(00:22):
and empower you to redefine whatit means to be you.
Dive into topics that inspire, challenge and empower you to
redefine what it means to be you.
So if you're ready to rewriteyour story and live life that's
bold, authentic andunapologetically yours, let's
dive in.
Hello, welcome back to anotherepisode of she Is Redefined.

(00:43):
Thank you for your grace andaccepting my emotional episode
last week.
I'm so grateful for mycommunity who are just like
listeners and my ride or dies.
You guys mean the world to me,so thank you, because it can be
really scary to share vulnerablyand expose yourself, and I have
been on that journey in 2024,especially the last half of 2024
to just being like how can Ijust be me?
And what has happened on thatjourney has been me accepting me

(01:09):
.
Before I look for exceptionfrom anyone else, look for
validation and acceptance I meanfrom anyone else.
And I'm here to kind of riff ona little bit of this stuff
because I used to think that itwas a flaw to be emotional or
vulnerable or sad in front ofpeople and see it publicly,
because I used to hate whenpeople did that firsthand can

(01:30):
admit that.
And when I've seen other peoplebe emotional on social media,
it's like, oh gosh, cut that out, like that's not what this
place is for.
And I'm like why do I believethat I am human, having human
emotions, like having anexperience of experiencing
something emotional I'm going toshare about it, like I am
literally going to be me becauseI feel safe enough to do so.

(01:54):
And the beautiful thing ofdoing this work, it's somatic
work, it's healing work, it'sinner trauma work, it's all the
things.
And I say the word traumaloosely, like trauma can be
anything, so I'm just using thatword.
It's kind of like an umbrellaterm, universal term for just
like healing whatever baggage Ihave.
But when you're able to feelsafe enough to show up

(02:15):
authentically and exposeyourself and be transparent and
vulnerable, you give otherpeople the permission to do the
same thing and that rippleeffect literally raises the
collective's vibration.
It raises the feeling andfrequency of the collective,
where we move out of the shitvictim mindset and we just start

(02:36):
being more magnetic by beingourselves.
And I just wrapped up our21-day authentic, unapologetic
challenge and that was what thewhole thing was about.
I have been on this journey toaccept who I am to my core.
Like everything that I used tobeat myself up over, pick myself
apart.
I have learned to love and justreally show up as who I am,

(02:58):
because if you don't freakinglike me, I'm good because I like
me.
If you don't think I'm whatever, it's okay.
I think I'm whatever when youtake your control and your power
back and loving who you are andyou move into rooms.
You enter into rooms and youmove through your day of like I
don't fucking give a shit aboutwhat anybody else thinks,
because I feel like I'm on cloudnine.

(03:18):
I feel like I'm a million bucks.
I feel like I got this.
I feel like I leave roomsbetter than how I walked in.
I feel like I'm a gift to thisworld.
People begin to see the samething.
It starts with you.
This is called self-image work, and it's something that I work
deeply with my clients, wherethen they are the ones.
One of my clients oh my gosh, Ilove her so much she's always

(03:39):
telling the people she workswith knock that off.
You're a big deal, we're a bigdeal.
Remember that.
And I'm just like I love what Ido because I am helping people
feel better about themselves, because it starts with us.
Nothing changes if we don'tchange right and hurt people,
hurt people.
So if we are hurt and we'rehurting people, obviously

(04:00):
there's a problem here.
We've got to look within.
We've got to start doing somedeeper somatic work to release
things, let it go and movethrough life in a different way
than we have been.
I'm not sure if you heard thisbefore.
Disease is dis-ease.
That means there's conflictinside.
That means something is not inalignment inside.

(04:20):
You're holding on to somethingthat happened in the past and
I'm here to tell you right nowit's just a memory that doesn't
even exist.
So you continuously playing theloop in your head, in your body
.
It's trapped somewhere.
So when people have a diseaseGod forbid tumor, god forbid
anything bad it's because thereis something that is not going
smoothly with your energy insideyour body.

(04:41):
And that's usually when we havelocked energy from holding on
to something, holding on toshame, to guilt, to trauma, and
that's why, when you start tolook within and you stop using
all the external 3D things as anexcuse as to why your life is
the way you are, you instantlybecome more powerful.
And I love this work becausethis is the transformational

(05:03):
work where, all of a sudden, you're a magnet to everything
that you want.
You're attracting everythingthat you want.
All of a sudden, money andabundance flows effortlessly to
you.
All of a sudden, things justsomehow work its way out and you
can't make sense of it, and Icould give you a bazillion
examples of how this hashappened in my life within the
last month, but I don't want tomake this about me.

(05:24):
I don't want to give examplesto where anyone feels like I
want that.
That's not what I'm about.
You know I've left the stupidwins back in the summertime.
I don't like that stuff anymore.
I want you to tap in and findthe work, just like I said in
the one episode of like you'vegot to learn the rules of your
game.
I don't know the rules of yourgame.
You have to find the rules ofyour game and you finding the

(05:49):
rules of your game is yourlife's purpose.
That's how you're going to geteverything that you want, all
the desires, the vision board, the wishes, the wants.
That's for you to figure outand that's your life purpose.
And you can monetize your lifepurpose by figuring out the
transformations you've beenthrough and then you can
obviously turn that into abusiness if you've thought about
it.
But I usually work with themore established business, the
people who are.
They figured it out, they'vegained some momentum and they

(06:12):
want to work like less withouthaving to sacrifice income, like
they want to make more moneywith less work, and we scale,
scale, scale and it's a reallyfun game.
But, as I've talked about, that's a portion of it.
If I didn't talk about thetransformational work that
happens inside, I'd be doingeveryone a disservice and that's
why I think it's a beautifulblend of strategy and energetics

(06:34):
and I've always been that way.
But it starts with us acceptingwho we are.
What is our self-image?
Your self-image is how you viewyourself and then it's how
other people view you.
So what is your self-imagetoday?
Is it a story from high school?
Is it a story from a year ago?
Is it a story from when youwere a kid?
Maybe it was when you were inyour 20s.
What's your self-image, what'syour story?

(06:56):
And then, the best part whatgave me a lot of peace in this
was knowing that I have to workon my self-image, because I
can't convince anyone to see medifferently unless I started
that myself.
And right now, your mom seesyou a certain way, your dad sees
you a certain way, your sister, your cousin, your teacher, your
high school friends, yourcollege friends, your dog
Everyone has a differentperspective of you.
That, right there, should giveyou an immense amount of peace.

(07:18):
Like holy shit, why am I tryingso hard to be a certain way
when they have a memory of methat I can't undo?
I cannot undo that.
All I can do is show updifferently next time in that
situation and with that personor with those people.
That's what I can do.
And then if they want to changetheir perspective on me, that's

(07:39):
on them.
But I don't care, because I'vechanged it for myself.
I've let go, I've learned tosurrender to my higher self and
I've learned to get into thefeels.
I want to feel expansive.
I want to feel open to allpossibilities.
I want to feel like a millionbucks.
I want to feel like I'm thehealthiest I've ever been.
I want to feel like I'm theluckiest person in every room.

(07:59):
I want to feel like I'm incontrol.
Shit's not just happening to meanymore.
I want to feel like I alwaysget my way.
I want to feel like everythingis rigged in my fucking favor.
Try me.
I believe that to be true, soit has to happen.
When you come at life from thisapproach, you will begin to see
that you are creating yourreality.

(08:22):
You will begin to see thatthings just fall out of the sky
in your favor.
No one can make sense of it.
But the problem and the work isI would say it's the problem is
no one wants to do it.
No one wants to do the work tocultivate that feeling.
I just want on a little rant iswhat I call it.
Abraham Hicks calls it arampage.
I just went on a little rant ofhow I want to feel.

(08:42):
So I take that into everyfucking day of my life, every
moment I can.
And that took repetition andtraining, as if I was a fucking
Olympic athlete going to theOlympics.
I trained it because I was sickand tired of being sick and
tired.
I was sick and tired of feelinglike no one invites me to
anything.
I don't really have closefriends.
The only things I can trust onthis planet are animals.

(09:04):
That's no fucking way to liveand I lived most of my life that
way.
I discovered I had a motherwound and I've got sister wounds
, so I decided to fucking healthat, then blame them.
What's blaming my mom going todo?
What is blaming my sistersgoing to do?
Abso-fucking to do?
Absolutely nothing, absolutelynothing.
I love them.
I love them so much I'mgrateful for them.

(09:26):
This is part of my purpose inlife.
This is part of my hurdles thatI have to overcome in this life
.
So I accept them and I look atwhere I need to go.
What do I need to do here?
And when you do that, you openyourself up to more wealth, to
more abundance, to morehappiness, to more joy, to more
peace.
It literally is the secret sauce, but no one knows your rules,

(09:50):
no one knows your game.
I could give you my playbookand it will do wonders for you,
but you have to take my playbookand implement it and see what
works and ditch what doesn't.
It's not until you work hand inhand with a professional like
me who can help you completelytransform and 7 to 10x.
Your business and your lifeHand to hand, walking together.

(10:13):
I know you, I know your things,I know what you're looking for.
I know your self-sabotage.
I got you covered.
It isn't until you work hand inhand with someone to where
you're really going to see it.
This is why you get into theroom with the people who are
walked it and who are goingplaces.
You don't buy courses, youdon't I feel like I have to say

(10:33):
a PSA about that and I havecourses, but the real
transformational work happenswhen you have close proximity
and that's where the magic is.
So, as you wrap this up and wehead into the new year, which is
so fucking exciting, what'syour word of the year?
What's the feeling of the year?
What are those?
Paste it all over yourself likeyour house.

(10:53):
Sure, get a tattoo of it if youwant.
I'm kidding Screensavers like, get that shit dialed in, get
very familiar with it and thenrock and roll with that all year
round.
Do it, follow the instincts ofwhere you feel called, follow
your joy.
Do less in 2025.
Fucking, get rid of all yournotebooks, unless you're going
to journal, but like these to-dolists that are endless, that

(11:14):
leave you nowhere and makingyourself feel so stressed out,
ditch them.
And if you want exactly how toground yourself and to have more
control over your entire lifeand business related, that's
what the Miracle Zone is allabout.
That is one course that youdon't need to have your handheld
in it, although you can upgradeto be VIP, up to you.

(11:36):
But every single person who hastaken that program lives have
fucking done a 180.
It's the absolute mostmiraculous thing ever.
The Miracle Zone is my favoriteproduct ever.
You can buy that at any time.
I'll link it.
It's up to you.
If you feel called great, ifyou don't, great.
I'm just so happy you're hereand I believe in you.
I don't know if anybody's toldyou that I think you did an
awesome job this year 2024.

(11:56):
There was ups, there was downs, but let's recap the ups.
Let's take that ups momentuminto the new year and remember
you're a big fucking deal andI'm so proud of you and I'm
cheering for you.
I'm always cheering for you andyou need to now cheer for
yourself.
You need to now find that love, improve that self-image, accept
yourself and fuck everyone elsebecause it doesn't matter.
When you accept yourself, youstart seeing yourself in a

(12:19):
different way.
Everyone else has to, becausethey have to.
It's a universal law, and lifegets so much better.
It gets so much better when youstart doing that.
I have so many exciting thingscoming in the new year.
I've got these amazing guestscoming on.
I want to talk about all thesubjects.
It's just been a whirlwind ofan end of the year, so stick
with me.
I'm loving this new direction.
I'm so grateful for where mybusiness is, where my life is.

(12:41):
