Season 4 of the Smart Business Growth Podcast is here.

I’m Nicky Miklós, and this season, we’re tackling the real roadblocks to business growth - inconsistent sales, reactive teams, clunky or non-existent sales systems, and leadership stretched way too thin.

If it feels like you're building the plane while flying it, you're not alone. This season is about shifting from chaos to clarity, from reactive to proactive.

Expect real talk, expert insights, and practical frameworks to help you scale sales, build capability across your team, and lead without burning out.

Because smart growth isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what works.

Hello, hello, and welcome tothe Smart Business Growth

(00:29):
Podcast.
I'm your host, Nicky Miklós andthis episode is really to give
you a little bit of an insightas to what season four of the
Smart Business Growth Podcast isall about.
Now I am a sales and leadershipcoach, trainer, facilitator,
speaker, and author.
I have been in sales andleadership for over 20 years and

(00:51):
run my own business for thelast 10 years.
I also recently published abook and did a TEDx talk on
healthy hustle.
And I'm on a mission to helpbusinesses like yours really
grow their impact throughfocusing on installing smart
business growth strategies,lifting sales capabilities
across the team, and helpinghigh performers find their own

(01:13):
sweet spot of healthy hustle.
So you'll often find me whenI'm not chatting on this
podcast, working with clients ortalking on stage about smart
business growth, effectiveleadership, peak performance,
and how to build high performingteams, and of course, healthy
hustle.
And so that's really what I wantto answer with this next season
of this podcast.

(01:34):
Because the biggest challengesthat I'm seeing in business at
the moment are that sales teamsare being reactive, that the
performance and the results isreally reliant on the business
owner or maybe the senior leaderor a few high performers within
the team.
Sales systems are ambiguous ornon-existent, which means that

(01:54):
there's this feeling thatleaders and sales leaders have
that we're building the planewhile we fly it.
And amongst all of this, there's an element of chaos.
And we're dealing with modernday changes in the sales
landscape, which means thatleads, sales opportunities,
low-hanging fruit opportunitiesare being ignored.
They're being neglected.

(02:15):
Now it's unintentional neglect, but it's neglect all the same.
And so in this podcast, I reallywant to speak to these
challenges because all of thismeans that money is being left
on the table, that teams andleaders are stuck in the busy
trap, and they're on their wayto, if not already at, addiction
to work or at worst, burnout.

(02:37):
But what we want instead is wewant to move your team from
being reactive to proactive tobe able to lift the sales
capabilities and performanceacross the entire team.
We want to make sure thatthere's some really good, simple
sales systems in place so thatit's transparent and there's a
feeling of more in controlrather than this feeling of

(02:59):
chaos and building the planewhile we fly it.
And we really want to make surethat you turn the neglect, the
unintentional neglect strategyinto a nurture strategy.
And we want to peek under thehood around what does that look
like?
How do you do that?
And of course, throughouteverything, we will weave in

(03:19):
myself, my expert guests that Ibring along.
We will absolutely weave inhealthy hustle.
Because healthy hustle is allabout being tenacious,
determined, driven to succeed, but not doing it at all cost.
It's about finding that sweetspot of taking enough action and
forward movement, but not somuch that it literally sucks the

(03:42):
life out of us.
And when we find our own sweetspot of healthy hustle and help
our teams find that sweet spot,it means we have more optimal
energy, we are happier, healthier humans, which means
that the businesses that we'rebuilding, that we're driving
will also have longer-termsustainable success.
So that is what this podcast isall about.

(04:04):
And if anything I mentionedpiqued your curiosity and you
want to hear more, then pleasekeep listening.
If you have any questions whenit comes to sales, sales
leadership, business growth, orhealthy hustle, the new
movement, then please reach outto me at hello at

(04:25):

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
