On today's episode, I am so very excited to sit down with a phenomenal aviator whom I first met a few years ago, while flying a 2 day sequence together. I can remember that I was intrigued the moment he told me about the rigors of his Team USA triathlon training schedule. He was preparing for an event that he would be participating in just days after our flight sequence together.

He is an accomplished Legacy Airlines Captain, a retired Naval Commander and E-2 and ES3A pilot for the US Navy, and an award winning USA Triathlon Team Member. He is an SBR Sports Ambassador, an F2C Nutrition Ambassador, and a USA Triathlon Certified Coach. Today, I have the privilege in speaking with this amazing aviator about his fantastic journey, right here on the 50th episode of Squawk Ident.
