The trades have long been dominated by men, and it’s time to change that. In this episode of the Service Business Mastery podcast, Tersh and Josh catch up with Angie Snow during the 20th anniversary event of the Women in HVACR. Angie is an outgoing member of the organization but is currently the principal industry advisor for ServiceTitan.
Angie first got into the HVAC business when she and her husband bought an HVAC business called Western Heating & Air Conditioning just as the economy was about to collapse into a recession in 2007.
Despite initial setbacks and through carefully monitoring their cash flow, Angie helped the company return to profitability. Later, she would find Women in HVACR, a group of women changing the HVAC industry bit by bit, from the ground up.
Through the years, Angie has proven her mettle as a business owner and is an important figure in the field. Nowadays, she wants to do more by helping more women get into the trades, giving them educational opportunities, and connecting them with business opportunities.
