In the sixth part of our 10-part series on the 10 principles of fair trade, Lia discusses the sixth principle: commitment to non-discrimination, gender equity and women's empowerment and freedom of association. It's a mouthful, but basically what it means is that fair trade doesn't like discrimination, it definitely likes women, and it absolutely loves unions!
