Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hey there, this meditation is here to help you
release the weight of the day,to let go of anxious thoughts
and to ease into deep, restorative rest.
You don't need to do anythingright now, my friend.

(00:25):
You don't need to do anythingright now, but listen, let
yourself be guided, allowyourself to be held, allow

(00:49):
yourself to be held, trust thatthis is a safe space of calm, a
place where you can trust thateverything will be okay.
You are safe, you are supported.

(01:10):
Let's begin.
Settle into a comfortableposition, lying down on your

(01:31):
back if it feels right.
It doesn't really matter whatposition you're in, only that it
feels right to you.
So take a moment to discoverwhat that is.
Listen to your body.
It knows what you need.
Allow your body to be heavy, supported by the surface beneath

(01:58):
you.
Feel the gentle rise and fallof your breath, your beautiful
ally, your breath.
Just feel it rising and fallingand marvel at the fact that you

(02:27):
don't have to do anything, thatyou will breathe.
There's no need to change it,just notice it.
You're here and you're home andtake a slow, deep breath in

(03:03):
through your nose, holding for amoment at the top and exhaling
softly through your mouth.
Just let go.

(03:24):
Let go of anything that's beenclinging to you today.
Let go of the pressure, let goof the noise.

(03:45):
Abandon the overthinking.
Just let it go.
Sometimes, even when we'reexcited about something, we
can't go to sleep.
Allow that excitement just togo.
You won't lose it.
Just revel in the moment, inthe now again, just breathing in
calm and exhaling stress Witheach breath.

(04:16):
Allow yourself to sink deeperinto this moment, deeper into
stillness, deeper into softness, heaviness, beautiful support,

(04:51):
support.

(05:16):
Draw your awareness now to thecrown of your head.
Imagine a gentle, warm light.
Light beginning to pour downthrough you like liquid gold
Soft, comforting, warm.
Feel it as it begins to meltaway tension from your temples.
Feel your eyebrows soften andyour eyes getting even heavier.

(05:52):
Unclench your jaw.
Allow your tongue to restgently in your mouth.

(06:12):
The beautiful golden light isnow moving down to your neck and
shoulders.
Our neck and shoulders carry somuch.
Allow them to drop.
Let the warmth dissolveanything tight, anything heavy.

(06:39):
Release, release.
Feel it flowing now into yourarms, your elbows swirling
around your wrists all the wayto your fingertips, your palms

(07:16):
between your fingers.
Your arms are warm, relaxed andstill, and as the light gently
spreads across your chest, feelit open up the space around your

(07:43):
beautiful heart.
Is there any worry lingeringthere?
Allow it just to melt away.
You are safe, you are loved, everything will be okay.

(08:10):
Allow yourself to feel this, toreceive the message you are
safe, you are loved, everythingwill be okay.
There's no right way to feel, just let it go.

(08:38):
No judgment.
Now the light, this beautifulgolden light, continues towards
your belly, softening, releasingsoothing, soothing.

(09:09):
There's nothing you need tohold on to, nothing that needs
to be kept inside.
Allow your breath to floweasily.
Take a deep breath here intoyour beautiful, spacious belly,

(09:32):
filling up and exhaling stress.
The golden light is moving nowdown toward your hips and your
calves, your ankles, all the waydown to your feet and your toes

(10:19):
, your heels and the soles ofyour feet.
Take a moment to acknowledgeand feel grateful for your
beautiful body and allow eachpart of your body to witness how

(10:49):
it has been bathed in warmthgolden, soothing, beautiful
golden light.
You are completely at ease.

(11:25):
Now imagine yourself lyingbeneath a blanket of stars in
the night sky.
You're cozy and warm, maybewrapped up in a cozy blanket,

(11:55):
and the air is cool and crispand the scent of the night
blooms softly.
In the distance you hear thegentle hum of crickets, maybe a

(12:19):
slow breeze rustling through thenearby trees, caressing you as
it passes by.
The stars above you begin toshimmer one by one, as if

(12:46):
winking just for you, and yousmile as you realize that
they're always there, even oncloudy nights, even when you

(13:13):
can't see them.
Just like peace, just like hope, trust that even when your path

(13:36):
feels uncertain, a deeperknowing is always holding you.
You are not alone.
You are never alone.

(14:00):
With your next breath in, drawin peace and serenity and on
your exhale, let go of what youcannot.
You've done enough for today.

(14:23):
Now is the time to rest.
Let go, let go, let go.

(14:49):
Floating, drifting, drifting.
You are safe, you are whole, everything is going to be okay.

(15:20):
Sleep well.
