating for me because I
love that sort of the concept ofpeople like you've done the
journey and experienced it, notjust with yourself but with
other people.
I mean a thousand plustestimonials.
That's incredible.
The people you're mentioning, the Bob Proctors, les Brown I
would love to interview thesepeople on the show just for not
(09:23):
the credibility or to use it,but just to understand their
knowledge, and it's aboutsharing that knowledge, like you
said earlier.
But people like you are veryrare, I think, tim, because
you're not in it just foryourself.
You're in it to expandawareness and expand knowledge,
(09:45):
to really help people, but froma position of knowing what the
power is, from your personaltransformation.
People like Les Brown, bobProctor the late Bob Proctor,
unfortunately Brian Tracy, jackCanfield, all of the greats,
tony Robbins the list goes onhave experienced themselves, but
(10:07):
they've gone on to change otherpeople's lives.
Someone, dean Graziosi, oncesaid to me every success, an
uber success, you see, is 15years in the making.
Speaker 2 (10:22):
So the people you see
on stages, all the greats.
Speaker 1 (10:25):
They have had these
journeys for about 15, 20 years,
and it just occurred to meyou're at this stage of doing
this for 15 or 20 years servingother people and now you're
going to be on a film that'sgoing to last, you know, a
hundred years, and people willhave that knowledge a hundred
years from now.
(10:45):
That's, for me, that's awesome.
That's amazing.
If the people want to find youand work with you, have a
conversation or learn more aboutyou, where do they go?
I know you've got a website.
I know you've got LinkedIn.
What's the best place to sendpeople?
This link will be in the, inthe, in the descriptions or the
blog.
Please go and check it out, but, tim, if you just share it with
(11:08):
us so they can hear it andwrite it down if they need to
with us so they can hear it andwrite it down if they need to.
Speaker 2 (11:18):
So I grew up in
indiana, and so I have uh indie
hypnosis, so indy hypnosiscom, and uh I've had uh locations in
los angeles and in uh florida,so um, but indiana is where my
home base was for many, many, many years, and I'm still
headquartered there.
So if you go to indyhypnosiscom, there's a lot of training and
(11:39):
a lot of really great tools andstrategies.
I just want to add, though, that I am nothing special and
I'm not on a higher level thananybody else.
I think we all have thatamazing spirit within us.
We all have that potentialwithin us.
You know, we have that abilityto shine and we have the ability
(12:00):
to hide, and most of us arehiding.
We're playing not to lose, whichmeans that you're trying not to
get hurt, you're trying not tobe in pain, in pain, and the
problem is that even when you'rewinning, you'll feel like
you're losing when you'replaying that game.
We've got to learn how to playto win, and the way that you
play to win is by being aservant, serving others and
(12:24):
loving yourself.
You know, loving yourself, filling your cup up and then
spend your day pouring intoothers, and you know, the Bible
is the best way to learn how todo that, in my opinion, and I've
studied every tool and everystrategy, every book out there,
every religion out there, and Ifind that the best principles
are there in that book.
And so I talk about that a lotin personal development, which,
(12:48):
when I was going through myacademic training, I was told
never to talk about that stuff.
But we were told never to careabout your clients either.
You know I love my clients, sothat's why I'm out there,
because I know what it's like tosuffer.
And if there's something that Ican do that eases the suffering
of someone else, I got to do itBecause, one, it's the right
(13:11):
thing to do.
Two, it makes me feel good.
Sometimes the fastest way outof suffering is to just go help
somebody else, and you don'thave to know all this knowledge.
You can just smile, you canjust listen, you can offer a
compliment, you can hold thedoor for somebody, you can let
someone in in traffic, you cansend a prayer for somebody.
They don't even have to knowyou're doing it and we all have
that capability within us.
(13:33):
So if somebody is watching orlistening to this right now and
you're feeling stuck and you'refeeling hurt and you're feeling
scared and you're feeling likeno one cares or nothing's going
to work out for you.
All you got to do is start tofocus on what do I want?
Ask yourself this what do Iwant?
Right, and instead of coming upwith a list for why you can't
have it, just think about whatyou want and just the idea of
(13:55):
clarifying what you want, andnotice how I'm saying it.
I'm not asking you what youdon't want, because the first
thing people do, baz and I'msure you recognize this is they
start telling you what theydon't want.
Your brain works like a GPS.
If I tell my GPS I don't wantto go to the post office, it's
going to take me to the postoffice.
So I got to tell it.
You know what I want.
(14:16):
I want to go to the movies, andit's going to take me to the
movies.
I want to go see Zero Limits, right, it's going to take me to
the movies.
So we got to find out what it isthat we want and then just
trust that your mind will startto give you a clue on what step
to take next, and just take thatstep, and then that's all you
do.
You keep focusing on what youwant and you just take one step
at a time, and then you'll startattracting resources like this
(14:41):
show into your life.
That will start confirming thatyou are more than enough.
You always have been, and thatyou deserve to have whatever you
want.
You just got to believe it, andthen you just got to figure out
a way to bring your value intothe world.
Just be yourself and share whatyou have to offer, and that'll
(15:02):
be enough.
Speaker 1 (15:04):
There's very few
times in the world, tim and I'm
saying this live, this isrecorded there's very few times
in the world that I'm actuallyleft speechless.
Not only are you a leadingauthority in what you do, you're
also very humble and you'realso very, very kind, and that
combination not only putsauthenticity to you, but it puts
(15:32):
authenticity to your missionand what you actually stand for.
And in a world of social mediafakeness, which is the truth,
you stand out a mile and I wantto thank you for your service,
for your time, for your serviceto others, and one thing you
mentioned earlier about whenpeople say they go into what
(15:57):
they don't want.
I find that a lot when I saywho are you, because they'll say
what they do, not who they are.
It's an interesting concept andI've noticed it with a lot of
people.
So who are you and tell meabout you, so who are you and
tell me about you, and they goautomatically in what they do,
(16:19):
because they tie their identityto what they do and they
sometimes forget and misplacewho they are, who they are here,
their soul, and I love that.
You just pointed that outearlier.
So thank you Before we go andI'm going to cry, because I'm
not a crier, but as I I'm verydoesn't takes a lot to make me
(16:40):
speechless, but that, what youjust said, was phenomenal.
So thank you, um.
Before we depart, is thereanything you'd like to leave
with the audience, any message, any words of wisdom?
I know we're going to drop thelinks in the bottom, but, as I
said, this is a service to youand it's a pleasure.
It truly is.
Speaker 2 (16:59):
Thank you, baz,
that's very kind of you.
Yeah, if I have a request, it'sto share this show when you're
listening and when other peopleare watching this show.
To share it with a friend, justone friend, because that's an
act of kindness, right?
So share this program with yourfriends, at least one friend
per episode and spread the word, because everybody is going
(17:22):
through something and we don'tknow what it is, and usually
it's pretty painful.
And when somebody shows upoffering a resource, offering
something that's going to beinspirational, offering
something that's going to justone nugget, that makes you go,
oh, it can make the world adifference.
And whether they thank you ornot, that doesn't really matter.
(17:43):
You know you are givenprosperity seeds every day.
Your job is to plant them right.
You got to get the seeds in theground.
The seeds know what to do.
You just got to get them out ofyour pocket and in the ground.
So sharing this show will dothat right.
It will make you moreprosperous, being a giver, right
?
And then, just again, remember, you're just one belief away
(18:04):
from having a huge breakthrough,a significant breakthrough in
your life, and it doesn't matterwhat you've been through, and
it doesn't matter what you'vetried before, and it doesn't
matter how hard your brain isfighting you.
You still can have asignificant breakthrough in
understanding who you really areand that you are loved.
And as you continue to do this, you will find yourself feeling
(18:24):
more peaceful and at ease everyday.
So thank you so much, baz, forhaving me.
It's been an honor.
Speaker 1 (18:29):
The honor and
pleasure is mine, tim.
Thank you very much for sharingFor my listeners.
Please do, and I do, I do.
I, tim, ask to share the showlike subscribe, and I promise
you you'll change someone's lifefor myself from tim, have an
amazing day on purpose and blesssomebody else.
Talk to you soon.
