It all started when I saw this posted online today. A woman was having a difficult time embracing a whole food plant-based lifestyle, and here's what she wrote:

“This is really hard for me!! Yesterday I didn't do well. I've been stressed and have given in to the sweets!! So today I'm preparing for a fight!!! Wish me luck!”
