So I want to tackle threethings.
Let's head into power movenumber one.
The power move number one thatI want you to shift immediately
is stop playing in the quotemore work trap that we always

all of us are conditioned tofall into, Start playing in the
power game instead.
So most women think scalingmeans doing more more clients,
more work, more content, moreoffers, more hustle.
Does that sound familiar?
But high-level women, theyscale by doing better, not more
work.
They refine, they positionthemselves powerfully, they stop
being busy and start beingintentional.

And the truth is, if yourbusiness only grows when you
work more, you don't have ascalable business.
You have a job, and I say thatwith so much love.
The power move here is audityour current offers and strip
away anything that's notdirectly moving you forward,
like immediately.
Look at your offer suite.
Look at your business.
Are you spreading yourself toothin?

That's something you need tofix ASAP.
Look at how you spend your time.
Are you overcom, complicatingwhat should be simple?
And then look at your salesprocess.
Are you making it harder forpeople to pay you repeatedly
that's the biggest word hererepeatedly, and even honestly,
up front.
But usually I see most peopleleaving thousands of dollars on

the tables because they're notfiguring out how to get people
to repeat buy.

Anyways, back to what I wassaying.
Power women don't get caught upin the busy work cycle.
They create momentum that movesfor them, and it's such a

simple shift.
All right, moving into power,move number two Position
yourself as the only option, notone of many.
Here's the mistake I see mostwomen make they're competing
when they should be dominating,and it's just a simple shift.
If your audience sees you asone of the many options instead
of the only option, you're notpositioned for power and you're

not taking yourself and makingpower moves.
The women who scale effortlessly.
They own their authority.
They speak with conviction andthey do not dilute their brand.
They don't post just to be seen.
They don't lower their pricesjust to be affordable, to get
more people in the door.
They don't try to be foreveryone.

Instead, they move like anindustry leader.
They move like they are theonly choice.
They speak bold, they haveclear positioning.
They communicate their value ina way that makes buying from
them a no-brainer.
They charge in alignment withtheir expertise, because power
women don't ask for permissionto be paid.
Well, they know their value Ifyou're struggling to convert

high level clients or moreclients or high paying clients,
you do not need to sell harder.
I want you to hear me on this.
You need to reposition yourselfas the woman they want to buy
from the no brainer for rightnow.

Number three move like it'salready yours.
I cannot speak about thisenough.
The biggest shift I've ever madeis moving like the result is
already mine.
It's so simple.
It's not becoming someone else.
It's remembering who the hellyou are.
It's not hoping it works, notwaiting for the right time,

waiting for a sign or nottesting the waters.
You know, we've all been there.
It's deciding that I'm thewoman who always wins because
I'm a winner, and then movingaccordingly.
This goes so much fartherbeyond a mindset Like.
It's not just a mindset game.
It's not a mindset shift.
This is an identity activation.

Start making bigger moves.
