Remember when your partner made your whole body light up, not just your calendar? We’re getting honest about how couples quietly slide into “roommate mode” and the simple, repeatable rituals that turn logistics into longing again. From nervous system insights to playful polarity, we share the five-step reset we use with clients to rebuild safety, spark, and trust without relying on grand gestures or perfect timing.

We start by naming the signs: conversations stuck on chores, obligatory touch, and the edge-of-the-bed gap that feels a mile wide. Then we break down what changes everything—self-connection as the spark, daily appreciations that are actually sincere, and a three-layer check-in that gets right to I feel, I need, I’m open to. You’ll hear why oxytocin isn’t just chemistry trivia; it’s the body’s way of saying “you’re safe with me,” and how pressure kills that signal fast.

From there, we dive into polarity as energetic charge, not gender roles: steady, grounded leadership meeting warm, receptive presence. When both people collapse into the same pole, attraction flatlines; when difference is honored, desire wakes up. We offer practical ways to schedule intimacy without performance—20-minute micro-rituals, guided breath, and low-stakes touch that rebuilds heat. And we tackle the quiet killers: invisible labor and unspoken resentment. A monthly clearing ceremony, a concrete new agreement, and shared follow-through can dissolve years of friction in weeks.

Yes, we also have fun—sharing some wild dating app finds as a reminder of why making love work at home beats swiping for novelty. If you’re ready to move from cohabiting to co-creating, press play for tools you can use tonight and a warm nudge to try one new ritual this week. If this conversation helps, follow the show, share it with a friend, and leave a quick review—it helps our empowered posse grow and keeps these heart-forward tools flowing.

We love feedback! Send us a free text now.

hitting you.

Then there's the food issue.
You know, I remember I rememberdropping a couple, you know, as
a college student, dropping somemoney and and stocking my
refrigerator and coming, cominghome to a party that my roommate
is is throwing, and all of myfood is out there, like getting
eaten.
I was like, what the hell isthis?

SPEAKER_01 (00:56):

I was like, dude, no problem, bro.
It is a problem.

SPEAKER_01 (01:04):
Yeah, nobody wants a bad roommate, but nobody wants
to be married and be a roommate.

SPEAKER_00 (01:09):

SPEAKER_01 (01:11):
And the con the the the other side of that is that

SPEAKER_01 (03:38):
Alright, so let's dive into our show.
We are gonna talk about beingroommates or soulmates.
And obviously, you wanna chooseto be soulmates, right?

SPEAKER_00 (03:50):
Indeed.

SPEAKER_01 (03:51):
So are you sharing space but not soul connection
time?

SPEAKER_00 (03:55):
If your relationship feels more like cohabiting than
co-creating, it's time for apowerful reset.

SPEAKER_01 (04:02):
Yes, so welcome back, Empowered Posse.
In today's episode, we're divinginto one of the hardest truths
couples face, but rarely talkabout.
When emotional intimacy fadesand physical affection becomes
routine or worse, non-existent,and you're just living together,

(04:22):
and essentially you becomeroommates.

SPEAKER_00 (04:25):
Roommates.

SPEAKER_01 (04:26):
But guess what?
You don't have to stay stuckthere.
Let's talk about rebuildingemotional trust, reactivating
polarity, and transforming blahinto beloved.

SPEAKER_00 (04:37):
Blah into beloved.
Indeed.
I love that.

SPEAKER_01 (04:41):
We're seeing it more than ever in our private
coaching sessions.
Couples who love each other butdon't feel each other anymore.

SPEAKER_00 (04:51):
Like they're sharing a bed, but they're sleeping
miles apart emotionally.

SPEAKER_01 (04:55):
Yep, that edge of the bed syndrome.

SPEAKER_00 (04:58):
Yeah, they're they're parenting, they're
working, they're existing, butthey're not truly connecting.

SPEAKER_01 (05:03):
And this doesn't mean you're doomed.
So wherever you are, justlovingly accept where you are.
We're gonna invite you into somesolutions because you're not
doomed, but it does mean thatyour connection needs some
tending.
Today we're gonna break down howrelationships default to
roommate mode and how toconsciously build or rebuild

(05:27):
your emotional and physicalbond.

SPEAKER_00 (05:30):
Indeed.

SPEAKER_01 (05:30):
And here are some signs that you may have shifted
into roommate mode.
Your roommate dynamic crept inmaybe by you rarely checking in
with each other emotionally, like you know, having a deep
emotional conversation.
Go ahead.

SPEAKER_00 (05:49):
Uh physical touch feels obligatory and not
magnetic, right?

SPEAKER_01 (05:54):
So it's like you don't like crave to touch them.

SPEAKER_00 (05:56):
Exactly.
Oh, it's been a week.
We might as well get this done.
You know what I mean?
It shouldn't be that way.
It should be like, hey, it'sbeen a week.
Let's tear each other's clothesoff.

SPEAKER_01 (06:06):
Why has it been a week?
Conversations are functional, and so that means that your
schedules or your tours andlogistics are taking up any time
that you talk to each other.

SPEAKER_00 (06:21):
Like it's just just like all business, no pleasure.
There's little to no flirting,no play, no anticipation,
there's no romance throughoutthe day.
No heat.

SPEAKER_01 (06:33):
Maybe you feel more like teammates or co-parents
than you do lovers.
Love us.

SPEAKER_00 (06:39):
And often this dynamic builds not because you
don't care, but because you'reoverwhelmed.

SPEAKER_01 (06:44):
Yeah.
And sometimes there'sunprocessed resentment, stress,
past betrayal, or simpledisconnection from self.
And all of that will drain thebond.
Of course.
So let's talk about someresearch and root causes.
Okay.
So Gottman Institute researchshows couples who regularly

(07:05):
check in emotionally and expressfondness for one another are 80%
more likely to stay togetherlong term.

SPEAKER_00 (07:13):
With that being said, I love you.

SPEAKER_01 (07:16):
With that being said, are you okay?
I'm gonna express my fondnessfor you.

SPEAKER_00 (07:20):
I like your cute little robe over there.

SPEAKER_01 (07:23):
Don't expose my robe.

SPEAKER_00 (07:26):
Then there's physical intimacy.
Physical intimacy triggersoxytocin, which regulates stress
and builds trust, but it mustfeel emotionally safe to be
effective.
So if I walk over there and justlike, you know, pounce upon you,
if you're not ready for it, itmight feel a little too much.
You know what I'm saying?
But I wouldn't pounce on you, just kind of, you know, I'd

(07:47):
ruffle my, I'd show you my, youknow, my my peacock feathers and
you know, do a little prancingaround and get you all hot and
bothered.
No?

SPEAKER_01 (07:55):
Okay.
If you prance around me, I'mgonna laugh at you, first of
all.
If you pounce on me, I'm gonnabe like, okay, let's go.
So I'll take the pounce over theprance any day.

SPEAKER_00 (08:07):
All right, how about a how about a prance?

SPEAKER_01 (08:08):
A prance and a prancing prance.
No.
Oh my gosh.
Okay.
Another cause can be trauma andemotional shutdown.

(08:31):
Because and both of these cancause the nervous system to
enter functional freeze.
So, like you're doing life, butyou're not really living in
love.

SPEAKER_00 (08:39):
Yeah, functional freeze is not enjoyable.
Uh, this is a nervous systemplus energy issue, right?
It's not you, that's not thatyou fell out of love, right?
When you numb out, youdisconnect from yourself first
and then your partner.

SPEAKER_01 (08:55):
Yes.
So it could just be that you arenot meeting yourself emotionally
the way that you want to be met,or you're purposely checking
out, or purposely disconnectingfrom yourself so that you don't
feel some type of pain.
Therefore, it does have a rippleeffect in all of your
relationships, but especiallyyour relationship with your

(09:17):
spouse.
Indeed.
Especially so let's talk aboutthe five-step shift to go from
roommates to soulmates.

SPEAKER_00 (09:27):
Let's break down what to do instead of leaving
the relationship or checking outor just being a roommate.
First, reconnect to your ownheart first, right?
We just talked about that youcan't offer connection if you
are not connected to yourself,right?
So you can start with a dailycheck-in.
You can ask yourself, What am Ifeeling?

(09:50):
What am I avoiding?
I like to do body scans whereyou sit in meditation and you
start asking yourself questionslike where am I holding tension
or hiding truth?

SPEAKER_01 (10:00):
Ooh, hiding truth is a major one.
So self-connection is the sparkthat reignites relational
intimacy.
So a lot of times in arelationship, we're pointing
fingers at each other, you know, and being like, Well, you, blah,
blah, blah, and you, you.
And like, I can't be happybecause he's a downer.

(10:21):
Like, I hear that a lot in mycoaching practice.
And the truth is, is that themore you connect with yourself,
the more you create your owninternal spark, the more you are
loving on yourself, it will havethat ripple effect.
It will have that effect on yourpartner where they're gonna see
like a part of you that is beingtended to, that where you are

(10:43):
becoming more feminine and moreappreciative and more alive and
more awake and you know, intoyour own sensuality.
And you're gonna have a demandfor that type of return too,
because it's energy, it'sfrequency.

SPEAKER_00 (11:00):
The second step is to rebuild emotional safety,
right?
So you want to use safecommunication rituals like daily
appreciations.

SPEAKER_01 (11:09):
Oh, I so appreciate you.

SPEAKER_00 (11:11):
Uh you are so beautiful.
Your skill sets are just somarvelous to watch you just use
your it's it's it's dynamite,Zuri.

SPEAKER_01 (11:19):
Can we do it with not being fake?

SPEAKER_00 (11:21):
No, that was fake.

SPEAKER_01 (11:22):
Yeah, I know.
Can we do it like a real dailyappreciation?

SPEAKER_00 (11:25):
Yes.
You know what?
Everything I just said, but inwith a very solid, I really mean
like watching you work and andand kick ass is is inspiring to
me.
So that's that's a real one.

SPEAKER_01 (11:37):
I really appreciate that French toast you made me.

SPEAKER_00 (11:39):
You're so welcome.
I like filling you up withloveliness.

SPEAKER_01 (11:43):
Okay.

SPEAKER_00 (11:44):
Another great uh communication uh ritual is the
three-layer check-in where youand your spouse talk to each
other and you cover things likeI feel so-and-so, I need
so-and-so, or I'm open to.
So those three those threephases I feel, I need, I am open
to.
It's a great way to start thatcommunication, or actually keep

(12:08):
that communication going.
And then also the vulnerabilityfirst, right?
So you go first and you speaksoft and you be real, right?
So if you open yourself up, itallows your partner to also do
the same.
If you walk into it closed off,it's just gonna be a mirror
effect.

SPEAKER_01 (12:27):
And so it helps if you do these things in order.
So appreciation, then thecheck-in, and then the
vulnerability.
And the truth is that your heartopens when it feels safe.
So it doesn't open when it feelsforced.
So you have to be willing toopen yourself up to your partner

(12:48):
and not force your forceyourself into their reality.
Correct.
All right, so number three isreigniting polarity.
So masculine and feminineenergies aren't about gender,
they're about charge.
So they will ignite each other.

(13:09):
So masculine and feminine energyshould create polarity if you
are actually in your ownmasculine or your own feminine
state.
It should create a an opposite,an opposing energy, which is
polarity.
The divine masculine energyprovides a safe, stable

(13:29):
structure for the divinefeminine energy, which is seen
as more fluid and dynamic.
So check in on your divinefeminine and masculine energies
to determine if there ispolarity in your relationship.
To assess, you can ask who'sholding the container.
So is your if if you know you'relistening, and is it your

(13:50):
husband holding the container?
And if so, is he holding it in away that makes you feel safe,
that makes you feel like you canmelt inside of the container.
You can ask who's beingreceptive or who's closed off
and be willing to look atyourself and be hold yourself
accountable.
Self-assessment is a huge partof creating polarity because

(14:14):
again, oftentimes we're justlooking at the other person as
the problem.
When it it takes two to tango isa phrase I still like to use
because it's true.
It's like you are creating, they're not gonna become more
masculine if you're masculine.
Correct.
So, like they are gonna becomemore feminine if they're trying
to make things work.
And so you have to reallyassess.

(14:36):
So who's being receptive, who'sbeing closed off, who's leading
with warmth and clarity.
Maybe somebody's leading, notyou know, not leading enough.
Maybe somebody's not allowingleadership.
So ask like who's who's leading,who's following, who's not
allowing leadership, who's powerstruggling, they both want to be

(14:57):
leaders.

SPEAKER_00 (14:58):
Most certainly, soulmate connection is
energetic.
Like when polarity fades, desires do too.
And I when every time I think ofpolarity, I think of magnets,
right?
So if you have a positive, negative magnet, and the and the
polarity is when you have anegative and a positive, and you
try to push those together, andthat that energy between those
those two that repels them isthat that sexual tension, right?

(15:22):
Is that's the tension thatyou're wanting.
If you take that negative chargemagnet and you match it with a
negative charge magnet, it'sjust it's gonna bind together.
There will be no difference andthere will be no uh energy
involved, right?
So the energy that you want isthat little push-pool that you
get when you are uh polarized.

(15:42):
Uh number four, uh you canschedule intimacy without
pressure.
Intimacy doesn't have to meansex, right?
It means a presence.
So you can try showeringtogether, you can have 20
minutes of uninterrupted eyecontact and touch, such as
holding hands.
There can be a guided partnerbreath work or some tantric

(16:05):
exercises that you can get into, all of which will definitely
build sexual tension, and that'sexactly what you're looking for.

SPEAKER_01 (16:13):
Yeah, and you're looking for not just sexual
tension, but just safety andintimacy and acceptance in
being.
A lot of times we're notconnecting in a way that allows
us to drop into masculine orfeminine, whatever the case may
be, because we are trying tofind the way through to the

(16:38):
partner instead of just beingthe way and you know, being in
our own resonance.
So let's talk about number five.
Number five is to release whatyou've been holding, and this is
major because likely if you areacting like roommates and not

(16:58):
soulmates, there is someresentment or betrayal.
There's some type of invisiblelabor.
We reference that.
It's also known as like notbeing seen or appreciated.
So, like you're doing, let'ssay, all the cooking and
cleaning and never getting athank you, never getting
acknowledgement, or you're doingall of the maybe providing money

(17:22):
work stuff, you know, to providefor the family and also not
getting a thank you and beinglike, oh, we don't have enough
money for this, you know, likemaybe you're getting nagged.
That's invisible labor andthat's resentment.
It carries all kinds ofresentment and problems.
And these don't go away byignoring them, repressing them,
or you know, distractingyourself or just like checking

(17:44):
out of the relationship.
They don't go away because thesetypes of things have cords
connected to them, and you willcarry all of that, you know,
baggage with you year after yearif you don't process and like
have these moments where you canrelease what you've been

(18:06):
holding.
So, one idea is you can hold amonthly clearing ceremony to
release unspoken truths andco-regulate.

SPEAKER_00 (18:16):
Yeah, be advised that any unspoken resentment
becomes energetic resistance.
And let me tell you, you do notwant resistance in your
marriage.

SPEAKER_01 (18:24):
Right.
So I think it's a good time toplay a game.
And I know you love games.

SPEAKER_00 (18:31):
I I do love games, and and the the game today is is
gonna be the what the fuck?
It's what the fuck, because as Iwas looking, you know, through
the whole dating stuff, I waslike, oh my god, like the game
has changed so much, and I amI'm fearful.
So here are the top five whatthe fuck dating apps that are
out there.
Like, what?

(18:51):
Okay, the first one that came tomind is this is hilarious.
Uh there is an app.
Um, it's like a tender forthreesums.

SPEAKER_01 (19:02):
What?

SPEAKER_00 (19:03):
Yes, there's an app that um and should I say its
name or no?
Uh I don't know.
But it's it's designed to No,we're trying to keep people in
relationships.
No, it's the side note, but likelike that's that's a lot of
information to deal with.

SPEAKER_01 (19:21):
So wait, how does it work?
You have to like triangulateyour relationship?

SPEAKER_00 (19:25):
Gladly, I don't know how it works.

SPEAKER_01 (19:28):
Okay, tell me the next one.

SPEAKER_00 (19:30):
What the okay, there's a there's an app that
connects you to other baconlovers.

SPEAKER_01 (19:40):
What I gotta know the name of that one.
Is it oink?

SPEAKER_00 (19:44):
It's Sizzle.

SPEAKER_01 (19:45):
Sizzle.
Listen, if all you have in inlike common is your love of
bacon, I don't know.
That's not what I would leadwith.

SPEAKER_00 (19:56):
No, no, exactly.

SPEAKER_01 (19:57):
For a long-term relationship, what if what if
you go to the doctor one day?
He's like, listen, ma'am, Igotta tell you something.
No more bacon for me.

SPEAKER_00 (20:06):
No more bacon.

SPEAKER_01 (20:06):
Oh no, I don't want to lose my loved one.
I met my my husband on sizzle.
He's only with me because of mylove of bacon.

SPEAKER_00 (20:16):
No bacon, that's means for divorce right there.

SPEAKER_01 (20:19):
Then he's coming back on sizzle.
You see, I would just be like, that's too wobbly for my taste.

SPEAKER_00 (20:27):
Yeah, indeed.
Uh, this next one is um there isa dating app that's seeking
arrangements for the notorioussugar daddy dating site, right?
So basically, it's women tryingto find older men who are super
successful, exactly, almostdead, you know, have lots of
money in the bank.

SPEAKER_01 (20:45):
And don't have like a good relationship with their
kids or something like that.

SPEAKER_00 (20:48):
That's it.
That's it.
A sugar daddy site.

SPEAKER_01 (20:50):
What's the name of that one?
Just kidding.

SPEAKER_00 (20:54):
Seeking arrangements.
That's what it is.
It's a tourist sugar daddydating site.

SPEAKER_01 (21:00):
Oh my god.
So if you have a daddy war buckscomplex, here we go.

SPEAKER_00 (21:04):
Okay, next is wingman.
What do you think wingman isfor?

SPEAKER_01 (21:09):
Wingman.

SPEAKER_00 (21:10):
Wingman.

SPEAKER_01 (21:11):
Um, I I would say I'm a pretty good wingman.
Like I would I help my my girlsout when they need help, you
know.
Yeah.
I'm very outgoing.
So would would I be on that formy friends?

SPEAKER_00 (21:24):
Absolutely not.

SPEAKER_01 (21:25):
Okay.

SPEAKER_00 (21:26):
Wingman is tender at high altitude.
Wingman is designed to help youget lucky while flying.
Right?
You're talking about enteringthe mile high club.
Like, who's on the plane?
Swipe, swipe, swipe, swipe,swipe.
Oh, this motherfucker.
Meet me in the plane in two inthe in the bathroom in two

(21:46):
minutes.

SPEAKER_01 (21:50):
I love that.
Wait, that one I might have.
I just I would I would downloadit and then would just catfish
people to see who's like runningto the bathroom.

SPEAKER_00 (22:01):
Okay, so if you like, if you like bacon, there
is one called salad match.

SPEAKER_01 (22:07):
Oh, salad match.

SPEAKER_00 (22:08):
Salad match and salad match.
Allows you to meet someone, uhallows you to meet your salad
soulmate.

SPEAKER_01 (22:16):
Wow.
Salad.

SPEAKER_00 (22:19):
Salad soulmate.

SPEAKER_01 (22:21):
Hmm.

SPEAKER_00 (22:21):
Hmm.
Indeed.

SPEAKER_01 (22:23):
I mean, I think that one might have more longevity
than sizzle.

SPEAKER_00 (22:29):
Oh, yeah, totally.
I mean, in regards to the heart, sizzle isn't going to be as good
as as salads.
You know what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_01 (22:39):
So you have one more for me?

SPEAKER_00 (22:41):
I I I actually have two more.

SPEAKER_01 (22:43):
Oh, okay.

SPEAKER_00 (22:43):
Alright, so this one is easy, right?
So what do you think tallfriends is?

SPEAKER_01 (22:47):
Tall friends?

SPEAKER_00 (22:48):
Tall friends.

SPEAKER_01 (22:49):
I think this is for tall people.

SPEAKER_00 (22:51):
It's for tall people.
Yeah.
Indeed.
That's fine.

SPEAKER_01 (22:54):
Okay.

SPEAKER_00 (22:54):
That's fine.
Maybe there's a short one, ormaybe there's a middle one, or
maybe there's, you know, youknow, so it's tall people
meeting tall people.
Yes.

SPEAKER_01 (23:02):
I think that's great.
So is there a what the fuckabout this?

SPEAKER_00 (23:05):
There's a couple questions that I have.
Okay.
So who is considered tall?

SPEAKER_01 (23:12):
Oh, yeah.
Right.

SPEAKER_00 (23:13):
So if I go into, say, you know, China, I'm pretty
tall.
Right?
Am I gonna be in this?

SPEAKER_01 (23:19):
But if I go into like Peru, you're tall.

SPEAKER_00 (23:21):
If I go to like Peru, exactly.
Can I be on this tall app?

SPEAKER_01 (23:29):
No.
It's not it's probably is itlocation specific?
You're right about that.

SPEAKER_00 (23:34):
What about stilts or high heels?

SPEAKER_01 (23:36):
It's like you're um, you know, you're on this app
that's like for exotic people, and you're like, oh, I'm so
exotic because I'm a redhead, and then you go to Ireland and
everyone looks like you.
You're no longer on the exoticapp.
Exactly.
But you would be the exotic onthe exotic app in Ireland.
Boom.
Okay, so yeah, I see what you'resaying.

(23:58):
I think it's probably locationspecific, and I think tall is
anything over six foot, I guess,in the US.
But anyway, I wouldn't know.
I'm not tall.

SPEAKER_00 (24:08):
I mean, to someone who's five two, I'm tall, bro.

SPEAKER_01 (24:11):
Yeah, to somebody who's five two, you're tall.

SPEAKER_00 (24:14):
Okay, this last one, this last one is Luxie.
What do you think Luxy does?

SPEAKER_01 (24:20):
Luxie?
How do you spell it?

SPEAKER_00 (24:22):
L-U-X-Y.

SPEAKER_01 (24:25):
Luxie.

SPEAKER_00 (24:26):
And here's a hint.
Remove the Y and you get Lux.
Lux.
So Lux is for luxurious people.
The 1%.

SPEAKER_01 (24:36):
Oh.

SPEAKER_00 (24:36):
The 1%.
So there's a dating app gearedtoward millionaires,
supermodels, celebs, CEOs, andothers in the 1%.
So my question is could I be inthe 1%?
Just by just by being on thisapp?

SPEAKER_01 (24:51):
And the funny thing is, is that No, but there's
probably a qualifier.
You have to have, you know, a Bthat follows your your uh net
worth.

SPEAKER_00 (25:01):
It's it said that this is the Tinder minus the
poor people.

SPEAKER_01 (25:11):
Well, my my celeb friends are on Raya.
They're not on Lux.
Luxie?

SPEAKER_00 (25:17):
Luxy.

SPEAKER_01 (25:18):
I've never heard of it.
Okay, so um my single celebfriends are on Raya, not Luxy,
but maybe it's because theydon't have a maybe they're not
billionaires?
A couple of maybe, yeah, maybethey do.

SPEAKER_00 (25:29):
I mean, would you have to put your tax records?
Like, how do you get on thesite?

SPEAKER_01 (25:32):
Well, definitely not tax records.

unknown (25:35):
I know.

SPEAKER_00 (25:37):
Oh, yeah.
If you have tax records, you'renot on the site because 20%
don't pay taxes.

SPEAKER_01 (25:42):
That's what I was gonna say.

SPEAKER_00 (25:44):
Question, bro.

SPEAKER_01 (25:45):
Yeah, exactly.

SPEAKER_00 (25:47):
Get back, get your ass back to Tinder.

SPEAKER_01 (25:49):
Exactly.
That's how they get you.

SPEAKER_00 (25:52):
Yes.

SPEAKER_01 (25:54):
Okay, well, Luxie, yeah.
Let's uh I might have to look atthat one and see what you have
to do to qualify.

SPEAKER_00 (26:01):
Yeah, exactly.

SPEAKER_01 (26:02):
But it says the 1% and then it says like exempt.

SPEAKER_00 (26:06):
Exec CEOs, supermodels.
Hey, you know what?
I'm a supermodel.

SPEAKER_01 (26:09):
Well, so is it based upon your social status or is it
based upon your dollar, thedollars in your in your account?

SPEAKER_00 (26:18):
Luckily for you, I have no idea.

SPEAKER_01 (26:21):
Luckily for you, I don't even know.

SPEAKER_00 (26:23):
I don't even know.

SPEAKER_01 (26:26):
Okay, okay.

SPEAKER_00 (26:26):
I'm over here trying to make my my uh my own internal
system work better.
You know what I'm saying?
Like you and me.

SPEAKER_01 (26:34):
Seriously.
Oh my god, okay.

SPEAKER_00 (26:37):
I think we can get back to our our uh our podcast,
but um thank you, Zuri, for notnot um turning into your
roommate, yeah, exactly.

SPEAKER_01 (26:49):
So that you didn't have to get up get on the taps.
Okay.
We're always looking to give yousolutions, Empowered Posse.
And if you've been stuck inroommate mode and want to
rediscover the magic of souldeep connection, we created a
special offer just for coupleslike you.

SPEAKER_00 (27:09):
Our Empowered Relationship Breakthrough is a
120-minute joint coachingsession with both of us.
And it's designed to help yourelease relational residue and
uncover your communicationblocks and rebuild polarity, add
more presence and more passionto your relationship.

SPEAKER_01 (27:28):
Yes, who doesn't want more passion?
In fact, we've been gettingamazing results, and I'm gonna
read a quick review with theirpermission to Anya and Steven
came in, had a breakthroughsession with us, and this is
what they said.
They said, We came in stuck, barely speaking, never touching,
and so disconnected.

(27:49):
The breakthrough session andeven the questions in the intake
form helped us see each otheragain, really see each other.
This was better than six monthsof therapy.
We tried everything and wefinally understood why we kept
fighting.
We are now planning our secondhoneymoon.

SPEAKER_00 (28:06):
Yay! I love that.

SPEAKER_01 (28:08):
So we are getting so many great responses and results
with our breakthrough sessions, including in this session is two
confidential intake forms usedfor massive momentum.
Again, this is with both of us.
So I work with the women andMike works with the men.
And so we are working togetherto help find unified polarity

(28:32):
and excitement and passion.
And then we meet with you onZoom for 120 minutes, so two
hours.
And then 48 hours after yoursession, we give you what we
call an empowered relationshipplan.
And then we follow it up with 30days of audio coaching.
And you can do that on Boxer orMessenger, and it's with both of

(28:55):
us, and you get feedback and youcan share your wins, you can get
more coaching support.
Sometimes we schedule follow-up,you know, sessions.
It just really depends on thecouple, and we try to present as
much opportunity fortransformation.
And the transformations havejust been undeniable across the

(29:15):
board.
If you're interested insomething like this for your
relationship, you can book itusing the link in the show
notes.
And we take two couples permonth.
So we have a couple open, andyou're welcome to join us in
this empowering transformation.

SPEAKER_00 (29:35):
Yes, I mean you didn't sign up for a roommate,
right?
You came here for real love, right?
And this is the opportunity.

SPEAKER_01 (29:42):
And if you got married, like it's a big
commitment.
And you know, it's it's a lot ofwork.
What I will say is that Mike andI have done a lot of work on
ourselves, and then we work onour relationship a lot, so we
know it's a lot of.
Work.
We know it's a major commitment.
And we also know the the youknow, it's just not really

(30:06):
satisfying to have a roommate.
Roommates are not the goal.

SPEAKER_00 (30:10):
No, never is.
And and keep in mind that whenyou enter into a relationship,
you just know that both of youguys are going to be changing.
Nothing stays the same that istrue in the natural world.
So as you guys are going throughyour marriage and constantly
changing, sometimes thosechanges will remove you from the

(30:33):
heart-based relationship thatyou had you guys had shared
together.
And this is an opportunity torekindle that, to get back to
that passionate side of yourrelationship so that when you
wake up, you're not waking up onthe on the opposite side of the
bed, you're waking up back ineach other's arms.

SPEAKER_01 (30:49):
Yes, I like that.
I'm ready to be cuddled.
Let's go cuddle.

SPEAKER_00 (30:54):
Oh yeah.
I mean, it it's it's on theschedule.

SPEAKER_01 (30:58):
Okay, we are sending you the highest vibrations.

SPEAKER_00 (31:02):
You are held.

SPEAKER_01 (31:03):
You are loved.

SPEAKER_00 (31:09):
All right.
So we talked about all thosedating sites, right?
Where they're very, very, veryspecific.
The bacon lovers.
There was a site where um if youliked men with beards, that's
the site that you go to.
Okay.
My question is with that is dothe women have to have beards as
well?
Because that's a different site.
And that starts me thinkinglike, we're in that, we are in

(31:30):
such a nuanced phase in our lifethat we can, you know, with
social media, we can literallygo on a uh a site for something
as specific as bacon.
Like, what else is there?
But there's things out therelike wingmen.

SPEAKER_01 (31:47):
Like, how does one come up with that?
Yeah, I think like probablysomebody who's flying a lot
who's just like, I don't know,horny.
Like, what is like what else?

SPEAKER_00 (31:57):
Oh, I got a good idea.
Remember that flight back fromAustralia was like 10 hours?

SPEAKER_01 (32:04):
What would be What if what if every girl on that
plane was on wingman?

SPEAKER_00 (32:10):
Well, I could s I could swipe all day long.
