Let us know what you enjoy about the show!

Feeling stuck is a universal human experienceβ€”whether creatively blocked, emotionally frozen, or simply overwhelmed by life's complexities. This gentle guided meditation creates a sanctuary where you can explore what "stuckness" actually feels like in your body and mind, without immediately trying to fix or change it.

Through focused breathing and visualization, you'll learn to create space around whatever feels constricted or immobile. Rather than fighting against resistance, this practice invites you to approach it with curiosity and compassion, understanding that sometimes what we resist most simply wants to be acknowledged. As the meditation progresses, you'll be guided to recognize that "stuck is just a story" and that movement begins with awareness.

The heart of this practice lies in its permission to soften into uncertainty. With the affirmation "I don't need all the answers right now," you're invited to trust that clarity will emerge in its own time. Through visualizing a growing light within yourself, you'll reconnect with your inner capacity that hasn't disappeared but has perhaps gone quiet amidst life's demands.

Whether you're facing creative blocks, decision paralysis, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stagnant in your personal growth, this meditation offers a pathway back to possibility. The subtle shifts you experience during these ten minutes may be exactly what you need to see your situation with fresh eyes. Take this newfound spaciousness with you as you return to your day, carrying the reminder that sometimes the smallest shift in perspective can create the momentum needed to move forward again. How might your relationship with "stuckness" change if you approached it as a messenger rather than an obstacle?

Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hey there, this is a guided meditation for when
you're feeling stuck.
We all feel stuck sometimes, soI'm hoping this will help
create some space so that youcan move forward.

(00:21):
So that you can move forward.
So, when you're ready, find acomfortable position, either
sitting or lying down, and allowyour body to settle, invite the

(00:43):
space and allow yourself torelax, and then gently close
your eyes if that feels safe.
Nothing to do, just breathe.

(01:05):
Take a slow, deep breath inthrough your nose and exhale
slowly out through your mouth, allowing your shoulders to drop

(01:30):
Again, inhaling gently, fillingyour belly, and release, feel
the weight of your body, supported by the ground beneath
you.
There's nowhere you need to be,but here.

(01:53):
There's nothing to fix rightnow.
Nowhere to be, but here.

(02:19):
Bring your attention inward, without judgment, and I want you
simply to notice what comes upfor you when I ask you what does
stuck feel like for you today?

(02:40):
Is it tightness, restlessness,stillness?

(03:05):
What does stuck feel like foryou today?
Just notice no need to changeit.
Let it speak to you like amessenger, a whisper that says

(03:31):
you've paused long enough.
Let's look gently, create spaceNow.

(03:54):
Imagine a little more roomaround whatever feels stuck.
Imagine space expanding gentlyaround it.
If your thoughts are tangled, imagine them loosening like

(04:21):
threads in warm water.
Breathe into this toughness, not to push it away, but to
cradle it with compassion.

(04:43):
Sometimes the thing we'reresisting just wants to be
acknowledged.
Keep imagining space in theseplaces.

(05:12):
You might say quietly toyourself, even in this moment, I
am allowed to soften.
Stuck is just a story.

(05:32):
Movement and motion begin withawareness.
I trust that clarity will come.

(05:53):
I don't need all the answersright now, mmm.
Feel the spaciousness you'vejust created Melting Easy.
Feel the spaciousness you'vejust created melting easy.

(06:22):
Visualize a small light insideyou, maybe in your heart or your
belly or your mind.
With each breath, imagine thatlight growing just slightly.
This is your energy, yourcapacity.

(06:51):
It's not gone, it's just beenquiet.
With every inhale you invite itback, not with force, but with

(07:13):
love.
Take a few deep breaths hereand notice, just notice Space.
Just notice space, the placeswhere there are spaces.

(07:36):
Spaces allow us to see moreclearly because we are not stuck

(08:07):
in the mud.
Begin to bring your awarenessback to your body when you're
ready.
Wiggle your fingers or toes.
Notice how it feels to breathe.

(08:30):
Now, if anything's changed, ifnothing has changed, that's okay

(08:57):
.
Sometimes the shift is enough.
Take one final deep breath andwhen you're ready, open your
eyes.
Open your eyes, bring thesoftness with you as you return

(09:24):
to your day, namaste.
