These Restaurants May Be Gone... But Our Memories Are Open 24/7

Send us a message, we'd love to hear from you.

Restaurants may be gone... but our memories are open 24/7.

Before there was fast-casual and delivery apps, there was Red Barn after a Little League win, ice cream at Farrell's and the covered wagon out front of Bonanza that meant you were about to eat like a cowboy. This week, Jay & Rich take a walk through the restaurants that shaped a generation... Sizzler, Ponderosa, Chi-Chi's, Howard Johnson's, Hardee's, Ground Round, Burger Chef, Arthur Treacher's, and more.

But this isn't really about the food. It's about who was sitting across the table. It's about the birthday parties, the free ice cream sundae, the family dinners after church, the smell of a place that somehow still lives in your memory decades later. These restaurants are gone (mostly), but the moments we held onto us never left.

Grab a seat, hit play, and take a trip back to the tables where so many of our best memories were made.
