In August 2020, Catherine Porth sat down with Rachel Fletcher - an incredibly talented upholsterer who owns a very successful business in Knoxville, TN. At the time of this interview, Catherine and Rachel didn't really know each other. In fact, this recording is the first time they ever met.

This conversation would end up being the first of many between these two women. While neither knew it at the time, this interview would serve as the spark that ignited a friendship. And as these last 2 years have proved, it was a timely friendship at a period in Rachel's life where everything changed both personally and professionally.  You'll be able to hear all about those changes in the next episode, but to understand how far Rachel has come - it's important to first learn where she's been.

Listen to her story of how she got her start as an upholsterer and how she turned her passion into a thriving business that exploded in a pandemic.
