Hey there, welcome.
I created this meditation as aconscious recalibration and an
aligning with your dharma.
If you're not familiar withdharma, we'll talk a little bit
about it at the beginning andthen we'll dig into some chakra
work just to get you aligned foryour week to have a fabulous

So as this new week begins,let's take a moment to pause, to
settle and to return toourselves.
In yoga philosophy, dharma isyour soul's true path, the

unique way you're meant to showup and serve in the world, and
it's not about achievement, it'sabout alignment.
This meditation is theconscious recalibration of your
energy, your values and yourpurpose as you begin this new
week.

So let's begin by findingstillness.
Close your eyes if that'scomfortable, find a comfortable
place to sit, allow your spineto gently lengthen and let your

hands rest with ease.
We're going to take a slowbreath in and then a longer
breath out.
Find your own pace and just besure that this slow breath in

little hold at the top and thenthe longer breath on the way out

Let's do that together two moretimes, inhaling deeply and
exhaling slowly.
One more time, inhaling deeplyand exhaling slowly.

Now, as we move through ourenergetic system, the chakras.
We're going to bring awarenessto each area of our body.
And these aren't just energycenters.
They're reflections of yourinner alignment.

They tell us things about wherewe're showing up and how we're
feeling.
So we're going to begin withthe root chakra the associated
color is red, if that helps, andthe root chakra represents
stability and safety.
So I want you to focus on thebase of your spine and ask what

grounds me this week?
Where can I cultivate trust inmyself and in life?
Breathing in red, focusing onthe base of your spine what
grounds you this week and wherecan you cultivate trust in

yourself and in life?
Now we're going to shift ourfocus to our sacral chakra.
Feel it in your lower belly.
The associated color here, ifcolor is your thing, is orange,

and the sacral chakra isassociated with creativity and
flow.
And as you breathe into yourlower belly, your sacral chakra,
ask where can I allow more joy,more creativity and more

fluidity?
How can I let my energy movewith ease instead of force?
Breathing into your sacralchakra the color orange,
creativity and flow.

Feel it in your lower belly.
Feel it in your lower belly,allowing more joy, creativity
and fluidity to flow into yourlife.

we're going to focus on theheart chakra and the color green

This is the area where you willconnect to your heart chakra,
the chakra of compassion andconnection.

connect and focus your energythere, asking yourself how can I
lead with love?
How can I lead with lovetowards myself and towards
others?
Where am I being called to openmy heart or forgive?

Take another deep breath hereinto your heart chakra,
visualizing the color greenfeeling, the gentle rise and
fall of your chest.

The color blue now draws ourfocus to the throat chakra, the
chakra of truth and expression.
Bring your awareness to yourthroat.
Ask yourself, as you breathe inblue, what truth needs to be

spoken this week, spoken thisweek?
What truth will guide me in myexpression this week?
Take one more deep breath blue,bringing again awareness to

your throat, and ask yourselfhow can I communicate with
clarity and grace?
Feel the answer.

We'll move now towards our thirdeye, gently focusing on the
space between your brows.
This is the chakra of intuitionand vision.
The color Purple Rich, royalpurple.

Intuition and vision.
Focus on the space between youreyes, your third eye.
Ask yourself what am I beingguided to?

See what inner knowing is readyto emerge.

Take a deep breath here.
Feel your energy beginning toalign as we move our focus
gently to the crown chakra andfeel into the top of your head.
The crown chakra is the chakraof purpose and connection to

source, to the universe.
Feel it into the top of yourhead is white, clear and

beautiful.
Purpose and connection tosource.
Ask yourself, feel in yourselfwhat am I connected to beyond
myself?
Feel the life force, energyflowing through you, asking how

can I align my weak withsomething greater than myself, a
higher purpose, an innerknowing.
Now I invite you to bring yourwhole self into this moment Body

, mind and spirit.
Feel the integration, feel thealignment, breathe deeply once
more, inhale into your intentionand exhale into trust.

You are not here to chase or torun from.
You are here to align and fromthat alignment, that conscious
