Greg Herman-Giddens is a partner in the Naples, Florida office of Galbraith, PLLC, maintaining an active practice in North Carolina as well as Florida. He has been practicing law for over 33 years, and is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law (NC) as well as a Certified Financial Planner. Greg received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina, a J.D. from Tulane University Law School, and an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the North Carolina, Florida, Tennessee and New York Bars, as well as the U.S Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is also licensed as a Solicitor in England and Wales, and a full member of the international Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
