SPEAKER_01 (01:07):
We had a doctor who said, I made my first million in
revenue and I took eight weeksoff.
Why?
Because of the team that shebuilt, because of the brand that
she built, because of theorganization she's building.

SPEAKER_00 (01:20):
Hi dogs.
Welcome to the Entre MD Podcast, where it's all about helping
amazing physicians just like youembrace entrepreneurship so you
can have the freedom to livelife and practice medicine on
your terms.
I'm your host, Dr.
Imna.

SPEAKER_01 (01:37):
Welcome to our very first episode in 2026.
And 2026, I am calling it thebeginning of the era of the
physician CEO, right?
And man, I am so committed tothis that let me tell you what I
did in December.
In December, I had two bigthings happen.

(01:58):
Actually, I had three big thingshappen.
One is that we had a workshopfor the doctors in private
practice, the profitable privatepractice workshop.
And it was such a powerfulexperience because I decided to
come on and to deliver aworkshop at the highest possible
level to upgrade the profitableprivate practice movement and

(02:21):
all of that.
And we succeeded in doing justthat.
It was a very powerful workshop, very powerful workshop.
And we had a number of doctorsjoin the movement.
So many of them, you know, actually would post that I just
joined the movement.
I'm already seeing results.
I just joined the movement, I'malready seeing changes in my
private practice.
It was so phenomenal to heardoctors come on because at this

(02:44):
point, when we did thisworkshop, the Profitable Private
Practice Movement was a yearold.
And a doctor came on and said, you know, I surpassed my 2025
goals.
And she was saying this at thebeginning of December.
I surpassed my 2025 goals and Itook five weeks off and I'm
about to take even more timeoff.
Another doctor came in and said,I came on, and for the first
time I crossed seven figures inmy private practice.

(03:07):
She is a primary care doctor inrural Alabama.
And then we had a third doctorcome in and say, you know, I've
run my clinic, you know, withpart-time hours and I 3X'd my
revenue without changing myhours, right?
So these were really big winsthat people were sharing.
And it was just so good to see.
It was so good to see now newdoctors come in and they start

(03:29):
creating the transformation, they start creating the change
in their own practices.
Just wonderful.
So I did that.
And on the faith-based side, Ihad hosted a three-day retreat
at my home church.
And this was a goal-settingretreat experience.
And the interesting thing is, inaddition to that, so the very
third thing is I was thinking, Isaid, what can I do for the

(03:53):
physician community in 2026 thatwill bring about the biggest
shift where people will seeshifts they cannot on see,
right?
And I sat with this for a fewmonths.
And by December, I had come tothe conclusion that I think I am
going to take on the challengeof helping a thousand physicians
hit their first or next sevenfigures in revenue, right?

(04:15):
So we're talking seven figureleaps.
So maybe they have their firstmillion dollar year, they have
their first two million dollaryear, five million dollar years,
$10 million a year.
And I said, How about I do that?
That will be the thing I focuson because if we can get that
many examples of what ispossible, the fears go away.
The no, we are not the kind ofpeople who could do this.
This goes away.
The way we perceive a physicianwill change because we are not

(04:38):
only clinicians.
We can be great clinicians andsavvy entrepreneurs, right?
And so I'm thinking about all ofthis.
And I said, okay, in order topull that off, I am going to
need to document theseven-figure framework in such a
way that it is readilyaccessible to doctors.
Okay.
And I tell you this piecebecause when I did the goal

(05:01):
setting retreat experience, Isaid, there is no way I'm
teaching for 7 hours or eighthours, whatever it came out to
be, and I'm not getting a bookout of this, right?
And because I said, theseconcepts are so powerful.
I need to write a book so thatthe people who are learning this
have something they can go backto over and over again because
we have this deceptive thingthat we set goals in December
and we walk away from it.

(05:21):
The ultra successful have theirgoals on their mind all the
time.
And they're constantly lookingfor better ways to accomplish
them, ways to do it faster, waysto do it bigger, and things like
that.
And so here I was in Decemberwith a task of creating two
books.
Okay.
And, you know, December is aholiday, you know, it's a
holiday, but it's a holidaymonth, if you will.
And I was like, so perfect.

(05:43):
I have time to pull this off.
So what did I do?
I took the goal setting retreatexperience and I turned that
into a book.
It's called Your Best Year Yet.
And if you know you're into thatbecause you know it's a it's a
faith-based book, it's atsuccessbythebook.org.
That's where you can find it.
That book went live December29th.
Okay, December 29th, 2025.
Okay.

(06:03):
So the week of Christmas,Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, I
sat and I recorded an audiorecording of the seven-figure
framework.
Okay.
And that is the audio book thathas the seven-figure framework.
And when we say seven-figureframework, you can now take away
zeros and add zeros.
Hopefully, you know, like you'readding zeros, right?

(06:25):
And is the same framework,right?
Whether so it's one million, twomillion, five million, ten
million, which whichever, likeis the same framework.
You just stack it on.
But anyway, so I recorded theaudio book on the 22nd, 23rd,
and 24th of December.
And so December 29th, we had thebook, Your Best Year Yet, right?

(06:47):
For my faith-based community.
And today, if you're listeningto this right when it was
released, is the launch date forthe seven-figure physician CEO
book, okay?
The audio book.
And I created this for you.
Like I said, all of this to sayI was busy in December creating
for you what I believe willbring the greatest

(07:09):
transformation.
I am looking for doctors who arewilling to say yes.
You may not have it figured out,you may not be sure, you may
even have a tad little bit offear and all of those things,
but you are willing to bet onyourself.
You're willing to go all in.
The status quo is notacceptable.
The way things are notacceptable.
And you're like, I am willing topay the price to figure it out,
okay, and get a differentresult.

(07:30):
Okay.
So if it's if that's you, I madethis book for you.
I made this book for you.
The principles are in there.
You can start applying them.
You can start creating changesin your life.
All the doctors in the entreambusiness school are reading this
book.
All the doctors in theprofitable private practice
movement are going to read thisbook.
Like all the doctors in myworld.
I have my children reading it,right?
This is going to be a completegame changer.

(07:50):
So anyway, we have that book, right?
So you can actually find thebook at sevenfigure
physicianceo.com.
Okay.
And this is one that you want tolisten to over and over and over
again.
You want the doctors in yourworld to listen to over and over
and over again.
You want to help us spread theword.
Spread the word and say, okay,we can learn these things.

(08:11):
If we could learn an algorithmfor practically raising people
from the dead, which is what Icall running codes, then we can
learn the algorithm for aseven-figure business, a
multi-seven-figure business.
And you might say, Dr.
Una, I don't have any kind ofbusiness.
That's okay.
You start, right?
Like you start from where youare and you keep improving till
you get there.
We did that in medicine.
We know how to do that, right?
So anyway, so we got the book.

(08:33):
Okay.
So I, my personal opinion isthat 2026 is going to be more
challenging than 2025.
I don't see it being lesschallenging.
However, it is also a time ofthe greatest opportunity for us
because we can rise to theoccasion.
We can learn the skills thatmake the challenges not really
bother us.
We can learn the skills thatwill help us thrive.

(08:55):
We can become the kind ofdoctors who can thrive in the
midst of chaos.
And you might say, Dr.
Una, you don't understand.
But this is the deal.
I built my private practice in2008.
You know that that was the yearof a significant recession.
I was growing my practice, growing my practice during the
COVID-19 pandemic.
And I practice thrived throughthe great resignation.
Like we rise to this.
And I have many clients becausethe entrepreneur business school

(09:18):
was launched June 27, 2020.
So in that year, we had doctorscome in.
We had doctors start businesses.
We have doctors build businessesin the pandemic that thrived
then and are still thrivingtoday.
And so I don't think it will beeasier, but we need to get
better.
The option of staying the samedoes not exist.
And so I am all in.

(09:39):
I am a thousand percentcommitted to you.
So I want to walk you throughwhat we have put together for
you to win in 2026 and beyond.
Okay.
This is the era of theseven-figure physician CEO.
This is the era where we rise tothe occasion.
This is the era where we aregreat clinicians and savvy
entrepreneurs.
Okay.
This is the era where we win inspite of the challenges.

(10:02):
Things are not going to change.
We are going to change them.
Okay.
All right.
So what did we do?
What did we put together foryou?
Number one, the entrepreneurpodcast.
What you're going to see on thispodcast is there is going to be
a lot of conversation about theframework, about seven figures,
about how to get there, abouthow to overcome the things that
stop us from getting there, whether it's to a million, two

(10:23):
million, five million, tenmillion, which whatever the
number is.
Okay.
You are also going to see a lotof interviews, in-depth
interviews with doctors who havecrossed a million, two million,
five million, ten million, howthey did it, the obstacles they
had to overcome, all of that.
I'm going to faithfully, consistently, relentlessly put
this in front of you.
And I want you to show up everyweek and listen and show up

(10:46):
every week and watch it onYouTube and say, okay, what does
this mean for me?
I want you to come with anattitude of curiosity with a
growth mindset to say, what if,right?
What if is a multi-milliondollar question?
What if I could build aseven-figure business?
What if I could build a multipleseven-figure business?
What if I could add an extramillion in revenue?
What if I can add a million inrevenue and take an extra four

(11:07):
weeks off?
Like, what if?
What if?
I want to approach you with thatattitude.
I want to subscribe to thechannel if you haven't
subscribed to the channel yet,to the podcast yet.
I want you to subscribe.
I want you to follow.
I want you to set a timer.
Like every week I come back andI listen and listen and listen.
I am not doing this to be apodcaster.
I am doing this to help you.

(11:27):
I am doing this to help youthrive as a physician
entrepreneur.
Okay, so the first thing is theentrepreneur podcast.
And if the entream de podcasthas been really good to you,
okay, consider it my birthday.
It is not my birthday, butpretend it's my birthday.
Leave us a review.
It helps us get the word out.
Write us a review.
So that's the first thing wedid.
The second thing I've alreadytalked about, which is the

(11:48):
seven-figure physician CEOaudiobook.
Okay.
I want you to get thataudiobook.
It is the best$9.99 you willspend.
The best, okay?
With a huge ROI because I didnot hold back at all.
I sat down and I recorded andrecorded and gave you the real

(12:09):
stuff.
Okay.
I want you to get the audiobook.
I want you to listen to it.
This is not a book you listen toonce.
The reason it's there is thatyou know in a few hours, I can
go through the whole framework.
I can come back and go throughit again.
And I can come back and audit mybusiness, audit it against the
standard, go make some changes, come back, go make more changes,
come back.

(12:30):
It is like your curriculum.
You know how you have your palscard or your ACLS card.
And you know, back in the dayyou have it in your pocket so
you can pull it out for quickreference.
This is that for you.
This is that for you.
So you have something to go backto over and over again and
create changes.
Even the doctors in the entreeMD business school, they're
going to do this over and over.
Now they're doing the year-longversion because we're gonna,

(12:51):
we're gonna workshop this stuff.
We're gonna think of it likethey have the audio book and
we're gonna install this intheir business.
They're gonna implement this.
It's gonna be amazing.
But you have the audio book.
When I started out as aphysician entrepreneur, there
was no education for us.
Guess the problem you don'thave.
You don't have that problembecause now you have the podcast
number one, you have the audiobook number two.

(13:11):
Okay.
So I want you to get it.
Seven figure physician CEO.
Okay, all spelled out, nonumbers.
Seven figure physician CEO.com.
Grab your copy, listen to it.
And what I would love for you todo, I would love for you to do
is to realize that this is amovement.
This is not about me.
This is not about helping a fewdoctors win.

(13:33):
This is about shifting thenarrative for physicians,
shifting the culture.
Whereas seven figures becomesthe new floor.
I want you to think about it.
Even if your business is not atseven figures yet, or even if
you can't imagine five million, even though you've been at two
million for a few years, I wantyou to hear me when I say this
seven figures as a new floor.
Like, let's embrace it.
Let's figure it out.
I am so committed to it that I'mrevamping the podcast.

(13:55):
I recorded a whole audio book.
So you may say, I don't know howto do that.
There's no problem.
We're here for you.
We're here for you to supportyou till you get it done.
Okay, so we have the book.
Okay.
So end-to-end framework.
This is so you can gain mastery.
It's not about I heard the bookbefore.
It's not about I've seen thebook before.
It's not about that.
It's about mastery.
You come, you learn, you do.

(14:16):
You come, you learn, you dobetter.
You come, you learn, you do someother stuff you didn't do
before.
You come, you learn.
You're just taking that as yourvision board, if you will, and
you're auditing your businessand turning your business
around.
It will blow your mind.
Okay.
That's number two.
Number three, we have theprofitable private practice
movement.
Okay.
The profitable private practicemovement, we built for

(14:37):
physicians who run privatepractices on purpose for private
practice owners who runbusinesses.
And the reason for this is verysimple.
The starting point of it is whenI read about Walgreens closing,
was this Walgreens or Walmart?
It was one of them, closing 50clinics in Florida.

(14:58):
Like 50 in Florida.
And I thought about it, I said,oh my goodness, if there's a
thousand patients per clinic, which of course is going to be
much more, but if there's athousand patients per clinic,
what does that mean?
That means that 50,000 peoplejust lost access to care.

And I asked myself the question: are there private practices (15:14):
undefined
where these people can beabsorbed?
Are there private practices thatare thriving?
Because at the same time, private practices are going
about out of business.
This is about health care of theUnited States.
This is about healthcare.
And this is about doctors whoare well-meaning, great
clinicians, want to do goodservice, want to serve their
communities, but they don't havethe business system to make it

(15:36):
work.
And this is whether, you know, these are fairly new practices
or practices that look likethey're established.
And they look like they'reestablished because they have
the volume, they may even have await list and all of those
things, but the money is notworking.
It's not working.
The cash flow is not working, the pressure is on, right?
Why?
Because the operating systemthat allows them to go to seven

(15:57):
figures, multiple seven figures, eight figures does not exist.
And so we built a profitableprivate practice and we built it
where the investment is lessthan a cappuccino a day.
Why?
Because we want every privatepractice owner, every to have
access to world-classmentorship, world class
mentorship.
And we focus on three operatingsystems.

(16:17):
Why these three?
Because if you have these three, your practice will win.
At least your practice will win, your practice will be
profitable, and you have a teamthat gives you peace and quiet.
What are these three operatingsystems?
The operating system that allowsyou to fill your schedule, the
operating system that allows youto get paid for the work you do,
the operating system that allowsyou to build a profitable team.
If you have these three things,if you learn these three things,

(16:39):
you can turn your practicearound.
And so, what was our answer toprivate practices going out of
business?
We built the profitable privatepractice movement.
Okay.
And so if you are a privatepractice owner, this is
something available to everyprivate practice owner.
Oh my goodness, take advantageof it on tramd.com forward slash
movement.
Okay.
So if you're not part of themovement, you're not part of any

(17:00):
of those things, this was builtfor you.
And it is so simple.
You literally show up once aweek, every Thursday, 12 noon
Easter, and might say, 12 noon,I'm seeing patients.
That's the deal.
We are not going to do this inthe evening because what we are
trying to do is break thisculture of, oh, I see patients,
then I go back home and I'mstill working at all that stuff.
We want you to work on your workwhen you are at work.

(17:22):
So that is why it's at 12 p.m.
12 p.m., it being at 12 p.m.
is part of your businesseducation.
Okay.
So you come every day, everyThursday, and you come and work
on your business.
You get direction for on yourbusiness.
So you're moving the needle.
That's how Dr.
Leslie Bostick, who's been inthe program for at least a year,
was able to 3X her revenue inone year without working extra

(17:43):
hours.
Can that be your reality?
It could be.
It could be.
It all depends on what you dowhen you come in.
But I'm telling you, people arecreating wild results.
Okay.
What else do we have?
We have the entree MD BusinessSchool.
The entre MD Business School isour year-long program.
I know we say it's year long.
A year is the minimum.
We have people who came in fiveyears ago and they're still in,

(18:05):
they're still in the entree MDbusiness school.
This is where the evolution fromphysician to physician
entrepreneur happens.
This is where you learn how tobuild a dominant brand that
makes you a household name.
This is where you learn how tobuild revenue generation systems
so you know how to createrevenue.
This is where you learn how tobuild teams that can run your

(18:28):
business without you.
This is whether you're a privatepractice or not.
The entrepreneurial businessschool is for you, whether
you're an employed physiciantrying to build your personal
brand, whether you are you ownan insurance-based practice, a
cash-based practice, you own aproduct-based business, you'd
run events, whichever, right?
Whatever it is you want to do,we show you how to build the
business system around this.
Okay.
We have had people create allkinds of results.

(18:50):
We've helped people launch theirbusinesses, grow their
businesses, take you to theirfirst million, take you to
multi-million.
We have a number of people whoare like, uh, close to eight
figures.
I cannot wait, right?
And this is mind-boggling.
But in the school, my commitmentto the doctors in the school is
we are going to work thisframework.
We're going to workshop thisframework.

(19:11):
We're going to give them thesupport they need because we are
going to see an unprecedentednumber of doctors cross this
threshold.
We're going to see that.
In fact, today, I would docartwheels if I was not 46 years
old, because this is whathappened.
I go into the entrepreneurbusiness school Facebook
community, and a doctor comes onand she says, I kept refreshing

(19:33):
and refreshing.
I think it was her bank account, you know, like website.
I kept refreshing the page andfinally we did it.
We hit a million in revenue, right?
And it was so beautiful to seebecause she did the work, she
did the evolution, she built thedominant brand, she did all of
these things.
And here she is at a million inrevenue.

(19:54):
So I saw that and I was like, ohmy goodness.
Now another doctor came on, youknow, she's in the entrepreneur,
she's in the entrepreneurbusiness school as well, and she
said, I did not hit a million, but I've been in the entream d
business school.
So this was her, she had been inthe business school when the
first year we started it, andthen you know, she graduated and
all that stuff.
And then she came back, and shecame back in June of, you know,

(20:16):
2025.
And so by December of 2025, shewas saying, Oh my goodness, I
didn't hit a million, but I seehow I could have if I got out of
my way sooner, I'm paraphrasing.
And then she said, But mybusiness has grown 2.5x since
joining the entrepreneurialbusiness school.
So we're talking six months.

(20:36):
And she's like, I see the pathclearly.
I've evolved, I've gotten out ofmy own way.
Said I used to work a locum job.
I fired myself from that job andhired myself in my business.
And then she said, I know whatto do.
So for the next year, I'mshooting for 2 million.
Can you imagine?
We're talking six months oftransformation.

(20:56):
Can you imagine going from whereshe was, 2.5x, quit her locum
job, hired herself everything, and she believes that she can
create 2 million.
And guess who's excited to workwith her on That project, yours
truly, right?
So these are the kinds of thingsthat happen in the school.
And on the same day, this is allhappening on the same day.
On the same day, another doccomes on.

(21:17):
She's so amazing.
She has a cash fake practice.
And I love watching her becausethere's so much mindset drama
around raising prices, leading ateam, hiring people, dehiring
the wrong fits, all of thosethings.
And I have watched her do everyone of those things.
She'll come on, she's like, ohmy goodness, I have to do this.
I'm not sure how to do it.
I'm having so much mind dramaand we'll work through it and

(21:39):
she'll go do it.
She's such a doer.
She embraces the discomfort.
She doesn't shy away from thefrogs, right?
Which is what we use to describethe needle movers that we
usually don't want to dobecause, you know, there's so
much drama associated with them.
I've watched her do it over andover and over and over and over
again.
And she said, I had my first$100,000 month.

(22:02):
Now she's done$80,000, right?
So she's on track for sevenfigures, like, you know, you
know, following 12 months.
She's done$80,000, but she hadher first$100,000 month.
Do you know what it means to gofrom employed physician to your
first six-figure month?
So mind-boggling.
I mean, doctors who are going tobe the leaders in the healthcare

(22:24):
space, the movers and theshakers are built.
We have watched them do so manythings.
It's so beautiful to see.
Whether it's a dominant brandlike Dr.
Rachel Rubin's brand, whetherit's the revenue shifts they
make, like Dr.
Sarota, who actually celebratedher first million dollar month.
You know, I'm saying thisbecause they've said these

(22:45):
things openly, right?
Or it's the doctors who havebuilt teams that allow them to
take five weeks off.
We had a doctor who said, I mademy first million in revenue.
This is a cash b practice atthree years old.
My first million in revenue, andI took eight weeks off.
Can you imagine that?
Why?
Because of the team that shebuilt, because of the brand that

(23:07):
she built, because of theorganization she's building.
So I am so committed to helpingthe dog.
I'm just like, I am here foryou.
I've done the book, I have brandnew programming.
It's like gonna be so wild.
Why am I telling you this?
Because this is the era of theseven-figure physician CEO.
And I want you to say yes to thecall.

(23:28):
And I want you to understand youhave the support to do it.
When I started my journey, Iwent to the entrepreneurial
business school called theSchool of Hard Knocks.
I didn't have this support, butguess what you do?
You have this.
And let me tell you the fifththing that I'm going to do.
And I started this four daysago.
I started this on the 1st ofJanuary.
I am committed to showing up.

(23:49):
And I am going to take threemillion steps in 2026 to inspire
a thousand physicians to say yesto their first or next seven
figures in revenue.

thing.

school.
And the entree and D businessschool is the most
cost-effective way of becoming aphysician entrepreneur.

(26:18):
Opening a business, opening apractice does not make you a
physician entrepreneur.
It makes you a physician who hasa business.
What makes you an entrepreneuris developing the mindset, the
habits, the skill, and thenetwork of the physician
entrepreneur.
And can you do it?
Yes, but this is something thatis learned.
It's something you gain masteryof.
What makes a physician go fromI'm employed, unemployed
physician, to I'm running amulti-million dollar business?

(26:41):
There is a transformation thathappens there.
What makes you say no?
I'm not trading time for dollarsin that way anymore.
I'm going to build a system thatgives me leverage.
It's entrepreneurship that doesthat.
Don't let anybody deceive youinto thinking that an investment
in your education is not needed.
It's not true.
Don't let anybody deceive youthat you don't have to change

(27:02):
and things will just change.
It's not true.
I have done this for myself forthe last 15 years, and I have
done this for other physiciansfor the last seven years.
Your investment in future you isa requirement.
And I want to invite you tostart.
I want to invite you to start.
Okay?

you to win.
It does not matter howchallenging this year is.
You can still win.
But you will not win doingthings the way you always did
them.

(27:46):
It's a lie.
You will not win not investingin yourself.
It's a lie.
You will not win on your own.
You need community.
The strongest entrepreneurs havecommunity.
They build communities.
And the entree and be as acompany has a track record for
over seven years of supportingphysicians, being authentic
about it, putting physicianswinning above revenue.

(28:09):
We always talk revenue.
We always talk that, but yoursuccess is more important.
Your success is our success.
That's how we win.
And we have a track record ofpeople who are creating results
using our systems.
So it is time to equip yourselfwith what you need to win as a
physician entrepreneur in 2026.
Doing it alone is no longerrequired.

(28:30):
The trial and error, no longerrequired, right?
Not having people to lean on, nolonger required.
Not having access to world-classmentorship, no longer required.
Needing to build a business in away that you're sacrificing your
family and your health, this isno longer a requirement.
You can build a dream businessthat allows you to have a lot of
impact and gets you time freedomand gives you financial freedom.

I'm so excited that you'resaying yes to yourself.
I'm so excited that you're notletting fear stop you because
fear is the enemy.
Fear will stop you, fear willcripple you, and fear will

(29:38):
ensure that you remain the same.
The problem with remaining thesame is that things are getting
worse and people are gettingbetter.
So you can and you can'tactually stay the same.
If you stay the same, technically you're getting worse
every single day.
So I'm so glad that you're notletting fear stop you.
