on your phone and keep listening.
Speaker 1 (00:17):
And thanks for honing down the fort. In the past
couple of days, I was busy falling off trains.
Speaker 2 (00:21):
I heard something about that you have a little compression
type cast thing on your arm.
Speaker 1 (00:26):
Yeah. Well, so what happened was my husband had a
work event in New Mexico, and so I was like, ooh,
that's making a family trip. We went to Santa Fe.
We did all the touristy things. It was incredible, and
we did a train tour.
Speaker 2 (00:37):
Was he happy that you and the kids went too,
Because if I travel, I don't have kids, but I
have a husband and you know, pets, And I'm like
that it's a nice, little, nice little.
Speaker 3 (00:46):
Vacation for myself. So he was probably like, oh cool.
Speaker 1 (00:50):
No, he's going again soon, so he'll have that time,
because I couldn't make that one.
Speaker 3 (00:54):
Anyway, I'm bearing the lead. You fell off a train.
Speaker 1 (00:56):
I fell off a train, and like legit fell off
of a train. It was a forrsty Amtrak train. And
when we got off, thankfully it was not still moving
because I'll probably be dead. But we got off. The
conductor and all the people getting off he was like, hey,
you want the kids to come up and hunk the horn.
I was like, oh, okay, sure, the kids go up there.
Everything's fine. I get the kids down and it's it's tall,
like with little narrow steps to get up there. It
(01:16):
had just started raining. I get the kids down and
I busted my ass. Shall I mean like, I'm lucky.
I'm lucky my skull to not get cracked.
Speaker 3 (01:23):
Did you put you put the pictures on Instagram? Right?
Speaker 1 (01:26):
Yeah. I had a big bruise. My husband made me
go to urgent care. While we were there.
Speaker 3 (01:30):
Nothing's broken, nothing's broken.
Speaker 1 (01:31):
But he made me go to urgent care and I
tried to explain to the guy what happened.
Speaker 3 (01:34):
He was like, what, you follow a train?
Speaker 1 (01:37):
But then line was so long. I was like, let's
just go. I'm not ruining a vacation for this.
Speaker 3 (01:41):
Did people see you? Like, did a lot of people
see you fall?
Speaker 1 (01:44):
Oh? Yes, yes they did. And the train conductor and
the team that worked for the train, they were like,
uh because they were nervous. The way I felt it
looked like I probably had a concussion. I walked away
crying and laughing because I was so embarrassed.
Speaker 3 (01:55):
I was like, who's just scoot of the car.
Speaker 1 (01:58):
So anyway, my husband got back last night. He was like,
you gotta go to urgent care. So I may have
fractured it, but it's not broken. So they just gave
me a compression. It's fine.
Speaker 3 (02:05):
I'm glad you still have your arms.
Speaker 1 (02:07):
I got a fun story though.
Speaker 3 (02:08):
I fell off a train. You know who else can
say that one that was not moving?
Speaker 1 (02:12):
Would it have been better if it was moving?
Speaker 3 (02:14):
I guess I wouldn't tell people that we love you all.
Speaker 1 (02:17):
Bye.
