Kelli (00:01):
Super, super cool whatever the infernal thing is.

Chris (00:06):
This is the Supercalifragilistic awesome
Disney Podcast where each weekwe discuss, you guessed it,
Disney things

Kelli (00:13):
you know, things you don't know and things you didn't
know you needed to know. Well,

Chris (00:17):
as Walt would say, the way to get started is to quit
talking and begin doing oh bythe

Kelli (00:21):
way, I can do this.
Please stand clear of the doorspoor football mantenga c'est la
Hado de las puertas

Chris (00:28):
welcome aboard Disney fam welcome aboard Disney fam. We
are back it has been about amonth but weirdly you guys don't
care we just keep gettingdownloads and we love you for
it. My name is Chris I'm Kelly.
Seriously is like our best monthof downloads in the last four

Kelli (00:48):
Do you think they're telling us like say die

Chris (00:51):
just stop if you'll just stop we'll keep downloading

Kelli (00:58):
could be you're

Chris (01:00):
wearing some avatar ears today

Kelli (01:03):
I am which are very, very on brand very on topic. very own
brand. All of the above. I'mkilling it and they light up.
They do live. They light up. Iactually have more than one pair
of avatars

Chris (01:19):
it's the ears on them.
The ears are what they are. Imean fantastic. That's what I
meant to say. A net fent asked

Kelli (01:27):
Hey honey, did anybody listen to us?

Chris (01:28):
I just told you we had so many downloads. Some of the
cities that downloadedMinneapolis Minnesota one of
them before No I was surprisedwe said places that are nearby
Minneapolis okay sometimes thebig cities get lost in the
shuffle because it's it's thesuburbs that download okay, but

(01:51):
yes Minneapolis home of printsback when Prince Paisley palace
or whatever it was he caught hisplace is out there 70 Apples
Yeah, all right. Yeah, they verymuch on him there. They love him
formerly known as he's stillknown as that today.
Huntersville North Carolina.
Back in our old neck of thewoods. Oh Huntersville we know

(02:13):
good people in Huntersville goodpeople in Huntersville
Smithfield Utah not to beconfused with Smithfield Rhode
Island from back in early 2022.
This is a different Smithfield.
This is north of Salt Lake Cityright between the Great Salt
Lake and Bear Lake.

Kelli (02:29):
One word two words.

Chris (02:30):
So one word, they have McDonald's and they had
something else I saw on the map

Kelli (02:34):
is that they made like the bacon the meat Smithfield I

Chris (02:37):
don't know that it's that Smithfield different I think
it's a difference. I don't thinkthe Rhode Island Smithfield is
that one either I could bewrong, okay to be wrong. And Rio
de Janeiro, Brazil. I know oneof the world's great cities
right there on the coast ofBrazil. Now that's cool. Yeah,
they're listening to us probablyon the beach. When they're

(02:57):
they're practically half naked.
They're on their beaches. Wow.
Listening to us.

Kelli (03:02):
I mean, it's not a visual really that I wanted. And I do
find it odd that like that'swhere you went. That's

Chris (03:10):
all that's the only thing you ever see about Rio de
Janeiro. That and they havereally dirty ocean water.
There's like you

Kelli (03:16):
got the Olympics. That was very bad press coverage.
You're really ate them up overthat.

Chris (03:22):
Okay, you want it? Hey, do you have any announcements
for today? I don't Okay, allright. Well, let's just get
started on main

Kelli (03:28):
street smart aleck. We don't need any of that. We don't
need the tone. Oh, we

Chris (03:31):
got tone tone for days over here. Main Street. Yes. I'm
just so happy to be back here.
So we wondered why Mickey Mouseand company weren't fighting
back against the theauthoritarian rule. They're in
Florida fighting the patriarchyin Florida. But turns out they

(03:53):
were obviously everybody'sprobably heard about this by
now. But Disney and the previousReedy Creek Improvement District
Board had a meeting vailable forall to attend and or watch
online and decided that welllet's just give all of our power
over to Disney before the newboard comes in here and they

(04:15):
will have almost no power. Thenew board comes in and realize
what's been done. Oh my gosh, they all make faces like Kevin
in home alone. And we've beenduped don't we? And they called
up Ronnie over there inTallahassee and governor's
office they say you're not gonnabelieve this Ron. They have
those meddling kids over thereDisney have done it to outsmart

(04:38):
it. They did. Of course theFlorida ag filed some paperwork
to begin investigating theagreement between the former
board and Disney to make sureeverything is legal. I'm sure
that he'll assume thateverything if the evidence
points in that direction, hewill probably just let it go.
I'm sure I'm

Kelli (04:56):
sure they'll this won't be a thing at all.

Chris (04:58):
Yeah, and and And so Ronnie says he says, what was
his quote? You haven't seenanything yet. There's a little
there's a lot of there's a lotof little back and forth going
on now with the state takingcontrol, but rest assured, you
know, you ain't seen nothingyet. Which is exactly how, you

(05:20):
know a reasonable non fascistcystic democracy operates.
Right.

Kelli (05:28):
A general statement to I've never heard that one. You

Chris (05:30):
ain't seen nothing yet.
Yeah. So clearly, we're stillgoing to go down the road of
using government power to punishpeople and entities that
disagree with you,

Kelli (05:40):
I guess. NAACP told black people not to travel to or move
to Florida. That they've issueda warning Wow, telling black
people not to travel there andnot to move to Florida, how they
end up NAACP has issued awarning on an entire state a US

(06:00):
state by the way, your statethat is not, you know, some
place like you and I would haveguessed such as Alabama, or
Mississippi or South Carolina.

Chris (06:10):
I actually did see recently to the schools are
really concerned about beingable to get college students to
come to their schools at thispoint

Kelli (06:21):
they should be and in Florida has some of the most
amazing colleges in the country.
They've had a phenomenal collegesystem for decades. And he is
absolutely gutting it.

Chris (06:32):
My favorite thing about what Disney in the old board did
was their King Charles claws.
I'm sure everyone has heardabout this. But apparently this
New Deal was in place until 21years after the death of the
last survivor of the descendantsof King Charles the third King
of England. I love it. I mean, that is serious trolling. love

Kelli (06:52):
that so much. Yeah, it will so much. Let's

Chris (06:56):
see, it will terminate as of the date that none of Walt
Disney parks and resorts ownsany real property within 10
miles of the Reedy Creekimprovement district properties.
Wow. So I mean, what it allboils down to is at least 30
years, 30 years from now, maybethe board can get some control

(07:17):
back and of course by the endit's a whole new landscape. It's
gonna be a whole new landscapeas soon as Ron decides he's got
to run for president because inFlorida, you cannot hold state
office while running for anotheroffice. He's trying to change
that too. But whatever. Gosh, cast members approved their new
labor agreement with Disneyright immediate increased to $17

(07:38):
an hour with a walk up within afew months to $18 an hour and a
$5 per hour increase over thenext few years. I like it. Yep.
97% approved of it while youknow back in February, the
previous vote was 96% did notapprove so Okay, so this is a
good switch. So good switch.
Good solid switch. Yep. Um, the50th celebration at Walt Disney

(08:00):
World is officially over. Oh,yeah, it's officially Yeah, it
is sad. It is very sad. No more.
It's not 50th anymore. I didn'tknow they kept

Kelli (08:12):
the 25th anniversary cupcake castle for like years.
It felt like it felt like

Chris (08:20):
it felt like well this has been about 18 months I think
they've been running this thingand but the castle decor started
coming down this weekend in factthe the the statues will remain
for a while I don't know whythey would ever take the statues
while with the golden statues.
Yeah, I don't know why theywouldn't while it would take

(08:40):
them down but I just get theimpression that that's a
decision that hasn't been made.
Okay. It seemed like a lot ofeffort like a lot of efforts
things up and there's not Ican't see any reason why you
would take them downnecessarily. I like them
harmonious had its last show.
Oh, gosh, I know. Very, verywell, I don't like to let you

(09:04):
see me all the time. I'm havinga moment and it's a private
moment I don't want to have totell you to it's because the
last showing of Harmonix hasjust ended rather be something
serious.

Kelli (09:16):
I mean, I mean

Chris (09:17):
that's pretty serious.
But the the show by the way isstill available on Disney plus
you can see harmonious still onDisney plus. Okay. So you know,
like, I

Kelli (09:29):
know what we're watching tonight. silver, silver lining
and all that started last butnot well, I

Chris (09:34):
don't I don't know if that's appropriate right now.

Kelli (09:37):
Gosh.

Chris (09:39):
The Epcot on spirit, the gods. The lights on Epcot
Spaceship Earth are going to bearound for a while too, although
just something about thelanguage they're using makes me
think that these things are nothere forever. But I don't know
why you would take those awayeither. Those are permanent.
They should they should be. Itseems like a lot of effort for
that to not be permanent dyes Imean I guess I know that comes

(10:02):
with maintenance costs thatweren't there before on it a lot
I really did worked on and theyand they these these you know
shows as another way to have ashow

Kelli (10:13):
yeah, that seems interesting I just assumed those
would be up there forever

Chris (10:17):
I would assume so to adjust and they haven't said
anything other than that I justyou know something about it
makes me think gosh, they've gotyou all got me all twisted up
inside

Kelli (10:27):
think they're gonna take away everything you love. Gosh,
it's not

Chris (10:33):
that's not entirely wrong. No, it's so they filed
permits for Polynesian to get anew entrance because they're
doing all this work on sevenseas drive or whatever that road
is that you turn in off of to gointo the poly. But apparently
they fall permits that are goingto create an entrance on one

(10:55):
world drive or Disney World wayor whatever the road is. The
adjacent road is called. And sothey filed those permits this
week and that's going to takethem through to the end of next
year to finish thatconstruction. They've been doing
a lot of road construction overin that area. Anyway, just
general road maintenance andredirect. So probably part of

(11:18):
all that the new Vacation ClubLounge. I mean, the new Vacation
Club tower they are will haveits own entrance anyway, like
like the Grand Floridian andcontemporary do.

Kelli (11:29):
I think it needs to be similar to what they've got it
all Lonnie, because that's areally lovely little entrance
area.

Chris (11:35):
Yes, it is.

Kelli (11:36):
It really is nice.

Chris (11:38):
Lonnie, we should get back there.

Kelli (11:41):
I was triggered at Eleni.

Chris (11:47):
Speaking of DVC Disney Land on April the 19th. So just
a couple of weeks now. We'll beopening up its first DVC lounge.
Nice. And Tomorrowland it iscalled the Star view station, a
member lounge. Okay. Inside thelounge members will enjoy some
quote out of this worldamenities to refresh and

(12:09):
recharge including a dedicatedDisney Vacation Club member
services team. comfortableseating complimentary Wi Fi
device charging stations. That'sa big deal. And complimentary
soft drinks.

Kelli (12:20):
Are there any lounges like that in France?

Chris (12:23):
I have not heard that there is?

Kelli (12:26):
Do they know that we're coming?

Chris (12:28):
We'll let somebody know.
That's a good point.

Kelli (12:30):
Um, a DVC person may need to lounge while we're there. As
such,

Chris (12:37):
they're good solid point.

Kelli (12:38):
I think so.

Chris (12:40):
That's good. We booked all that stuff.

Kelli (12:42):
That's good.

Chris (12:43):
We haven't got our park tickets yet though. If we

Kelli (12:45):
do you are in charge of all of that. I don't even know
you anymore.

Chris (12:53):
You know, I was gonna talk about Disneyland. 7000
people off but it was let's notlet's not.

Kelli (12:58):
Yeah, let's just talk about what you haven't done for
our vacation.

Chris (13:03):
I'll look into that to see if we bought our tickets. I
can't remember. So much hashappened since I looked at the
ticket.

Kelli (13:08):
I had to basically tackle you to make your flights. No.

Chris (13:13):
I'm not used to doing that. You normally handle all
that stuff.

Kelli (13:17):
About

Chris (13:19):
work. Why are you trying to mess me up? I'm just happy to

Kelli (13:22):
be here trying to mess you up. I'm I am so prepared for
Tomorrowland. And I don't thinkI've ever done this

Chris (13:28):
before. Well, that's the point. You're supposed to do new
stuff. Well, no. I

Kelli (13:32):
mean, like, I don't think I've ever done this particular
topic in Tomorrowland.

Chris (13:38):
All right. Well, let's, let's hear all about it.

Kelli (13:42):
So, Earth Day is in April. It is actually April the
22nd. Okay, this year is EarthDay. And so Disney celebrates
Earth Day, every year. They do agood usually pretty heavily in
Animal Kingdom. The cool partabout this Earth Day is that it
is also the 25th anniversary ofwhen Animal Kingdom opened. Oh,

Chris (14:05):
it's such a time for anniversary.

Kelli (14:07):
I know. And so it's pretty cool. So they will
celebrate their 25th anniversarythis earth day they opened in
1998. Wow, I know. And this isthe description on the website.
This one of a kind theme parkhas embraced the magic of nature
by offering all inspiring animalencounters in thrilling
attractions. Also, bonus since1995, the Disney Conservation

(14:31):
Fund has directed more than $120million and the expertise of
their dedicated teams to helpingorganizations with communities
that save wildlife and inspireaction and protect the planet.
Oh, nice. So they actuallystarted doing that before the
park three years before the parkopened, which I think is pretty
cool. And so they have like alittle mission for this Earth
Day. They say for Earth Day 2023We need to act boldly innovate

(14:56):
broadly and implement equitably.
Businesses. Gov Moments incitizens everyone accounted for
in everyone accountable apartnership for the planet. I
think they worked a little bittoo hard. wordsmith that real
hard on some of that. But I dolike where their theme is going.
Okay, so first of all, if you goto look up like some of the
Earth Day things, you're gonnabe directed to this website,

(15:16):
which is avatar.com/keep. OurOceans amazing. So Oceans cover
over 70% of the planet. Sure.
And so this is Disney has reallydecided to lean into ocean
conservation, and thisparticular year of whatever. So

(15:37):
on that website, you're gonnafind some different ways you can
celebrate Earth Day with Disneythis particular April, the first
one, they've got a little oneminute 32nd feature at film on
Avatar and about the oceans andthings like that, it's fine. The
cool part about it about thatwebsite is you can create your
own avatar person. Now, here'swhat's cool about that every

(16:00):
from now through July 31. Everyavatar creature that is created
in the virtual Pandora andocean, Disney is going to donate
$5 to the Nature Conservancy usup to $1 million to help them
achieve their goal of protecting10% of the ocean by 2030. Wow.
So you could go create more thanone avatar and if you've got

(16:23):
kids or whatever, this is a coolthing. It's cool. So what's
what's I did it in like a coupleof minutes it's cute, you get to
decide like what part of theocean you live in, I picked like
really low in that dark side ifyou're like carnivore herbivore,
I went herbivore, you get topick like your head and your
tails and your arms and such.
And then you get to pick youryour lights, you know that light

(16:46):
up on your they call that yourlittle your light, whatever.
Anyway, all of that thebioluminescent cat are so you
have you get to pick that. Soyou pick that and then you see
your little person in the oceanand you give it a name. Okay,
you get to name your person.
Okay?

Chris (17:04):
Okay. And so then a proper name or the name of your
kind of creature, no, whateveryou want to name it, okay?

Kelli (17:09):
Okay, so you're like floating to the ocean or
whatever. And then you can clickFollow my creature, or follow
your creature, whatever. And itputs you in this virtual ocean
where you could seriously justwatch yourself, like swimming
around super cool. And I assumethere's going to be other people
in there with us eventually. Butin any case, you can get a link

(17:31):
to your creature and keep trackwith that link and see like
where your creature goes in thereal ocean. Oh, come on. That's
fun. Right. That's pretty fun.
That's cute. Okay, and so that'scompletely free, completely
free. And so for every littlecreature that's made $5 up to a
million dollars, which I thinkis great. That's really cool. A
few other things Disney plus andNational Geographics is

(17:53):
launching on Hulu and Disneyplus a series called Secrets of
the elephants. It's a four partseries premieres on April 21.
And will stream on Disney plusand Hulu and the AI their ears.
It's James Cameron directs itand all that course. Right. And

(18:14):
so the idea is to discover thecomplex emotions and the
language of elephants.

Chris (18:22):
So I love elephants.
Yeah. And they're so smart. Andthey're so like, yeah, they
create such family groups. Yes,I love elephants, I can't wait
to watch,

Kelli (18:34):
I think it's gonna be a great little series. They also
have the magic new episodes ofThe Magic of Disney's Animal
Kingdom, which is going to be onDisney plus, and that's going to
talk about how they work hand inhand with the Conservation Fund,
how their animal care teamsdeliver the best in class
programs and stuff like that.
Yeah. So always love thosebehind the scenes, things. So

(18:57):
that's fun. And so here are somefun things you can do right at
Animal Kingdom. So again, celebrating its 25th
anniversary, they're going to beoffering four different things,
really. The first one is theanimation experience at
conservation station. So you getto use a pencil and learn how

(19:17):
the Disney animators actuallybring some of your favorite
characters to life. So you getto learn how to animate. That's
cool. Second, and I think weknow somebody that would be very
excited about this. You get alimited time wilderness
explorers badge. You know, thatman that we saw was a guy that
was very serious about thewilderness explorers situation.

(19:38):
So I think they're gonna havesome takers on that one thing

Chris (19:43):
such as some very people very serious about it.

Kelli (19:46):
Next, you've got magic shots. Now these are really
cool. I saw a picture of onewhere it looks like you're on
the beach with Wally and he'shanding you a little plant and a
boot and Eve is like floatingaround you Ava's not on my dream
like Valley yet but I feel likeshe's gonna get there soon and
I'm going to be very excitedabout that. But also Wally is my

(20:08):
my number number one favoritecharacter in dreamlike Valley I
love he is so pure. So much

Chris (20:15):
so pure. I love it because the whole you know, you
forget that the whole otherwhole Yes. broader message of
Wally was about how we'redestroying the planet. Okay,

Kelli (20:26):
so you got this magic shots with Wally and Eve and
then you got excitingentertainment. Plus snacks and
merch. Okay, so imagine EarthDay snacks or day snacks are
Thursday March along with the25th anniversary so this is
gonna be a lot of fun. Okay, soI'm gonna go through some of the
stuff they're really leaninginto the B thing in the parks

(20:49):
will be like the message onlineis very big into oceans. And so
I do feel like there's a bit ofa disconnect but we've got a lot
of base. So it creates yourconference you have the be high
mousse dome, which is a honeymousse, you know I love mousse
on top of a brownie base with asugar b and a little white
chocolate Honeycomb, really, really fresh. These bees are

(21:11):
adorable. At the dollar bar, you've got a rum and pineapple
cocktail. At flame treebarbecue, you've got a flamingo
cupcake, which is a strawberrycake, strawberry compote feeling
guava butter, cream, pink crispypearls, sugar, Flamingo, and

(21:33):
white chocolate wings.

Chris (21:35):
I think that is a winner.

Kelli (21:37):
It's gorgeous

Chris (21:38):
strawberry cake, especially in Cupcake form is
hugely underrated.

Kelli (21:42):
Yeah. So they also have a bubbling pink lagoon, which is a
drink that can be made with orwithout vodka depending on what
you what your okay brand is.
Nomad Lounge has a gin andbitters cocktail, of course, and
it uses honey simple syrupinspired by the use of
strategically placed beehives toprotect the crops of African

(22:02):
farmers from the elephants. Iknow. Pizza farI has an elephant
cupcake which is totes adorbsand Aviva G atonic. Which is a
minute made zero sugar, lemonade, Sprite, and cotton
candy flavor with mint leaves.

Chris (22:25):
Wow is a lot going on restaurant

Kelli (22:27):
disorders also has the elephant cupcake. And that is
while we hadn't mentioned it's agraham cracker cake pineapple
filling with matcha buttercream.
I'm not a huge macho fan, butI'd give it a go. Crispy pearls
and a stunning white chocolateelephant celebrating Earth
stunning white check funding.
Tambo Tambu has a gorilla fallsexploration trail Sunday and

(22:52):
they love Sunday and a roastedmushroom and leek pizza that's
plant based. A lot of whatthey're offering is plant based
as it should be. tusker househas a B mini cupcake included
with the buffet. Like a be likea like a small mini small
cupcake Okay. Also a variety ofother plant based items

(23:16):
including cauliflower bunny ChowBlack Eyed Peas salad,
impossible bow tie, feisty greenbeans, tandoori tomatoes, I mean
just a whole line. There's twospecific ales, honey bee citrus
ale and a tiger gold ale severalbars throughout the park. And at

(23:36):
Bellagio. They also have somespecial things they've got a
special cake at the Mara. So aspecial dinner at sauna and then
various cocktails at the barsall around Disney resort hotels.

Chris (23:54):
I love that again. They just they don't skimp man they
they put

Kelli (23:58):
so we're leaning into Earth Day and I really liked our

Chris (24:01):
and the time and effort spent planning and prepping and
recipe building and I've been

Kelli (24:07):
doing this since like I love it last fall. Yeah, no,
it's good. I'm pretty excitedwhat they've done here and I
kinda hope we get to see AnimalKingdom during its 25th I don't
know how long that's gonna lastbut so how long they're
celebrating that but that'd becool.

Chris (24:23):
That'd be something else to worry about.

Kelli (24:24):
Gosh, oh my gosh.

Chris (24:27):
Okay, gotten very neurotic lately. So I was
looking for a topic and I ranacross an article from Travel
and Leisure and kind of liketheir magazines and stuff. And

(24:48):
they did. They did an articleback in January that listed the
rank all the attractions ranked58 I'm assuming that's all the
attractions at Walt DisneyWorld. From 58 down to first,
and so I thought, well, let'sjust talk about this. Let's I'll
I'll talk about what the top 10are. We'll decide if we agree on
those. We probably don't as thetop 10 I guess we don't. And

(25:11):
then And then where I think theyjust got it completely wrong and
likely invalidates the wholelist.

Kelli (25:17):
Okay. All right. You traveled?

Chris (25:20):
Well, we love you. Hey, but if you would like to
advertise us travel and leisureor would you like us to
advertise for you for apaycheck? We will do that. All
right, top 10 According toTravel and Leisure magazine,
okay. Number 10 Splash Mountainor the future Tiana's Bayou
adventure because the structureof the ride is going to be
similar. If if splashes in thetop 10 Tiana says for sure.

(25:44):
Gonna be in the top 10 Okay.

Kelli (25:46):
I agree. That should be in the top 10

Chris (25:47):
You think so? Top 10?
Absolutely. Okay, great. SpaceMountain number nine.

Kelli (25:52):
Yeah. This is Walt Disney World. The Walt Disney World.

Chris (25:56):
Space Mountain number. I know if it had been the other
one. Maybe Pirates of theCaribbean number eight.
Absolutely. Twilight Zone Towerof Terror number seven. Okay.
Listen, the top 10 though.

Kelli (26:08):
In the top 10 I feel like it's getting a little high. Big

Chris (26:10):
Thunder Mountain Railroad.

Kelli (26:12):
Wow. You're

Chris (26:13):
so wrong. On dimension?

Kelli (26:15):
Yes. Yeah.

Chris (26:18):
Think about it.
Expedition Everest. Okay.

Kelli (26:22):
What number are we on?

Chris (26:23):
This was that's number four. Okay,

Kelli (26:26):
so these are the top

Chris (26:27):
three these are the top three scoring families cosmetri
Why guardians Galaxy cosmicrewind. Just you haven't written
it.

Kelli (26:36):
I've written Oh, okay.
No, I haven't written thatbecause it was making everybody
puke. Okay, I'll take your wordfor them.

Chris (26:42):
Star Wars Rise of the resistance number two. Yes, of
course. Avatar flight of passagenumber one. No.

Kelli (26:49):
Really disagree with that? Well, then

Chris (26:51):
how do you have because Rise of the resistance is either
one or two as

Kelli (26:53):
the resistance as one is number one. Alright, that's
number one. Number one flight ofpassage is great. I mean, it
should definitely be in the top10 Of course no question about
that. But top two I mean, howdid they get these rankings is

Chris (27:08):
this based on I didn't really defend it a lot honestly.
Okay.

Kelli (27:11):
I bet this is based on like, like, standard wait times.
Because you don't have sevendwarfs on there.

Chris (27:18):
You might be right because you know what was number
11 Getting into the they got itcompletely wrong section. Yeah.
Peter Pan's Flight was number 11

Kelli (27:27):
say that's in that snow?
That's a hard No. So they'reobviously looking at like
standard white times. But theydon't have seven dwarfs mine
train on their seven dwarfs MineTrain is a fantastic right they

Chris (27:37):
have it in the list.
Where what number is it? It wasnumber? I mean? Oh, it's on here
somewhere

Kelli (27:45):
if it's outside of the top 10 They're wrong. It's
number 14 They're wrong. So Whata dumb list I

Chris (27:53):
told you the ones where they got it completely wrong
likely just invalidate the wholething. I did think that their
top four were were fair enough.
I would just had had them in aslightly different order I think
again, the top four and four wasfrom first to fourth avatar
flight of passage Star Wars Riseof the resistance I think switch

(28:13):
those cosmic rewind andExpedition Everest I can get
behind all four of those beingthe top four

Kelli (28:21):
I get I'll get that all that Sure. And haunted mansion
Empire

Chris (28:26):
automation and pirates as they should be. But you don't
think Big Thunder should bethere? I

Kelli (28:30):
don't I think rolling your eyes and everything Thunder
is classic. And I think it has avery strong cult following a
fish especially row 15 Peopleare very passionate about row 15
But is it in my top 10 No. Havewe gone before and not written

(28:51):
it lots of times so I'm going tosay like a hard no on that. I'm
surprised that Remi is not inthe top 10 Remy was I was going
to disagree with that as well. I

Chris (29:03):
don't think he's in the top 20

Kelli (29:06):
Okay. Also no frozen the frozen ever after I ended up
doing it has some long waitlines. I'm just saying I feel
like their methodology. Maybeneeded some more. Little more.

Chris (29:20):
So would you have them my next where they got it wrong is
about Slinky Dog. Slinky Dog isa fantastic ride. It is a
fantastic ride and once you'vehad it in the top 10 And
considering the big thunders and

Kelli (29:32):
you would have been in the top 15 For sure it would
absolutely be better than BigThunder as is seven dwarfs mine
train. Both of those are betterthan big fun. Jerks you around
what

Chris (29:43):
about what about rock and roller coaster compared to Big
Thunder?

Kelli (29:46):
Um that's tough for me because rock and roller coaster
also hurts my head because theyplay the music in your ears. And
the thing is like with the stuffthat goes over your head, but
like Make sure your head itselfinside the like the puffy stuff
whatever and just kind of bangsyour head left and right when I

(30:09):
get out like because of mypiercings my left ear really
hurts

Chris (30:15):
Slinky dog I think should be much higher on the list it's
at number 16 should be hot it'sjust ahead of rock and roller
coaster at number 70 It

Kelli (30:23):
is better than rockin roller coaster for sure.

Chris (30:25):
Which I think would be much higher on the list if it
didn't break down so much. It'salways it's

Kelli (30:31):
mostly always broken down Yeah.

Chris (30:34):
And they had seven doors mine train at 14 Here's a
problem with all all three ofthose is that they've got
Smugglers Run at 13 that's thethat's the

Kelli (30:46):
epic that sale and that has to be based on wait time
because Smugglers Run sucks itdoesn't does it absolutely sucks
or you're not in the if you'renot the pilot. It's not fun at
all. You can't even see thescreen and you're just pushing
but

Chris (31:04):
are you are you just don't you do your job.

Kelli (31:06):
I mean, I like the one where see Threepio is standing
in front of us in the in theworld like the box or whatever

Chris (31:14):
glad you brought that up.
We're gonna like the box. StarWars The adventure continues is
it 27

Kelli (31:20):
It's better than Smugglers Run it is better than
smugglers runs better thanSmugglers Run and you get a
slightly different experienceevery time Yeah. Different
different that guy every time.

Chris (31:32):
Oh yeah, there isn't that guy. That guy? Yes,

Kelli (31:36):
yes yes. 27 No, that's wrong.

Chris (31:39):
That's wrong. Definitely should be higher than that. I
mean, that is behind dinosaur at25th dinosaur is hot garbage.
The only thing worse thandinosaur is that matter horn
crap out in Disneyland's truththat's true. And there's there's
people there are people that welove that do podcasts that love

(32:03):
dinosaurs, and I'm so sorry totell them how wrong they are
about that ride.

Kelli (32:07):
That's wrong. That is not a disaster. Not a good ride.
That whole area needs to berevamped. I think it make a
lovely marijuana area. With thebeach and such. Yeah, I think
they do a lot with marijuanaover

Chris (32:19):
there. Generally speaking, this list hates the
interactive 3d shows. So it'sgot Muppet vision at 48 It's got
it's got tough to be a bug at 49It's got philharmagic

Kelli (32:36):
Art oh, these people are stupid. They hey are legit. I

Chris (32:41):
hate 3d Interactive. Love philharmagic. Every one of these
was behind. carousel notCarousel of Progress. Just the
carousel? Yes. philharmagic wasbehind the Aladdin and
Triceratops spin which didn'teven there anymore.

Kelli (32:57):
They written the carousel lightly. Do you see me strollers
are pushing on that? They've gotsome bursts they're screaming
they got

Chris (33:03):
Tomorrowland Speedway at number 43. And that is
absolutely number 58. All day.
Absolutely.

Kelli (33:09):
The worst ride and all the parks. Yes, yes. So I would
put that even ahead of Hall ofPresidents, which I haven't been
in at least eight years,

Chris (33:17):
all the presidents was.

Kelli (33:22):
And that's a great place

Chris (33:24):
to now like 56 or 55 or something. Carosello progresses
at 54 Hello, do we likenostalgia or do we not because
that is it. Man.

Kelli (33:33):
I like your solo progress before the seats a little
softer, for sure. But it's niceand cool. You're never like
crowded up on other people. Andthey've got the really cute dog.
Yes, yes. I mean,

Chris (33:47):
but all of this pales in comparison to the most egregious
snubbing and oversight on thiswhole list. pales in comparison.
Speaking of fuzzy and adorable

Kelli (33:58):
what is it?

Chris (34:00):
country bear jamboree.

Kelli (34:02):
Gosh.

Chris (34:05):
Is it 57 The only out of 58 What's the only thing worse
the Swiss Family Robinsontreehouse. Stop. They got it
behind. They've got it rightbehind the Hall of precedence.
For God's sake people.

Kelli (34:24):
I think they might have gotten those three. They

Chris (34:25):
did not get the gem country bear Jamboree, right. If
you believe I think that some ofthese others were wrong than
this one is for sure wrong.

Kelli (34:36):
Might have gotten those three correct honey.

Chris (34:39):
Sorry for blood on the saddle alone. puts this at much
higher than 5057.

Kelli (34:52):
I'm right. Blood on the saddle alone. Take out know that
you're you're a pro arebrilliant you can appropriately
decide

Chris (35:01):
just I'm going to write them a letter gonna get a
harshly worded letter.

Kelli (35:05):
They shouldn't get a harshly worded letter honey but
not for those last three

Chris (35:12):
