We often get fixated on what is happening around us. We become hyper focused on our current situation and conditions. It can be hard to see what is happening around the world and to see how good we have it compared to others.

In this episode, Carmen Munoz gives us a glimpse at the condition of ECE in Panama. Carmen's story is inspirational! With a group of collogues, Carmen has set out to change the state of ECE in her nation. She is passionate about brining high quality standards to Panama's child care industry. I do not doubt that Carmen and her collogues will bring about the change needed within her nation, Carmen's family has owned their child care center in Panama for 30 years.
