We talk to Dirk Maggs - Audio Director, Producer & Writer. During his amazing career Dirk has worked with the BBC creating award-winning comic adaptations of Superman, Batman, Spider-Man and Judge Dredd. After being personally invited by Douglas Adams he created the hugely successful mid 2000's radio return of The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy and most recently The New York Times #1 Bestselling audio adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s comic series The Sandman. We cover all of this along with tales of growing up, his love of music and in particular playing the drums, along with great insights into bringing the unreleased script of Alien III to life and his amazing friendship with Queen's Brian May.
