The Fangirl Watches

Scooby-Doo has decades worth of legacy fans, and they're pretty upset with the HBO Max original Velma.  And, while I love Mindy Kaling's writing in general, I can see their point - this show goes too far in a direction that is out of touch with the Mystery Gang's established IP.  

Granted, I recorded this back when Disney and Pixar had just released Coco, but I think the thoughts in this are still good.  And, unfortunately, transitioning a vlog to a podcast in a desperate attempt to expand my audience often leads to older videos being awkwardly placed.  My bad, but I love you guys for listening anyways!

I actually obtained a copy of Disney's Song of the South, and, the movie definitely aged weird.  But, let's talk about the intention of this film when it was originally released.

Let's finally start picking back up where we left off - Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Chapter 14, where we are finally getting a good introduction to Cornelius Fudge, the Minister of Magic.
