day with little tips, nuggets, whatever you want to call them
that will hopefully, if you guysapply them the correct way,

(00:38):
will get you guys to living yourdream life and living it on
your own terms.
That's my whole purpose of thisshow is just to help as many
people as I possibly can throughthe power of personal
development.
Personal development ishonestly the best thing that has
ever happened to me.
I'm so glad that I discoveredit at such a young age, in my

(00:58):
early twenties.
I've been applying new thingsto my arsenal every single day
for the last few years and if Ican be any sort of help to
anybody else on that journey, that, uh, that I mean that's
honestly the most fulfillingthing that that I could be doing
and that's why I do the show.
So if there's any valueexchange, if you guys get
anything from this episode, allI ask is that you share it.

(01:20):
Share it with a friend, familymember, posted on your social
accounts, whatever that lookslike to you.
I would deeply appreciate that.
Guys, today's episode is goingto be about failure, and I know
I've talked a little bit aboutfailure on this show in the past
, but I don't think I've reallytouched on why it's important to
fail Now.

(01:41):
The reason that I believe youknow everything that I say on
the show are obviously mybeliefs.
The reason that I believe youknow everything that I say on
the show are obviously mybeliefs.
But the reason that I believepeople should fail is because I
do believe that hard timescreate awesome.
Human beings Like you reallycannot grow without going

(02:02):
through some sort of failure inlife, and it's something that I
mean, we're always taughtgrowing up.
Like, oh, you know you have todo your.
I mean, yeah, do your best.
Like go out and get the bestgrades, whatever.
And you know they just look atfailure as, oh well, you didn't
do the work, you didn't do yourassignment, you didn't do it
correctly.
And it's like, yeah, you knowwhat I didn't do it correctly.

(02:22):
And it's like, yeah, you knowwhat I didn't.
I didn't do it right.
You know I didn't do it rightthe first time and that that's
okay, because now I'm going tobe able to build myself back up
through through learning it theright way, and I really wish I
would have understood how greatfailure could be.
In my earlier years, like juniorhigh, high school, you know,
there was a lot of subjects thatI just it didn't click for me

(02:43):
or, honestly, it was probablybecause I really wasn't
interested in them, and so Ifailed in a lot of those classes
.
There was a lot of things thatI didn't understand and to this
day there's still a lot ofthings that I don't understand.
But back then, you know, I wasjust kind of like every other
kid.
You know, just I didn't want tobe that kid in the class that

(03:04):
didn't know what they weretalking about, didn't know what
was going on.
But that was me and I wasafraid to fail.
I was afraid to look stupid infront of my peers.
I was afraid to, you know, looklike the dumb kid and that ate
at me for years, like years andyears, all through, excuse me,
all through school, all throughhigh school, junior high.

(03:26):
I mean, the first memory that Ireally have of it is probably
like back in the third grade, you know, learning
multiplication, and since then, like it, just ate at me forever
and ever.
Sorry, I took a drink there, but, guys, it's okay to fail.
Like, if you don't know whatyou're doing, ask for help, ask

(03:48):
for help.
That's one of the things I hadthe hardest time doing was
asking people for help Because, like I said, I didn't want to
feel stupid but, like I said, the older that I get, failing to
me now is so much different.
You know I fail at things inbusiness all the time and now I

(04:09):
look at them as opportunities tolearn and grow from.
You know.
So, when you guys are feelingdown, when you feel like don't,
or you know things aren't goingyour way, or whatever it is,
analyze it.
Sit down, maybe do a life audit.
Like why did I fail at thisthing?
Why is it not working out?
List out the reasons why youthink you're failing, look at

(04:31):
the data and then look at thethings that you can change.
Maybe you need to study harder.
Maybe you need to go to thisseminar to learn more about it.
Maybe you need to hire a mentor, whatever that is it.
Maybe you need to hire a mentor, whatever that is.
Look at every failing moment ofyour life.

(04:53):
No-transcript.
How can you learn from it?
How can you learn from yourmistakes?
And the second that you startto actually try and correct
those mistakes and learn fromthem, you'll become a champ at
it.
I know that because I've doneit, like when I was first
getting into business for myself, that that was a disaster, like
I had no clue what was going on.

(05:14):
And you know, fortunately I hada couple of people that I could
lean on and I could call up and, you know, ask them questions.
But there was a lot of thatwhere I just kind of had to
figure it out.
And I'm grateful that I had togo through those struggles,
because now those things likethey honestly just come as
second nature to me and it'sbecause I put in the work, I put
in the practice I wanted tolearn.

(05:37):
So, guys, when you fail atsomething, look for the positive
.
Take a step back, analyze itand figure out how you can do
better.
It's that simple Failing can bea blessing in your life if you
let it.
So, guys, take a life audit outof this.

(05:58):
Write down some things thatyou're failing at right now.
Maybe it's your marriage, maybeit's your fitness.
Analyze it and see and figureout how you can do better and I
promise you like, if you guys dothat on a consistent basis and
you guys get familiar withfailing, you will get to the top
faster.
So, guys, that's all I have foryou in today's episode.
