SPEAKER_02 (00:00):
We've all been in in
proximity to the wrong people,
right?
SPEAKER_01 (00:03):
Oh my oh my god.
I I think I think my life beganin in proximity to a lot of low
vibey people.
And tend to be surrounded by lowvibey people at the beginning of
your life because you don't knowbetter.
That's my opinion.
(00:23):
And as you as you age and as youwisen up, you start realizing
that people can be either ananchor or a sail.
And the moment that you choosethe sails, that's when you get
movement.
That's when you change yourhorizon.
That's where you know you get tomaster all the elements.
But as an anchor, you're justyou're staying put.
(00:47):
And that's not a good feeling.
SPEAKER_02 (00:48):
Yeah.
You have rocks in your boat.
SPEAKER_01 (00:50):
Correct.

SPEAKER_01 (01:56):
Your most beautiful
let's do it together.
One, two, three.
Your most beautiful life.
SPEAKER_02 (02:11):
Not good, not good.
I definitely had um somenegative players in different
phases of my life.
And um it's crazy how theproximity to negativity creates
um a ripple effect in your life.
(02:32):
Oh yeah.
And then how the opposite istrue.
If you have somebody who's superpositive and who has, you know,
ideally has something thatyou're looking to obtain, you
know, somebody who's masteredsomething, being around them is
like gold.
It's like worth gold.
Correct, correct.
Yeah.
So let's dive into proximity.
(02:54):
We did a show a couple years agoabout um proximity is power.
And this one is proximity ispower, the community that
changes everything.
Because let's be honest, ifyou're in a community of people
who all are working on the sameexact habit or the same exact
(03:14):
mission, it's palpable.
SPEAKER_01 (03:18):
It is, it is most
certainly.
SPEAKER_02 (03:19):
And it's so powerful
to see others change because
there's something that happenswhere you feel like, oh, I can
do this.
I can change too.
Like they're doing it, I can doit.
And it it's like you instantlygive yourself more permission.
SPEAKER_01 (03:36):
It's the uh the old
saying, you know, if you place
yourself in the room of fivesmokers, you're gonna be the
sixth smoker.
You place yourself in the roomof five millionaires, you will
be the sixth millionaire, right?
So proximity most certainly ispower, and it's a uh a lesson
that tends to be learned thehard way.
SPEAKER_02 (03:55):
Mm-hmm.
Yes, for sure.
So you don't really need moreinformation.
We have tons of information justlike coming at us day and night,
right?
This is like the informationerror is wild.
Yeah.
But you do need proximity, youneed a room that calibrates your
(04:16):
nervous system and calls up yournext level.
SPEAKER_01 (04:20):
Amen, brother.
SPEAKER_02 (04:22):
Sister.
So welcome back to theEmpowerment Couple podcast,
where we help you soulfully healyour body, bank, and bond and
boldness.
I'm Zuri.
SPEAKER_01 (04:34):
And I'm Mikey Starr.
Today we're diving into a truthmost people overlook.
Right?
Your growth isn't just aboutwhat you know, it's about who
you are around while you grow.
SPEAKER_02 (04:47):
Yeah, while you
grow.
And that's why this episode iscalled Proximity is Power,
because we're here to talk aboutcommunity frequency and why your
environment is either pullingyou forward or keeping you
stuck.
SPEAKER_01 (05:02):
So, why this topic
matters, the research is clear.
Your nervous system mirrors thefive people you spend the most
time with.
So if you're constantly aroundpeople who normalize burnout or
chaos or gossip who are livingin survival mode, it rewires you
for that baseline.
SPEAKER_02 (05:23):
Yeah.
But when you're in rooms wherejoy, purpose, ritual, wealth,
and truth are the norm, youregulate to that.
You calibrate to it.
And that's how quantum shiftshappen in your real life.
So years ago, I had all thecourses.
Of course, I'm a course junkie, especially as I was starting out
(05:46):
as an entrepreneur.
I had all the knowledge, but Iwas isolated and very
overwhelmed.
Once I plugged into proximitywith others doing the work,
actually, not just isolatingwith like, you know, digital
courses, everything in my lifeleveled up.
I got into proximity, whether itwas virtual proximity in a group
(06:07):
or going to intensives, going toretreats, basically stepping way
outside of my comfort zone andactually being around people
that were living the life that Iwanted.
SPEAKER_01 (06:19):
Yeah.
Well, for me, I I didn't knowhow much I needed male allies
who were also healing orbuilding or showing up in the
relationship uh the way they'resupposed to until I actually
reached out and found them.
Right.
So community isn't optional,it's the frequency that codes
your nervous system for success.
(06:39):
So if you don't have thatproximity, reach out and grab
that.
SPEAKER_02 (06:43):
Yes.
So there's three types ofproximity that change
everything.
One is nervous system proximity.
So being around people whoregulate you versus trigger you.
Because, like we said, we allknow what it's like to be around
somebody who's super negative.
And if you, you know, operatekind of automatically as a
(07:06):
positive person, you'll findyourself triggered over and over
and over again.
Like I definitely identify aslike my set point as positive.
Like I don't wake up and likehave complaints rattling in my
in my brain.
I wake up and I'm like grateful,excited.
That's just my set point, right?
(07:27):
And so if you're around somebodythen who wakes up and is like,
everything's fucked up, I'mgonna complain all day long.
It's very challenging to not gettriggered.
Correct.
It's it's like how you work thatmuscle.
And you have to know like ifyour nervous system can't ever
feel safe in proximity to thattype of personality, time to
(07:50):
exit.
And safety is important becausesafety is the new success.
SPEAKER_01 (07:56):
Say it again,
sister.
SPEAKER_02 (07:57):
Safety is the new
success.
SPEAKER_01 (08:00):
I totally agree.
I mean, it it how many timeshave you tried to create a place
of dysregulation?
It never happens.
We we tend to find ourselvesbattling our internal dialogues
more than making any type ofprogress because we are not
fighting to to produce, we arefighting to survive.
(08:24):
And that's why we need to have anice regulated nervous system.
Number two, identity proximity,right?
So you want to hang with peoplewho live the identity that
you're trying to step into,right?
The whole the old conversation,if you want to be a better chess
player, you play someone who'sbetter than you, right?
(08:47):
Your future self already livesin the room that you haven't
entered yet.
And if you function just off ofthat mindset, right?
Your future self already livesin the room you haven't entered
yet, it it's showing you thatyou are currently in the wrong
room.
Right?
You might be in a room full ofdoubters or haters or someone
(09:07):
who is, you know, the wholecrabs in the bucket syndrome,
right?
So your future self is waitingfor you to enter the room that
is full of individuals who aregoing to bring you up.
SPEAKER_02 (09:19):
Yep.
So the three would be energeticproximity.
So not just friends, butfrequency matches.
And that's really powerfulbecause uh everything is energy,
right?
So you want to be around peoplewho reflect back your vision,
not your fear.
SPEAKER_01 (09:38):
I like what you say
in re in regards to frequency
matches, right?
Very often we're talking about,oh, you know, this person is
cool, this person is cool, thisperson sucks because they're
this white.
And what they're really talkingabout is this person has the
same frequency as me.
Right?
They have the same values of me,they have the same drive as me.
That is proximity.
SPEAKER_02 (09:58):
Yes.
So, and if you're not convincedwith these top three, there's 10
more compelling reasons toupgrade your relationships.
Number one is your nervoussystem mirrors your environment.
So healthy relationshipsregulate your vagus nerve.
And your vagus nerve, we'vetalked about a lot on the show.
(10:20):
It's all along the right side ofyour from the top of your neck
all the way down.
So if you have a sore right necklike me, um, your vagus nerve
might be a little bit tweaked.
So healthy relationships willregulate your vagus nerve, lower
(10:40):
cortisol, and make your baselinestate calmer and safer.
SPEAKER_01 (10:47):
Number two, chronic
stress often starts with
unhealthy connections.
Toxic dynamics lead toinflammation, poor sleep, gut
disruption, and a weakenedimmunity system.
So upgrading relationships ofteneliminates the root cause of all
(11:07):
these illnesses.
SPEAKER_02 (11:08):
It's so crazy.
It's like, you know, you go tothe doctor, you take all of
these tests, and then they'relike, oh yeah, everything looks
normal, quote unquote.
And then, like, you know, theydon't ask you anything about who
you're hanging out with.
Who are the five people in yourlife you're hanging out with?
You know, or like, what's thingslike at home?
You know, like they're notasking you any of that.
(11:30):
And literally, that could be theroot cause.
Correct.
It's like, who are you hangingout with?
What are your relationshipslike?
Do you feel safe in them?
So, number three would besupportive relationships
literally extend your lifespan.
And we see this over and overagain in like blue zones, right?
Strong social bonds are aspowerful as quitting smoking,
(11:52):
improving cardiovascular healthand longevity.
That is so, so we need to be inproximity and communities that
help us thrive.
And literally, they're gonnaextend our life.
SPEAKER_01 (12:05):
Yeah, indeed.
Uh, number four, emotionalsafety creates hormonal balance.
So secure connections stabilizeserotonin, dopamine, and
oxytocin, which is the trio thatsupports mood, motivation, and
energy.
Right?
So it is crucial that you putyourself in a situation where
(12:28):
you have the proper proximitythat will boost your nervous
system and your hormonalbalance.
It's it's yeah, it's critical.
SPEAKER_02 (12:36):
It's all connected.
Your body digests differentlyaround different people.
This is number five.
Stressful connections activatefight or flight, shutting down
digestion.
So loving relationships activaterest and digest, helping your
body heal and absorb nutrients.
And if you think about that,it's probably like why, you
(12:58):
know, you get like nervousstomach, let's say, before you
go do something around peoplethat make you uncomfortable or
that, you know, are outside ofyour comfort zone.
And then like how you go out todinner, let's say, and then
you're eating with somebody andyou're just like, God, why am I
not?
I'm not really that hungry.
Because like you're literallyfreaking out because you're, you
(13:20):
know, unable to just be presentand grounded and rest and
digest.
SPEAKER_01 (13:25):
Exactly.
I mean, if you were if you wereremembering any type of weird
digestive issues directly afteryour Thanksgiving dinner, it may
not have been the food.
Right?
It could be Uncle Jim talking, you know, crap.
Trash.
Okay, number six, upgradedrelationships interrupt trauma
(13:45):
patterns.
I love this one.
When you upgrade to emotionallymature, reciprocal connections,
your brain rewires towardssafety and not survival.
Right?
So the right person can lift youup and the wrong person can can
see your demise.
(14:06):
So if your relationship needs tobe upgraded, upgrade it
immediately.
SPEAKER_02 (14:12):
Yes, I love that.
Number seven, you make betterdecisions from a regulated
state.
Healthy bonds elevate yourexecutive function clarity and
long-term thinking, whichimproves finances, health goals,
and habits.
SPEAKER_01 (14:30):
I mean what it's
almost as if seven is almost
like the most important.
SPEAKER_02 (14:36):
Right?
SPEAKER_01 (14:36):
You make better
decisions from a regulated
state, and you get a betterregulated state when you're
around people who have regulatedstates.
unknown (14:43):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (14:44):
Right?
SPEAKER_02 (14:44):
It's so simple.
SPEAKER_01 (14:46):
It's so, so simple.
All right, number eight, sleepimproves dramatically, or your
sleep improves dramatically.
Peaceful relationships, lowernighttime cortisol, reduce
rumination, and increase deepsleep cycles.
We all want those deep sleepcycles.
SPEAKER_02 (15:03):
Yes, that's where
all the magic happens.
Number nine, healthyrelationships activate growth
hormones.
What?
Yeah.
So safety and connectionincreases HGH, which is the
human growth hormone, supportingtissue repair, metabolism, and
anti-aging.
SPEAKER_01 (15:22):
So basically, your
healthy relationship can give
you the proper gains you'relooking for.
SPEAKER_02 (15:26):
It can give you,
yes, proper gains.
It can give you a fountain ofyouth.
SPEAKER_01 (15:31):
You got nice glutes.
You must be in a goodrelationship.
Finally, number 10, your energyrises when you stop managing
other people's emotions.
When you're no longer drained bywalking on eggshells or
overgiving, your vitalityskyrockets.
Physically, emotionally, andspiritually.
(15:53):
Like you get your gains.
All the parts of you.
SPEAKER_02 (15:58):
Everything's gains.
SPEAKER_01 (15:59):
It gains.
All the parts of you awakenbecause they're not under
attack.
Right?
They're not being pushed down.
They they have the opportunityto come up and and be a part of
your life.
SPEAKER_02 (16:13):
Yeah, totally.
Well, let's do a quote battle.
SPEAKER_01 (16:16):
Oh, I got quotes for
decades.
What you got?
SPEAKER_02 (16:18):
Okay.
Uh, this is our game for theday.
It's our quote battle.
Ready for this?
I do.
Okay, I'm gonna I'm gonna launchmy first quote battle on you.
SPEAKER_00 (16:29):
Okay.
SPEAKER_02 (16:30):
Battle battleship
ready?
From Mr.
Tony Robbins.
The quality of your life is thequality of your relationships.
Boom!
SPEAKER_01 (16:40):
Boom.
And I and and you come out theyou come out the gate with the
heavy hitters.
Tony Robbins has quote afterquote after quote.
I love that.
Uh here's a quote from S.
Kelly Harl.
States that we don't heal inisolation, but in community.
SPEAKER_02 (16:56):
Ooh.
Community.
Yes, you have to be witnessed.
Um, okay, Carl Jung.
SPEAKER_01 (17:03):
Oh yeah, okay.
This is a small one.
SPEAKER_02 (17:06):
The meeting of two
personalities is like the
contact of two chemicalsubstances.
If there is any reaction, bothare transformed.
SPEAKER_01 (17:17):
Ooh, if there's any
reaction, both are transformed.
Yeah, that's the transformationthat you're looking for, the
positive transformation.
SPEAKER_04 (17:26):
Right.
SPEAKER_01 (17:26):
All right, I'm gonna
back it up with uh Brunei Brown,
who states, connection is why weare here.
It is what gives purpose andmeaning to our lives.
Purpose and meaning iseverything.
SPEAKER_02 (17:38):
Mm-hmm.
We are we're here forconnection, yo.
Okay.
Uh I'm gonna do a little movie.
A movie uh famous actress.
SPEAKER_01 (17:52):
Okay.
SPEAKER_02 (17:52):
Lil Hepburn.
SPEAKER_01 (17:53):
Oh, Audrey Hepburn.
Okay.
SPEAKER_02 (17:56):
The best thing to
hold on to in life is each
other.
SPEAKER_01 (18:00):
Indeed.
Especially when each other isuser.
SPEAKER_02 (18:04):
Okay.
SPEAKER_01 (18:04):
I'm gonna I'm gonna
go for some Buddha.
Yeah, I'm gonna go for someBuddha.
SPEAKER_02 (18:07):
You have Buddha in
your pocket.
SPEAKER_01 (18:09):
I mean, you had you
had Carl Young and Tony Robbins,
but Buddha states that what wethink, we become, what we feel,
we attract, what we imagine, wecreate, right?
It's the we part that we wannafocus on, right?
So collectively, so it you know,if you're manifesting, the more
(18:30):
people you manifest with, thefaster that manifestation is
gonna come.
SPEAKER_02 (18:33):
Absolutely, because
it's just energy.
All right, I see your Buddhawith Dalai Lama.
SPEAKER_01 (18:39):
Oh, come now, Tibbs.
SPEAKER_02 (18:42):
Love and compassion
are necessities, not luxuries.
Without them, humanity cannotsurvive.
SPEAKER_01 (18:50):
Indeed.
SPEAKER_02 (18:52):
So, where are you
gonna get that love and
compassion from?
Your community, your proximity, the people that you are closest
to.
SPEAKER_01 (19:00):
Now, this quote has
been attributed to a lot of
people.
What you got?
SPEAKER_02 (19:05):
What you got?
SPEAKER_01 (19:05):
So here it is.
The greatest thing you'll everlearn is just to love and be
loved in return.
SPEAKER_02 (19:13):
Oh, yeah.
I think it's like Beetle.
I mean, it's like in a lot ofplaces.
I don't know.
Maybe the Beatles came up with Idon't know.
SPEAKER_01 (19:19):
Yeah, it's all over
the place.
SPEAKER_02 (19:20):
Anyway, okay, I've
got one more.
Are you ready for this?
Assumptions are the termites ofrelationships.
SPEAKER_01 (19:34):
Ugh.
SPEAKER_02 (19:36):
Henry Winkler.
You know what?
Boom!
SPEAKER_01 (19:39):
You know what?
We could literally do a fullpodcast on assumptions and how
dangerous that they are.
SPEAKER_02 (19:46):
Yeah.
Right?
Honestly, it's like one of myvery biggest pet peeves, and is
when somebody is like, oh, theystart talking to you as if they
know everything about you andthey start making assumptions.
I'm saying, wait, wait, wait.
What?
Like you're projecting.
Like, what's happening here?
So, yeah, assumptions are wild.
(20:07):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (20:08):
Assumptions are the
termites of relationships.
I'm gonna keep that one in my myuh my vault here.
That one's a nice one.
SPEAKER_02 (20:13):
Yeah, and the really
the only way you build uh a
relationship is by listening andstaying open and you know,
allowing the person to revealthemselves.
But we're all makingassumptions, you know.
Like I could say it's like a petpeeve, but like we're all doing
it.
So like it's a good lesson forall of us to be realize like
don't make an assumption.
(20:34):
Yeah, you gotta manage themterms.
So, based on knowing all ofthis, everything that we've
shared, the you know, top three, and then the 10 and then the
quote battle, it was a fun game, right?
Yes, but based on knowing all ofthis, we have an exciting
announcement in a way that weare going to give back to our
(20:54):
empowered posse during thegiving season.
It's happy holiday time, time togive, time to show up and serve.
So we created a brand new schoolcommunity for you, and we're
naming it after you, theempowered posse, because we
wanted to share a space wherethis kind of high frequency
(21:17):
proximity was the baseline.
So it's an additional way for usto show up and serve you, love.
Every month we move through atransformational theme starting
with relationships.
December is all aboutrelationships and proximity, but
not just romantic ones, yourrelationship with your body,
(21:37):
your boundaries, your innercircle, your communication, your
nervous system.
SPEAKER_01 (21:43):
We take care of you.
So inside this, you're gonna getgroup coaching and challenges,
uh, weekly rituals andactivations, of course, daily
support.
Uh, we'll have some guestmentors coming in and a powerful
private community of people whoactually are doing the work.
SPEAKER_02 (22:02):
Yes.
And like I said, December'stheme is all about clearing up
the people-pleasing,codependency, loneliness, and
isolation that's keeping youstuck and stepping into healthy,
aligned relationships and ahealthy community.
We are gonna hold that space.
SPEAKER_01 (22:19):
Because the truth
is, you weren't meant to do this
alone.
SPEAKER_02 (22:23):
Yeah.
And if you've been cravingdeeper connection, real
accountability, and a placewhere your growth is actually
supported, this is yourinvitation.
Founding members are joiningright now at a half-off rate
inside Empowered Posse, and youcan get three different tiers.
(22:43):
So you'll have the option to getadditional coaching or you can
get course access.
There's all kinds of options, but it's accessible now.
So I want you to get in there asfast as possible.
You will lock in your half offholiday rate, founder rate, and
be grandfathered in at thatrate.
It the price will never go upfor you, so run.
SPEAKER_01 (23:07):
Right now, click the
link in the show notes to join
today.
SPEAKER_02 (23:11):
Your next level is
built in community, and we'd
love to welcome you inside.
This is part of our expansion.
We're excited and we can't waitto see you on the inside.
SPEAKER_01 (23:24):
You've tried doing
it alone.
Now let proximity do the heavylifting.
SPEAKER_02 (23:28):
Ooh, I love that.
Proximity does the heavylifting.
It's so true.
Like, I I think of all of thethings that I've done in my life
that were extremely hard, theybecame very easy when I had the
right people in my life.
(23:49):
And they those same exact thingsthat I, you know, was aiming to
do maybe years prior, were sochallenging because I didn't
have the right people on myteam, or I didn't have the right
clients, or I didn't have theright relationship, or I didn't
have a community that couldactually hold me through my
(24:12):
transformation.
So so excited we're doing this.
Thank you for walking this walkwith me and being bold and brave
and holding space for ourcommunity.
This is the next level of theEmpowerment Couple podcasts, and
I'm so excited that we areshowing all the way up.
SPEAKER_01 (24:33):
Indeed, indeed.
Well, in regards to servinglove, the only way to serve love
is with our most authenticselves.
And part of the uh proximity isbeing able to show up in
authenticity amongst otherpeople who are also showing up
in authenticity.
unknown (24:54):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (24:54):
So you have the
opportunity to level up at a at
a quantum level.
SPEAKER_04 (24:59):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (25:00):
Right.
Versus doing it in a silo andkind of pushing and grunting and
you know, you know, it could bedone, but it could be done so
much easier and faster andgreater when you have the right
team working in tandem with you.
SPEAKER_02 (25:14):
Yes.
And we have a full team ofsupport.
And when you go there, if youhaven't been to school, school
is kind of similar to othersocial media platforms, but it's
all about expansion and learningand you know, accessing people
who maybe were only doing thesetypes of containers, like what
(25:35):
I'm doing, I've only done, youknow, behind closed doors on
like Kajabi.
And now it's going to beaccessible to anyone who wants
to join.
SPEAKER_01 (25:44):
And school is a is a
platform, right?
SPEAKER_02 (25:46):
Yeah, school is just
like social media platform.
Spelled S K O O L.
But yeah, just click the link, check it out.
It's super accessible.
And I just can't wait to see youon the inside.
SPEAKER_01 (26:01):
See you on the
inside indeed.
Let's go.
Let's play that proximity game.
You know, it's always you canalways tell if you have positive
proximity or negative proximityby various aspects of your life.
How you're dressed, the foodthat you eat, what you call
(26:21):
recreational, the type of workthat you do, how you show up,
right?
And if you go ahead and and andlook at yourself, you will tell
whether or not you are inpositive or negative proximity.
SPEAKER_02 (26:34):
So once you're
inside school, you'll see that
tier two is talking all aboutembodied rituals, and that's
like a year-long experience withme teaching you how to upgrade
the 12 areas of your life.
And it's kind of funny becauseat one point it was called
(26:56):
happiness habits, and we focusedon you know creating a happy
life, and we taught it like youknow, in Kajabi, not publicly.
And if you think about likehealthy habits, any part of
healthy habits and and happinesshabits, you can't really be
(27:16):
happy and build like a life ofhappiness if you're around
somebody who's like have youever seen that skid on Saturday
Night Live, the like DebbieDowner?
Oh yeah, it's like old, but it'slike so freaking classic.
So, like, if you haven't seenit, just get on YouTube and and
(27:38):
laugh for with us for a second.
But like Debbie Downer basicallycould be anywhere, and she will
be like every year, you know, like this horrible stat will
come out of her mouth, just likeblah blah blah.
She just vomits all over theentire scenario, no matter what
the scenario is.
SPEAKER_01 (27:59):
Like, you know,
we're gonna we're gonna go to
Disneyland every year.
SPEAKER_00 (28:02):
500 people fall out
of Disneyland rides.
SPEAKER_02 (28:07):
Yeah, and it's
always like okay, so I'll add
that sound later, but it'shilarious because like you can't
build a happy life if you'resuffering, and we always talk
about suffering being forsuffers because like suffering
sucks you down, yeah.
(28:28):
And in the beginning of theshow, we were talking a lot
about like you know, you caneither have an anchor or a sail,
you know, around you.
And the empowerment coupleexists only because we, you
know, like beginning of thepandemic, we're like, we need to
lift people.
SPEAKER_01 (28:47):
Yeah, this is this
is we're going in the wrong
direction.
SPEAKER_02 (28:50):
Going in the wrong
fucking direction.
And also, like, hey, let's justlook at what we do have.
Like, let's talk about freemedicine, let's talk about, you
know, the importance ofproximity, let's talk about
things that really lift us, thatreally like make us feel happy
and excited about life.
Like, there's enough news outthere that is literally the
(29:13):
Debbie Downer skit.
SPEAKER_01 (29:15):
Oh, all day long.
SPEAKER_02 (29:16):
Like, that's what
they profit off of.
And like the programming that wewant to serve without profit on
this podcast is like a hundredpercent about serving love and
helping you be like as happy asfucking possible.
And it's such an honor to beable to be able to do that
(29:37):
because I know a lot of peopledon't operate in that way.
They that's not a set point forthem, but it is a set point for
us.
Like we want, we love showing upand serving love on this show.
And this idea of just pullingpeople together and actually
being able to have aconversation with you and sit
with you is so exciting to me.
(29:58):
How about you?
SPEAKER_01 (29:59):
Oh, most certainly.
I, you know, when you you talkedabout uh, you know, suffering is
for suckers, and for some reasonI got this this this vision that
we are all tribes, we're we'rewe are tribal beings, right?
So imagine you are your tribe,if you were to name your tribe,
would your tribe be the tribe ofsufferers or the tribe of
(30:22):
doubters, or the tribe ofcomplainers, right?
Who are you in a tribe with?
I knew growing up that I foundmyself in a tribe of a lot of
complainers.
I found myself in a tribe of alot of people who are really
focused in on self-sabotage.
And I was like, whoa.
(30:43):
So I was doing all those thingsuntil I bumped into someone who
wasn't doing those things.
Right?
I bumped into you and youweren't complaining, you weren't
self-sabotaging, you were on theway up.
And as I allowed myself togravitate more towards your
tribe, some of the tribe membersthat I was hanging out with
(31:06):
disowned me.
I was like, what?
Oh, we don't want to be yourfriend anymore because you're
happy.
I was like, well, that's cool.
We don't want to be your friendanymore because you don't want
to drink with us.
It was like, bye.
You know what I mean?
It's like, like, what tribe areyou with?
SPEAKER_04 (31:23):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (31:23):
And and and how long
do you want to be there?
SPEAKER_04 (31:27):
Right.
SPEAKER_01 (31:27):
And if it's a
positive tribe, if it's a
millionaire tribe, amazing.
SPEAKER_02 (31:31):
Yeah, and that's
what I would say is like, you
know, in you'll see on theschool page, there's a video,
and I and I say it in the videoof like, if you have like a
bestie, you know, or a friendthat lives too far away, or like
somebody that you know you wantto rise with, like, get them in
this community with you.
(31:52):
Like it's so inexpensive.
It's like them up, you know, probably less than what you pay
for Netflix and Amazon Prime orwhatever, you know, like it's
cheap, y'all.
Um, for a reason.
Like, we want you there, sendingyou the highest vibration.
SPEAKER_01 (32:11):
You are always held.
SPEAKER_02 (32:12):
You are always
loved.
I want you to invite everyone.
Think of that in in alignmentwith this work.
Let's rise together.
SPEAKER_01 (32:31):
Leave your
complainant your your
complaining posse, leave yoursuffering posse, right?
Leave your your anti-social orself-sabotage posse and join the
empowered posse.
SPEAKER_02 (32:44):
Yeah, let's fucking
rise together.
Okay.
