He's always in the stars and bars. Cheer for this

Baby sit.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
You mean swim trunks? Oh?

Speaker 2 (07:13):
You like? Yeah, you're what I'd always called him the baby.

Speaker 1 (07:19):
I called him slim trunks.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
Man, let me swim trunks. All right, maybe we'll put it.
We'll ask how many people have heard of the term
bathing suit before. I mean, and I'll be the old
I'll be the oddball.

Speaker 1 (07:31):
I've heard of it. I'm just oh this guy, wow, Yeah,
as long as it's in America, he's going down?

Speaker 2 (07:46):
All right?

Speaker 1 (07:48):
Is it?

Speaker 2 (07:53):
What say? All the he is plumped for the World
Cup Women's World Cup?

Speaker 1 (08:04):
All right? I don't know what's happening. This is just
so bizarre.

Speaker 2 (08:09):
This is look at top that gall he's so professional.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
With that cheap shirt. Yeah, isn't the bat.

Speaker 2 (08:22):
Fuji did like a crazy age before my eyes. When
I started watching, he was like I thought he was young,
and then like it was old. Two years later, I'm like,
you stop wearing a hat in the suit, and yeah,
I guess, like in my view he looked younger with
that stuff. Well, what's a skimmerman doing?

Speaker 1 (08:44):
Scammerman, I guess this wasn't meant for television. So this
is just raw footage.

Speaker 2 (08:50):
Yeah, which is cool.

Speaker 1 (08:51):
I mean, I'm here for It's just it's kind of.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
Jarn, that's the thing. Man, they should have televised this live.
It was on a Sunday. No, they showed. They showed
recaps on like Raw and Superstars and whatnot.

Speaker 1 (09:07):
You sure the poster backer says, it's live, Like you
figured that this was live on TV. You feel like
so many people.

Speaker 2 (09:14):
Said live on live on the US Susan Trumpet or
something like that. That's why, like I said, all right,
like you would think it would have been on the
USA network. But yeah, true, but that was like their
only home at that point, that syndication. But yeah, but yeah,
being really bad. I couldn't watched this by.

Speaker 1 (09:37):
The camera not you know, just just shooting the ground
for a second, getting in position. This is not airing
on TV.

Speaker 2 (09:46):
The title.

Speaker 1 (09:48):
Oh Man said, got the Giants running back.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
Yeah, they had NFL, NBA players. I missed his name,
Mandy Savage telling him how like how to slam? Got
to pick him up this way? Yeah all right, And

(10:16):
so my audio is a little because we're recording. Uh
uh almost, Adam Bummer.

Speaker 1 (10:24):
I want to know who this guy is, don't look
up his stats, lack of does how you gonna slam
somebody with jeans on?

Speaker 2 (10:30):
Well, it's probably on the probably the media summer.

Speaker 1 (10:36):
And he's out that fast. He's gone, yeah, you.

Speaker 2 (10:40):
Only get one one shot.

Speaker 1 (10:56):
Joe Morris. Hey, he's not the best Giants running back
up and I don't think he was even back then.

Speaker 2 (11:04):
Gotta hype it up, bro, stop it.

Speaker 1 (11:09):
This is obviously before Tiki Barber. But Joe Morris, he's
on their first Super Bowl team in eighty six, the
team that beat the Broncos. Let's look up Joe Morris'
stats real quick. While before he uh he didn't nothing happen?

Speaker 2 (11:31):
Okay, well, so the second the first contestant was Giants
running back Leave Rawson. Ralson. I don't know if I pronounced.

Speaker 1 (11:39):
I've ever heard this guy before?

Speaker 2 (11:41):
Yeah he according to uh hold on, hold hold up, yah.

Speaker 1 (11:54):
Sean Cronin from the Flyers?

Speaker 2 (11:56):
What yeah, yeah, what if he didn't slam them? What
if he used to do that?

Speaker 1 (12:04):
Like?

Speaker 2 (12:04):
Got him up halfway real quick?

Speaker 1 (12:05):
Joe Morris had fifteen hundred yards when they won a
Super Bowl in eighty six, so maybe he was running back.
Had the cameraman again, he had thirteen and eighty five
and twenty one touchdowns. Go ahead, Joe Morris.

Speaker 2 (12:18):
Yeah, this definitely wasn't air live on TV. You see
that camera. Yeah, I don't even remember this guy, but
I didn't watch the Flyers.

Speaker 1 (12:27):
Back then, quite Sean Cronin.

Speaker 2 (12:35):
He probably got booed because he was a Flyer. They're
probably cheering for Yoko.

Speaker 1 (12:40):
He played for the Flyers one season and nothing. Get
out of here. You go to the pilony box. Fan.

Speaker 2 (12:49):
Ah.

Speaker 1 (12:50):
He played for the Flyers in ninety two ninety three.
This is literally the only season he played for the Flyers,
and he went to the Sharks.

Speaker 2 (12:54):
I think they're in an expansion season because that was
not this is summer ninety he was and is already
on his way out. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
So he was on the Sharks of two seasons and
that was it. And then the fort Wayne comments of
the IHL. Bye bye wow, oh bye.

Speaker 2 (13:13):
Back on.

Speaker 1 (13:15):
This before that first guy you mentioned from the Giants.

Speaker 2 (13:18):
Lee Lee Rawson. According I don't know if I'm pronouncing
it right. R E O U s O N. According
to blog of doom dot com, they have Oracle Ambus
and Lee Ralson.

Speaker 1 (13:32):
So Lee Rawson. Yeah, he's the NFL Special Teams Player
of the Year nineteen eighty six.

Speaker 2 (13:42):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (13:43):
He was also in the Giants Super Bowl team okay,
and that's it.

Speaker 2 (13:48):
Come on.

Speaker 1 (13:49):
He was in the giants first two Super Bowl teams
and then finished his career with the Giants and Browns two. Oh,
so there you go.

Speaker 2 (13:57):
Well, now you're Bob back when he's not taking his
jacket off.

Speaker 1 (14:01):
And before he went crazy because he still got his hair.

Speaker 2 (14:03):
Yeah, how about that? About a year A year later
he would go.

Speaker 1 (14:07):
Nuts, wasn't it yet? WrestleMania nine, Yes, he lost, he
raised ramone right, yeah, yep, he still had his hair
cut his hair so Many nine was a ninety three. Yeah.
I thought he cut his hair before that. Maybe I'm misuf.

Speaker 2 (14:23):
I guess he actually his match with Brett Hart, he
had long hair, and then it was like I guess
the week later when it was completely shit. Come on now, okay, okay,
let's go. We'll not park.

Speaker 1 (14:40):
Come on, man, I'm not even gonna look this guy up.

Speaker 2 (14:42):
Come on, yo. Pezua five to two, one hundred and pounds.

Speaker 1 (14:48):
He probably won a lot of races as a jockey,
very successful.

Speaker 2 (14:52):
Randy Savage's joke, I don't know if he says it
on here oh here it is, ahh uh, pretty sad.

Speaker 1 (15:14):
Man the goat so ridiculous, but he looks so cool
at the same time, you're not even mad it. He
looks so ridiculous.

Speaker 2 (15:23):
This guy.

Speaker 1 (15:29):
He hit him with the whip bow. He didn't order him,
and Sean Cronan did that. Sean Cronan didn't even do.

Speaker 2 (15:36):
That, right, Sean's not happen enough to have a whip
with him now, Sean.

Speaker 1 (15:42):
Joe Morris another.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
Annoying thing, like the blue mats, the blue ring apron
I hated this.

Speaker 1 (15:48):
Look okay, okay, but Joe Morris twenty one touchdowns, nick
eighty six rushing touchdowns, that's NATS, okay, Joe on eighty
five my bad thirteen yards and twenty one touchdowns.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
Spark Henry, Oh shit, no, no, it's not.

Speaker 1 (16:08):
Come on now, black big black guys my Kenry. I
ain't going there, man, you're dead already. It's still late.
Who is this guy?

Speaker 2 (16:15):
I didn't go there. He walked like him and everything.
This is Keith Simms, he sims, there have some.

Speaker 1 (16:32):
Fly sneakers on. I'm still choking off with Joe Morris's
stats though, he's nasty and eighty.

Speaker 2 (16:39):
Five football that you're like Lauren Avered with Joe Morris
the football player than.

Speaker 1 (16:45):
He does Keith Sims, three time Pro bowler.

Speaker 2 (16:49):
Oh wow, these are like legit athletes coming in. I
wonder if you know WWS paid him.

Speaker 1 (16:56):
He's coming to Pro Bowl in ninety three and ninety
four and ninety four.

Speaker 2 (17:01):
Look at that. But he is a row slam Yoko
spoiler alert.

Speaker 1 (17:07):
Let's see.

Speaker 2 (17:09):
He might be the guy who gets a up. Actually, nothing,
that's flags in our way. What are you doing? Camera?

Speaker 1 (17:16):
Right? Come? We got a better shot.

Speaker 2 (17:17):
Damn they had a hard camera, Like why didn't they
go to that?

Speaker 1 (17:23):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (17:25):
We see angles later on.

Speaker 1 (17:29):
Still there are they all just hanging out of ringside?

Speaker 2 (17:32):
Okay, look are those shirts Stars and stripes Challenge up
here we go? What is this just one camera? Like
not even they're not even cutting the hard camera.

Speaker 1 (17:47):
You know, imagine having to work this event and it's
not even on TV. It's just out there in the
blazing sun. I'm sure you're getting paid a lot of money,
but this probably wasn't that fun. It's like the crowd,
it is not like super Lively. This doesn't really mean
that much. It's all built for Lex Luga to slam them,
like you know what's gonna happen.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
Yeah, but you don't know it's lex though.

Speaker 1 (18:08):
This is like if you're a Matra Man or Todd
pett and get camera guys the rest like those guys.

Speaker 2 (18:16):
You're just making sure that none of them actually slammed Yoko,
like I think.

Speaker 1 (18:22):
Right now, Bobby, Yeah, it kind of killed the angle
if Keith Sims slammed.

Speaker 2 (18:33):
Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Like I remember one of
them actually got Yoko off his feet. Ah, I think
that even showed that your guys not even barefoot. These
weren't flip flops. Is that cheating?

Speaker 1 (18:45):
That that ring is probably hot as hell on that man?

Speaker 2 (18:52):
That beautiful belt, it's a beautiful belt.

Speaker 1 (18:57):
It would have really killed the angle. If Sean Cronin
slam your was doing it, like, Okay, I guess he's going.
I guess he's going to Summer Slam.

Speaker 2 (19:06):
There'd be a Sean Cronin statue out front of the Spectrum.

Speaker 1 (19:09):
Oh yeah, that's that one season he played for the Flyers.

Speaker 2 (19:13):
It is this scrawny white guy. Oh of course who
Peter Tagley and Eddie Pittsburgh Penguin.

Speaker 1 (19:31):
Think it out of here and he played for the Penguins.

Speaker 2 (19:34):
Boom exactly.

Speaker 1 (19:36):
Let's see what did for the Flyers that one season?

Speaker 2 (19:38):
Go to hell? Peter?

Speaker 1 (19:40):
Thirty five games, he had two goals, one assist, thirty
seven penalty minutes plus minus of zero. That's it.

Speaker 2 (19:49):
He would be the best player on the twenty nineteen Flyers. Wow,
Sean suck, that's what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (20:00):
I didn't say it for that.

Speaker 2 (20:04):
What's not sure? Say? Tag team? Yeah? Oh boy, they're
giving these guys like three chances.

Speaker 1 (20:13):
Get out there, get him out of there, Get one.

Speaker 2 (20:16):
Chance, bro, take your ass out of here.

Speaker 1 (20:24):
Why did they get like fifth line hockey player to
come out to this? You couldn't get Mark Recky or
like they couldn't get.

Speaker 2 (20:33):
John Probably on a vacation somewhere. Oh here we go.

Speaker 1 (20:41):
Was the Steiner brother Yeah, Steiner brothers, Scott Steiner Okay, yeah,
Scott Steiner was badass.

Speaker 2 (20:53):
Bro.

Speaker 1 (20:56):
It's crazy. That's the same guy who became Big Papa
Pump like later, Like that's nuts.

Speaker 2 (21:03):
Yeah just five years wow, not.

Speaker 1 (21:06):
Even boy, it was like ninety eight, right, and he picked.

Speaker 2 (21:08):
Up a punk yeah after in February too, so.

Speaker 1 (21:15):
That mullet.

Speaker 2 (21:18):
It was funny. We talked about the hiddens Gem section
and the Krocket Cup yeah, Rick Steiner was on the
tag team, but it wasn't with Scott. One of the
like first matches and he was actually he looked bigger
than Scott does. Like here, oh my god, like he
was jacked.

Speaker 1 (21:38):
So was always jacked.

Speaker 2 (21:40):
Yeah, so Rick must have stopped doing something and then
he went like even at the end of the w
CW run and then w W Africa.

Speaker 1 (21:51):
Oh geez, and that didn't work out too well.

Speaker 2 (21:57):
Let's try Earls, Like why just slap him? Worst res ever? Man?
What is Jr? Didn't do anything that I don't know?

Speaker 1 (22:13):
But do you remember when the restaurant thing happened, like
in Georgia and they interviewed Scott Steiner as just like
restaurant owner, the chiren Head restaurant owner that had big
popper pump on the baby Scott Steiner.

Speaker 2 (22:27):
And I wasn't even like, oh the Charlotte Hornets. Oh
he's not even a player yet, Scott. Who Scott Burrell Barrell?

Speaker 1 (22:48):
How do you spell that?

Speaker 2 (22:50):
The U R R E L L Blog of Doom.

Speaker 1 (22:53):
So he's Pat Burrell's brothers, Pat the baths brother, I guess.
So Scott Borrough won the won an NBA championship with
the Bulls in ninety eight, his only season with the Bulls,
he won a championship. He played for five teams in

(23:15):
the NBA and then with the Hornets in two thousand
and one. He went back to Tina Jackon.

Speaker 2 (23:19):
Okay, how about that.

Speaker 1 (23:21):
He's not going to slang yokozuna. He didn't even try
to slam a while. He walked all the way to
the ring. The ticket six per dight ass home.

Speaker 2 (23:31):
What I don't even know that happened? This suck it hilarious.
I've never watched this like full well.

Speaker 1 (23:38):
He also played for the I said, the Bulls, the Warriors,
and the Nets. Career average six point nine points per game. Oh,
I mean average. His best season was in ninety five
ninety six. He averaged thirteen point two thirteen points and

(24:01):
five rebounds.

Speaker 2 (24:02):
Interesting, Miami Dowphins, guys, who is this? Dude? This would
have been right up your ally if this was nineteen
ninety three. Right now?

Speaker 1 (24:14):
What's his name? Uh?

Speaker 2 (24:18):
Mark Higgs, Miami Dolphins running the Biggs Higgs h I
G G s. Looks like the father from My Brother
of Man, doesn't he? Oh? My god?

Speaker 1 (24:32):
Mark Higgs? Do you see it though, I have to
look at their father for my brother and me.

Speaker 2 (24:39):
Again.

Speaker 1 (24:40):
Mark Higgs played for for NFL teams. He did not
slam Yokozuna. In fact, he just fell. Wow, we're a
freaking embarrassment. Higgs played for the Eagles in nineteen eighty nine.

Speaker 2 (24:54):
Oh wow, he.

Speaker 1 (24:57):
Had one hundred and eighty four yards. He animals at
that yards. Had nine hundred yards ninety one and ninety
two for the Dolphins. Yeah, nine oh five, nine to fifteen,
nine fifteen and seven touchdowns ninety two for the Dolphins.
How about that.

Speaker 2 (25:13):
I love how you're looking up their stats as we go.
This is great. Oh yeah, I didn't even think about
that when we do this, But that's great.

Speaker 1 (25:21):
He had a couple of decent seasons. Decent, I said,
stressed the decent. He ended his career in ninety five
with the Cardinals. Mark Higgs drafted by the Cowboys.

Speaker 2 (25:34):
I think, oh, well, then he's no good.

Speaker 1 (25:38):
Yeah, drafted in the eighth round when they had eight
rounds in the draft.

Speaker 2 (25:43):
Oh no, what's this?

Speaker 1 (25:45):
What's he doing?

Speaker 2 (25:46):
We're taking a break.

Speaker 1 (25:50):
So you can eat eat rice. Oh boy, oh my god,
this is a super racist. He's eating topsticks my god,
bowl of rice. Bruh, bruh.

Speaker 2 (26:07):
W w F.

Speaker 1 (26:11):
He's taking a rice break because he's Japanese, a Japanese
man being played by Simonan. He's good with the chopsticks though.

Speaker 2 (26:22):
Yeah, I still haven't figured out how to use him.
Come on, man, I'm sorry, I just.

Speaker 1 (26:28):
I absolutely do not even for like sushi.

Speaker 2 (26:32):
No, I'm not like a sushi fan. So I've used
it in I think twenty eleven was like the last
time I used him.

Speaker 1 (26:39):
Oh my god, gotta get you out in the streets, man.
Some sushi out here, some sushi right now?

Speaker 2 (26:52):
What do we got nuts? Top yell? General Heavner out
of there? Cat Dave in here? Where is that Dave?

Speaker 1 (27:04):
I hope it's stake the facial surgery. I can't tell.

Speaker 2 (27:07):
Yeah, I don't know if at this point Dave was
still a ref or was he ever a ref? Or
was it just for that angle? I don't even remember.

Speaker 1 (27:14):
I don't he was. He was definitely behind the scenes.

Speaker 2 (27:17):
Yea Earl was just the worst.

Speaker 1 (27:22):
Who we got.

Speaker 2 (27:25):
Another NFL player, Gary Baldinger. Wow?

Speaker 1 (27:35):
Is that Brian Baldinger's brother?

Speaker 2 (27:37):
Maybe you're looking that up.

Speaker 1 (27:39):
I'm about to he he lost like a little bit.

Speaker 2 (27:46):
He looks like a little bit.

Speaker 1 (27:47):
Gary Balding, let's go Gary.

Speaker 2 (27:53):
He was on the Buffalo Bills. So what's he doing
going the other way? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (27:57):
His other his both his two brothers in the NFL.

Speaker 2 (28:00):
Nobody does that. Whatever Gary just did, nobody's ever tried
before ever. Well.

Speaker 1 (28:06):
Gary Baldinger is the brother of Brian Baldinger, a cool
local FLA. He was born in Philadelphia.

Speaker 2 (28:13):
Oh what over too of this damn thing?

Speaker 1 (28:19):
Can't you remember in the Philly like that? Though? No?

Speaker 2 (28:22):
Right, Like, can we can we edit that page? Like,
let's edit that page. He's not from Philly anymore? Not
after that? Man, I love how they have the theme
music ready for the w W guys. Yeah, I just say.

Speaker 1 (28:48):
I think. Uh. Gary Baldinger retired in ninety two, so
this is like he just be like this is his
last season. He just finish his last season. Like, I
can't slaining nogo Zuna. I'm done. I'm retiring.

Speaker 2 (29:00):
That's it. I don't blame him.

Speaker 1 (29:02):
Man, just lost to Super Bowls. I can't slam Yokozuna.
I'm out. This is the biggest age in American history.

Speaker 2 (29:15):
According to to Tanka, Native American tatakats not forget that. Yeah. Wow,
if they didn't have like Sluger lined up, you think
Tataka would have been the guy right stop it. A
year later it turned him Hail.

Speaker 1 (29:37):
Tanka was cool as hell though, man when he first
came out. I always liked Ta Tanka.

Speaker 2 (29:41):
I dug it. And the music was cool too, Yes,
but it was funny because like every when I would
go to a show and everyone in the crowd would
be doing the thing, and I would just be like, no, like, no.

Speaker 1 (29:55):
That's not that's not shy. No, it's good that you
didn't do it, because that's just my Native Americans.

Speaker 2 (30:02):
I wasn't even like thinking at that point, of course,
but I was like, I don't want to sound like
that at all. Up with everyone in the crowd house. Yeah,
the chop, you know that's illegal?

Speaker 1 (30:17):
Top?

Speaker 2 (30:17):
What's going on here? Prepared for this? What is?

Speaker 1 (30:20):
He goes to the top?

Speaker 2 (30:22):
Early white girl sucks?

Speaker 1 (30:24):
He sis It's like, Yo, if I would have known
I could do that, I would have do that too.

Speaker 2 (30:28):
What earl like side doesn't even get him though.

Speaker 1 (30:36):
Get out of here. Oh no, I'll tell you what though,
Yo is like six hundred pounds.

Speaker 2 (30:44):
But that man can move, bro, Yeah, I never appreciated
that until I was older.

Speaker 1 (30:48):
He can move. He's not hit them ropes, should not
hit them ropes that fast. And he's that big.

Speaker 2 (30:55):
And he did like a really great leg drop too.

Speaker 1 (30:57):
It's like up, he really got up for that. He
didn't like just sit down.

Speaker 2 (31:02):
Right, helping him out out here with the body bag.

Speaker 1 (31:12):
Put up in a body bag, being on his boat.
Look at this guy and his jacket. He's a pretty
hard jacket. Is he not like a thousand degrees? Oh
so hot for him? But can you imagine being on

(31:33):
his boat watching this right now and like this, this
is not a fun way to spend in July.

Speaker 2 (31:37):
Fourth, Like you're forgetting. Like it's on a boat, you know,
like right.

Speaker 1 (31:42):
All the way out there to see this, and it's
like seeing trash football players and hockey players shouted slang locals,
or at least trash hockey players football players.

Speaker 2 (31:51):
Have been all right, now, look at that greater remember
that Chevy, Like, uh, this is where I found out
about Chevy a lot, because they promoted it so much.

Speaker 1 (32:07):
You know, it's funny. I was looking at that at
lex Express bus. It made me think of I went
to the Hall of I went to Canton a couple
weeks ago with the rookies for my job with the Eagles,
and they actually have at the Canton at the Pro
Football Hall of Fame, they actually have John Madden's original
Madden Cruiser parked out front and people walk on it
and it was wow, awesome, welcome back in the nineties.

(32:30):
It was amazing. Who is this guy? It's a football
player apparently, but yeah, the original Madden cruiser was sick,
bro Like, it was amazing.

Speaker 2 (32:40):
That's awesome, George Martin, this is George Mark from the Giants. Yeah,
it was good. He looks all though, like.

Speaker 1 (32:53):
You know, he was Yeah, he was done at this point.
He was an old guy like in the eighties. Oh jeez,
like when they like, yeah, he's done by this point.

Speaker 2 (33:05):
It looks like he's ready to play golf.

Speaker 1 (33:06):
Like, what the hell he retired in eighty eight?

Speaker 2 (33:09):
Oh wow, great camera work here.

Speaker 1 (33:16):
Oh I thought it was Yoko Odo.

Speaker 2 (33:24):
He's the first one to say that. Police here.

Speaker 1 (33:33):
George Martin, all right, let's go. Uh he's a great
player for this.

Speaker 2 (33:44):
Trying to give him money him? Yeah, why wouldn't Yoko
take that?

Speaker 1 (33:50):
Is he wearing his super Bowl ring with Jetta Slam Yoko,
wouldn't you though, I guess now Machman's in the truck
just because this is man. This is the day at
the office right here.

Speaker 2 (34:09):
Man, they're earning their money.

Speaker 1 (34:12):
Like I said, I can only imagine what it was
like to work this show or this event. I should say.

Speaker 2 (34:18):
So you never went back to watch this as long
as you've note about it.

Speaker 1 (34:24):
No, I've only seen it liking clips like you said,
this in air on TV.

Speaker 2 (34:27):
So it's like, is that crush?

Speaker 1 (34:30):
No?

Speaker 2 (34:34):
Look at those sands, Bill Frelich, not Bill Frelech. Oh,
I'm looking. I'm looking at my phone. I don't know

(34:54):
these players, man. Look.

Speaker 1 (34:57):
Lee Taylor plays for the Giants from seventy.

Speaker 2 (34:59):
Eight to eighty to so they on this blog they've
been separating, separating every single competitor except this one. Oh,
so that's Billy.

Speaker 1 (35:10):
Taylor gained a game career career sixteen hundred yards sixteen
forty four. His best season came in nineteen eighty with
the Giants, when he gained five hundred and eighty yards
and fourth. Oh actually took that back. Seventy nine was
his best season with the Giants. Seven hundred yards seven touchdowns.

Speaker 2 (35:28):
He's not even gonna slam Yoko, not even gonna try
to slam him.

Speaker 1 (35:32):
He was a sportscaster by this point, he's already retired.

Speaker 2 (35:39):
So yeah, sportscaster. I guess up in New York? Is
that where he played? Yeah? Another former Oh it's like
current radio hosts Billy Taylor.

Speaker 1 (35:50):
Hold up, who's just that was?

Speaker 2 (35:56):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (35:56):
Now is Bill Frailer?

Speaker 2 (35:58):
Yeah? I think this is the guy that actually almost
slammed him somebody definitely almost. I think it made everyone
ship their pants a little bit.

Speaker 1 (36:15):
Really was nice, bro. I think Bill Field was in
the Hall of Fame.

Speaker 2 (36:28):
Oh yeah, almost.

Speaker 1 (36:31):
Bill Filly wasn't playing bro.

Speaker 2 (36:34):
Yeah, eirl was like, dude, it's supposed to be fake.

Speaker 1 (36:42):
Oh man. Bill Freilick died last year. Oh man, oh man,
I forgot about that. Bill phillid full time Pro Bowl,
two time All Pro. He was nice, bro, Rest in peace.
This is his last season ninety three with the lines.
He's playing for the Falcons his whole career. Oh shit,
who the hell is this guy? What a chest up?

Speaker 2 (37:07):
Joe Eagles receiver Joey Smith?

Speaker 1 (37:09):
What oh man?

Speaker 2 (37:14):
Was he wearing?

Speaker 1 (37:15):
I don't know, like he's trying to be in a
new addition video, the Joys video.

Speaker 2 (37:25):
That shit hot though, stop it.

Speaker 1 (37:29):
That's the piece of Bill FAILI, by the way, I
rocked that.

Speaker 2 (37:36):
It's from the Philadelphia Eagles. Man, you sure it's what?
It says a blog abdoom dot Com Joey Smith Eagles
receiver Joey Smith.

Speaker 1 (37:47):
It says giants own built pro reference. He only played
two seasons and he didn't even play in ninety three.

Speaker 2 (37:53):
So he probably signed with the Eagles and then never
played his nets.

Speaker 1 (37:56):
Cut his ass.

Speaker 2 (37:58):
Unless whoever wrote this was stupid.

Speaker 1 (38:01):
Well he had a cold with three catches forty that's
hold to play, said.

Speaker 2 (38:06):
Joey Smith.

Speaker 1 (38:08):
Maybe it's the wrong guy looking at it.

Speaker 2 (38:09):
I mean, that's what I'm saying, Joe. It's probably a.

Speaker 1 (38:11):
Lot of Joey Smith. But I said Joey Smith Eagles,
and that's who came up.

Speaker 2 (38:15):
Oh yeah, better numbers than Freddie Mitchell.

Speaker 1 (38:23):
Yes, thank you. Wait a second, Bill Fadlick was nice
back in the day. Bro probably should be in the
Hall of Fame.

Speaker 2 (38:40):
So there's a Joey Mickey that was on the Eagles
as a tight end in ninety three and then the Eagles,
but it says Kallas Cowboys ninety three too.

Speaker 1 (38:53):
Oh well, who cares?

Speaker 2 (38:55):
He is a super Bowl champion.

Speaker 1 (38:56):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (38:57):
I don't know if it's the same guy either, but.

Speaker 1 (38:59):
Cowins want to ninety three? Who's just Rick rick Steiner?
Yes it is, man, this is something.

Speaker 2 (39:09):
Else without his head here, so it's really not Rick Steiner?

Speaker 1 (39:13):
Yeah, who is this guy? Look at that fustache. That
is the greatest food manchuw.

Speaker 2 (39:21):
Of all time? Is really I never appreciated it back then.

Speaker 1 (39:24):
Look at that thing. That's hilarious Rick Steiner. He does
look odd without the head gear.

Speaker 2 (39:33):
I'm telling man, he was rips in that Crockett cup.
Got it. You gotta go back and watch like some
of his matches.

Speaker 1 (39:40):
He is did you watch the entire thing?

Speaker 2 (39:42):
Oh no, just I can't. There's no commentary. It's like
like I can't just watch. Was he trying to suit plex?

Speaker 1 (39:50):
I mean it's a slam belly? Is it? It counts?
It counts. I would count it. I wouldn't get him
off the ground.

Speaker 2 (39:59):
Yeah, but he might not. That's the thing, like you
could all you can still stoop like someone if you
just a little. They never like other takers choked slam
of mankind off the top of the cell. His foot
like barely left his case, which.

Speaker 1 (40:11):
They couldn't jump off this cell, and they would have
both went through.

Speaker 2 (40:15):
I'm just saying, oh, who is this Jim Campman?

Speaker 1 (40:24):
Who the hell is I don't know any of these guyss,
Jim Campman or a k.

Speaker 2 (40:32):
Uh whoever wrote this doesn't know? He says, k and
then with two ends on the end.

Speaker 1 (40:40):
The bills, that's what it says here, Oh camp Man
two ends? Yeah. Uh. Unfortunately Jim Campman is like he no,
that's a different person. Okay, never mind, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (40:59):
How the bills a lot of bills on this show.
They were in New York. Weren't they also in the
middle of their run or was it.

Speaker 1 (41:11):
That over superos? No? This was this isnt after the
ninety two season. This would have been the third. They
would have lost the third Super Bowl. This is the actor?

Speaker 2 (41:22):
Who is this? Jim Jens Jensen?

Speaker 1 (41:25):
Okay, they would have lost the third Super Bowl and
wrote to the Cowboys at this point, So.

Speaker 2 (41:31):
They went from ninety to ninety four and lost all
four well, no three.

Speaker 1 (41:39):
Jim Jensen, Dolphins wide receiver, excuse.

Speaker 2 (41:43):
Me, you're preh had that ninety eight counts as one.

Speaker 1 (41:48):
Hope you don't hope he took his vitamins. Jim Jensen
played for a lot of seasons.

Speaker 2 (41:52):
Are those those HPK glasses two years too early? The hearts?
Oh yeah, I used to have them.

Speaker 1 (42:02):
Uh nope, nope, get out of it, Jim, I don't
even know how to slam like. Jim Jensen played like
eleven seasons with the Dolphins, all the Dolphins. I had
twenty nine catches, two thousand yards, nineteen touchdowns, one of
the mediocres the career best season sixty one catches, five
hundred yards, six touchdowns, five hundred fifty seven yards. He

(42:24):
didn't even get like catches like that in eighty four
when Dan Marino threw forty eight touchdowns. Man, he only
had thirteen catches. In eighty four. Den Reno literally threw
five thousand yards and forty eight touchdowns and eighty four
like no one else doing that, And Jim Jensen thirteen
catches one hundred and thirty nine yards, still had two

(42:44):
touchdowns though.

Speaker 2 (42:45):
So he was focused on them up with babies or something.

Speaker 1 (42:49):
I guess, Jim Henson, I think, what's you thinking about?

Speaker 2 (42:53):
I know it was a joke, man, Come on, I know.
Oh look at those old you see that packers? Uh yeah,
I was remember it was like those old school that
the same exact logo for every single team, just like
different just different colors. Oh yeah, I used to have one.

Speaker 1 (43:16):
This is rippting stuff. Here.

Speaker 2 (43:18):
Look at Earl Hebner looking like a nerd out there.

Speaker 1 (43:22):
Meanwhile, Todd petan girl has the door man socks of
all time.

Speaker 2 (43:27):
Todd is the man in his shirt, tuck Dad, that's
the door is part not even that socks. Oh that's crushed?
Oh Harry comes? Is he putting on his gear at
the bottom?

Speaker 1 (43:51):
ConA Crush?

Speaker 2 (43:52):
That was funny, right, yeah?

Speaker 1 (43:56):
Would you just crush?

Speaker 2 (43:58):
Oh? I don't think he ever or they ever really
added ConA to his name today. Oh I don't know.
They build it like I don't know. Maybe that was
his nickname, but I don't remember ever seeing ConA crush.
What what's funny is that he's all like pumped up
for the US right now, and then he'll be against

(44:18):
them that's the Rapper series, and then he will have
turned heel.

Speaker 1 (44:23):
Wasn't he like Hawaiian? Yeah, that's not in the US.
All of a sudden like that's not part of the US.
I guess it was a part of the continental United States.

Speaker 2 (44:34):
So but he remembers I don't know if you've seen
when he turns on Randy Savage on raw and he
uh makes him eat the guardrail and yeah, like split
open and everything.

Speaker 1 (44:50):
Then they had a matter WrestleMania at ten. It was
something else.

Speaker 2 (44:56):
It's funny because just in a few months, Yoko and
Crush will be best friends. Mm hm.

Speaker 1 (45:05):
When it comes to the US. It's intrepid though all
bets are all.

Speaker 2 (45:10):
I always thought this was a weird character for Crush,
like because he was with Demolition and he he had
the head vice and then he would win his matches,
but then continually, uh.

Speaker 1 (45:26):
Damn.

Speaker 2 (45:27):
You know, he was probably like surprised as hell he
got him up there.

Speaker 1 (45:31):
I mean, I'm pretty sure Yoko like helped him out.
He was opposed to get him up.

Speaker 2 (45:37):
No, but will not believe that. I would not believe
that yours ready to go into business for himself.

Speaker 1 (45:44):
It's a word, bro By the way, CRUSH's hair is
just something to be whole and look at that.

Speaker 2 (45:51):
It really is that Mulla is unbelievable business in the
front party in the back.

Speaker 1 (45:57):
He had the most lit party in the back, though
he did.

Speaker 2 (46:02):
I don't think I could ever dream of growing something
like that.

Speaker 1 (46:04):
How long did mullets last into the nineties? Man? Like, right,
this is ninety three? Or was it just wrestling that
was just so far behind in the time, then still
rock and mullets show couldn't have been lasted as long like,

(46:28):
but they probably did in like real life. But I don't.
I feel like wrestling was just still rock and mumbles.
They're still rocking fanny packs.

Speaker 2 (46:34):
Like ninety eight, yeah, which just cool.

Speaker 1 (46:37):
Oh it's done by that point.

Speaker 2 (46:40):
Nothing coming back, man, there they are.

Speaker 1 (46:45):
You're not lying about that, like the goods especially look
the fancy ones with the Gucci ones. People put it
on their shoulders and stuff like that.

Speaker 2 (46:51):
Yeah, not for me though, not for me. Yeah, in fact,
I'll keep my backpack stilly.

Speaker 1 (46:58):
Yeah, yeah, you see that story or with an opinion piece,
Let's be honest.

Speaker 2 (47:04):
The headline didn't even do anything. It wasn't even like
abandoned backpacks. It was just like take it off in
a crowd of space.

Speaker 1 (47:10):
That was it was the opinion of one person. It
was an op ed I believe. But still I think
somebody wrote like an opposing one today. I didn't.

Speaker 2 (47:18):
I didn't.

Speaker 1 (47:18):
You don't want to set but like stop playing. I
got a backpack every day, man, serious, if anything, I
used to have like a like a laptop bag. Yeah,
it's just like, ah, the book bag is just more functions.
I got both my hands. I just feel better, exactly,
got more space.

Speaker 2 (47:35):
And they make book bags that where you can put
your laptop into so it's not like it's flowing around,
you know, like fire.

Speaker 1 (47:42):
And everything laptops or something like that, like look more professional,
but like book bags are fine.

Speaker 2 (47:46):
Like, yeah, I have a professional looking book bag.

Speaker 1 (47:50):
I gotta I mean, I gotta like a eat like
a super Bowl book bag.

Speaker 2 (47:54):
But like it's fine, that's professional.

Speaker 1 (47:57):
Yeah, I got that. I got two book back I
got that. I got an all black book bag. It's fine.

Speaker 2 (48:03):
My one is all black. Yeah. When I use it
every day, they're fine.

Speaker 1 (48:09):
For work purposes, you lose the backpack us.

Speaker 2 (48:13):
Yeah, get out of here. Backpacks are awesome. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (48:18):
I don't think it's not one person at my job.
I mean some of the women that some of them
don't have backpack. I don't think any one guy in
my job doesn't have it backpack man, I don't even
have a book bag.

Speaker 2 (48:28):
Like I started like I would go to work in
like twenty ten, twenty eleven without one because I was
doing like that entry all day. So I'm just sitting
in front of a computers. I don't really need one.
But then like in twenty twelve, I started taking it
and like, I can't imagine going to work without one.
You could just fased on everything I have.

Speaker 1 (48:43):
You know, I can't put it on into your pockets.
You got charges, like I see why women came and
stuff like that.

Speaker 2 (48:48):
Like you need stuff, Yeah, portable chargers, stuff to write with,
not not just pen pencils, got pens, You got markers. Man,
you got sharp picks, got throat pads. Is that the
USA logo on his back? Oh, it's just the USA.

(49:08):
I'm saying, like, what if the USA made them use
like their channel logo for that design.

Speaker 1 (49:13):
It's yeah, advertise your network on my bag to pay
for that? Fan.

Speaker 2 (49:21):
Well, there's this broadcast on radio that I just saw
a radio banner up there kind of make it out but.

Speaker 1 (49:29):
Local sponsorship, you.

Speaker 2 (49:31):
Know, seasy money, you know. In July fourth broadcast.

Speaker 1 (49:36):
Live in that, yeah, because what else are gonna errand
aly for it exactly if you're not broadcasting Yankees of
the Mets then and go.

Speaker 2 (49:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (49:45):
One time I was working at Macy's like twenty ten,
I've listened to ninety seventy five, and they were talking
about like people's favorite hot dog topics on July fourth?
What do you like when you're hot? Like they would
give a sports take and then they're like, whoa big,
big show, get him up and monument. It's not get
him up, hat came off and everything.

Speaker 2 (50:04):
But no royal rule revenge here, right, But like.

Speaker 1 (50:08):
People will give you like the sports take. So I
guess maybe it was twenty eleven. I forget what year
it was exactly like, oh yeah, the Eagles are gonna
do this this year to fill this blah blah. All right,
so what are you looking your favorite hot dog? Oh yeah,
oh yeah, a little bit of dog gets a little
bit of mustard there, Harry Mace And all right, now
the next caller, what we're talking about in July four?

Speaker 2 (50:28):
I don't mind like that discussion, but don't like discussion,
entire discussion, but they did it like all day. Yeah,
that's too much.

Speaker 1 (50:36):
Man, it's like, you know, Mike, he missed us like
he does like a sports taking like give me a general,
give me general.

Speaker 2 (50:41):
Or something like that, Yeah, Wednesdays or something like that.

Speaker 1 (50:43):
General knowledge. People don't even.

Speaker 2 (50:46):
While listen to sports radio.

Speaker 1 (50:48):
People don't even give it take and just go all right,
six is a good general knowledge?

Speaker 2 (50:52):
Yeah? Are they chanting one more time or something like that?
Thank you Savage. He ain't getting one more time though,
Come on, bro, just put him in the eye Savage. Oh,
here we go.

Speaker 1 (51:08):
Oh in the helicopter.

Speaker 2 (51:10):
It's a helicopter. Everyone thinks it's all Cogan.

Speaker 1 (51:14):
This is getting the pop right now.

Speaker 2 (51:15):
Everyone thinks it's it's hilarious.

Speaker 1 (51:18):
It's more of a popular the helicopter and not the
person coming out of the helicopter.

Speaker 2 (51:21):
Yeah, you can't even tell who it is at this point, chanting. Yeah,
I told you man, Oh my god, I think it's Hogan.

Speaker 1 (51:32):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (51:32):
I think the god just yelled into the camera Hogan. Baby.

Speaker 1 (51:37):
Wow. Yoga's like, oh my god, they're all channing Hogan.

Speaker 2 (51:44):
They're all looking stupid again. Wow.

Speaker 1 (51:46):
This would have been an indictment, like just like Yo,
they weren't. They don't care about it. They all held Cogan.

Speaker 2 (51:56):
This happened literally not even a month after You'll go
beat Hogan, and so you would assume it would be Hogan.

Speaker 1 (52:03):
That's a good assumption.

Speaker 3 (52:04):
But but nobody cared about Luger, right, come on, Todd, what.

Speaker 1 (52:18):
People are booing?

Speaker 2 (52:19):
Yeah, of course because he's a bad guy at this point.

Speaker 1 (52:23):
Then they made him cheer. I forgot about how he
was a bad guy at this point. He's a narcissist still, Yeah,
it's previous.

Speaker 2 (52:30):
He was on the King of the Ring too. He
was still in his narcissist character before this. So this
is the first time we ever saw him. This was
obviously the beginning of his face turned. So they were like,
no promo, it was nothing.

Speaker 1 (52:45):
And Peto has to get lets Luga chant going, look
at that shirt.

Speaker 2 (52:51):
He's a good guy. He's a good guy. Well he's
not slapping hands though yet it's a full babyface. Oh
he's got that shirt on, so that damn is I
like this? Oh?

Speaker 1 (53:06):
Bobby heenan his manager?

Speaker 2 (53:08):
Well I guess he wasn't his manager anymore, because there
we go, there we go, there we go. Okay, Todd
con Pett girl did so much to get lex Luga
over my pet. Gill was the MVP back for he
watched Mania. He was the man.

Speaker 1 (53:28):
He knew what the deal. Well, like, wh need to
get like Luca over, let me start, just let Luca
chant real quick.

Speaker 2 (53:36):
Okay, yeah, there we go. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (53:56):
H m hm.

Speaker 2 (54:08):
Wow. I didn't sure anything. He just said, yeah, him
and Todd wearing the same shirt. I just noticed that.

Speaker 1 (54:27):
They had multiples of those shirts.

Speaker 2 (54:29):
That's amazing, I don't I just noticed that.

Speaker 1 (54:41):
There's nothing wrong with America.

Speaker 2 (54:44):
Oh boy, he said, blood sucking leeches.

Speaker 4 (54:49):
Wow mm hmmm, this is something else.

Speaker 1 (55:01):
Man.

Speaker 2 (55:02):
Oh he spit at him, mister Fuji, spit it Luga.
And now he's oh that knee bracing everything. Yeah, somebody
else has that shirt.

Speaker 1 (55:21):
They probably had a closet full of them on a
lexic spreads.

Speaker 2 (55:24):
I want one.

Speaker 1 (55:25):
Now, there we go, Lexus younger, ease. It was Cowboy boots.

Speaker 2 (55:34):
Let's go big boy.

Speaker 1 (55:36):
Oh my god, this is is so trash.

Speaker 2 (55:43):
You know, it was funny. I remember Jim Cornett yelling
about how it was hip toss.

Speaker 1 (55:52):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (55:53):
We already know what happens. We saw it in the
beginning with the Hero video. But oh, oh my goodness, boom,
that was a slam that was a body slam.

Speaker 1 (56:09):
And the crowd goes wild. The last guy in the
in the ring. The contest was over.

Speaker 2 (56:21):
The due w W champion.

Speaker 1 (56:23):
Uh not yet or not not ever? Korea America.

Speaker 2 (56:31):
Wow, Luger triumphs that jockey is still here in different
we won the war.

Speaker 1 (56:43):
Patriotic angles is always weird to me.

Speaker 2 (56:46):
Yeah, I mean they weren't back then, but now they
are to me now as a kid, they weren't weird
to me.

Speaker 1 (56:53):
It doesn't matter what country it is. It's like, we
don't like you because you're not You don't like that
because you're not from here.

Speaker 2 (56:59):
Exactly of it, especially America, where like you were supposed
to be uh open to everybody and spot.

Speaker 1 (57:10):
You didn't get everybody to chair for the women's soccer team, right,
celebrate too hard, which is.

Speaker 2 (57:15):
Like get out of here bs. Shout out to the
US women's soccer team better. Actually they I think they
will win the World Cup Sunday.

Speaker 1 (57:24):
So got Netherlands.

Speaker 2 (57:26):
It could be a good match. Lex Luger with FLA FLA.

Speaker 1 (57:37):
It's like it's double American.

Speaker 2 (57:41):
Gonna pick me up again for liket, Like do we
get that on camera already?

Speaker 1 (57:48):
Double American.

Speaker 2 (57:49):
Man. H It's like, man, my favorite Lex Lugar moment.
It's funny beat Hogan for the title on Nitro.

Speaker 1 (58:03):
That was the Lex Luba moment.

Speaker 2 (58:05):
Bro.

Speaker 1 (58:07):
Was he w W champion like before he went to
w w F two. Yes, he's w W champion like
an early nineties.

Speaker 2 (58:14):
Right, yep, yep? I think I don't remember who he beat.
I don't know if he beat Flair or else. I
don't I don't even remember how he lost it either, But.

Speaker 1 (58:25):
Let's look it up. Everything else unbelievable.

Speaker 2 (58:34):
What the Lex Express was born that day?

Speaker 1 (58:41):
One day, let's look at one day vacated championship. Ah,
that's when. That's when Flair left w W to go
to WWF.

Speaker 2 (58:50):
Oh so Luger was their next champion after that? Yep,
oh wow, I didn't. I must have glossed over that.

Speaker 1 (58:58):
Luger didn't lost the sting. Okay, we didn't lost to Vader.
We didn't lost to Ron Simmons. About that?

Speaker 2 (59:08):
How about that? I always love watching that Ron Simmons win.
Catch me everyone in the crowd crying like it was
a big moments.

Speaker 1 (59:19):
We had a black president all of a sudden.

Speaker 2 (59:22):
It was great. It was sham for a little bit too.
That happened in the summer, right, and then I think
he lost the summer one in.

Speaker 1 (59:35):
What up? Yeah, he went in August, lost in December,
so he had it for like four.

Speaker 2 (59:42):
Months, remember him. Like some of the Saturday night episodes
on the network that they UH uploaded have him defending
the title against some guys. So wow, that was it.
That was That was the least express getting started.

Speaker 1 (01:00:09):
And that's it, Like can you imagine going on there
for this? I hope he had charge people for this.

Speaker 2 (01:00:14):
Yo, I don't even remember.

Speaker 1 (01:00:16):
I hope he didn't charge people for this.

Speaker 2 (01:00:18):
Why not? Though you got to see like the crowning
of the new Halt Cogan, you didn't even.

Speaker 1 (01:00:24):
See an official match. Trash ass body slad channels with
trash ass hockey players, some okay football players and one
just average ass basketball player. He didn't even do the slam. Yeah,
and it's a tanka and crush.

Speaker 2 (01:00:43):
And and then like Sluga and Ready Savage.

Speaker 1 (01:00:50):
That's true.

Speaker 2 (01:00:55):
Earl Hebner was a chicken.

Speaker 1 (01:00:58):
Bobby Heenen was it? Bobby Heenan and Randy Savage made
old things.

Speaker 2 (01:01:02):
Yeah, that was really that was a cool moment. When
Lex shoved Keenan, because I think they showed that in
one of their clips and that that was all you needed,
you know, and wrestling that's all you need. It's like okay,
like they're not together anymore, you just need that shove
and then you have Heenan like tall crap on them
a little bit. Apparently that's too hard nowadays to rent
a storyline that way.

Speaker 1 (01:01:24):
I'm just sat forwarding it now to see what's going on.
I just just the bus driving.

Speaker 2 (01:01:30):
Yeah, dude, there's like a five or six minute long
stretch of where it's just the bus driving. The cars
are passing. It's ridiculous. Yeah, I'm shotting it because I did.
I watched it before just to see and I went
through it and it was just like the weirdest thing.
They have some media.

Speaker 1 (01:01:52):
Some Ico pro on the bus.

Speaker 2 (01:01:55):
Is that legal.

Speaker 1 (01:01:59):
In some.

Speaker 2 (01:02:00):
At the end they do have the Summer Slam match
with him and Yoko, so they do have that. At
the end.

Speaker 1 (01:02:10):
He's got us a shirt on this.

Speaker 2 (01:02:13):
It's fantastic.

Speaker 1 (01:02:21):
Mm hmm, Lex Luger, what's this man? This is so much.

Speaker 3 (01:02:32):
I can't.

Speaker 2 (01:02:33):
I can't.

Speaker 1 (01:02:36):
The bus pulls up and kids just flocked to it.

Speaker 2 (01:02:42):
It's awesome.

Speaker 1 (01:02:43):
I can't.

Speaker 2 (01:02:47):
It's awesome.

Speaker 1 (01:02:49):
Oh my god. All right, I'm done.

Speaker 2 (01:02:58):

wolf Pack for no other reason other than to be
with the guys everyone likes. Even though they were on WO.

much every part of Lex Luga's career, but the Lex Express,

Crockett and early depths w like he was like the
greatest wrestler or whatever. But like he was in the

(01:05:11):
in the ring with great opponents and he had great
angles and of course he was money because people, he
