Today's guests of Talk CNY presented by NBT Bank are Dominic Robinson and Aimee Durfee of CenterState CEO.

Finding skilled workers and attracting talent to fill open positions at all levels is a challenge faced by many Central New York companies. So this month we’ll take a closer look at what business and community leaders are doing to address the talent challenge.  Through this episode we’ll explore how CenterState CEO is acting as a convener to uncover hidden talent, connect local talent to opportunities and helping to address issues of generational poverty and under-employment.
