What if the only thing standing between you and your dreams is your own permission? On this episode of the Freedom First Podcast, I break down the critical concept of giving yourself the green light to win in life. Forget waiting for the perfect moment or the ideal circumstances; those will never come. From my own experiences in the gym to the challenges of building a business and maintaining relationships, I illustrate how the decision to push through discomfort and inconvenience is the foundation of true growth and success.

You'll hear why the moment you decide to embrace the struggle is the moment you start creating the life you desire. I discuss the sacrifices that are necessary—like waking up at dawn for that workout—and how these sacrifices are investments in your future. Whether you're working on your fitness, building your dream business, or striving for better relationships, this episode is a call to action. It's time to stop making excuses and start giving yourself permission to win. Share this episode with anyone who needs that extra push to start winning their battles.

So, with that said, today we'regoing to be talking about
winning and why you have to giveyourself permission to win.
Now, it's easy.
It's easier said than done toyou know, go out and actually
win.
Um, it's easier to say you knowI'm going to win, I'm going to
win, but then, once you know, itcomes time to actually put in

(01:23):
the work.
That's when it gets hard andthat's when you really got to
figure out you know what it,what it is that you're going to
do to start dominating whateverit is that you're going after.
One of the when I think aboutwinning, I love to think about
my fitness and I love thinkingabout going to the gym and why.
That's just a.
It's a battleground for me togo to every day where I can

(01:47):
really start to push myself.
I can push myself to becomebetter.
I can push myself to bestronger and in order to do that
like, I have to give myselfpermission to hurt, and even
though the pain and hurting it'snot something that anybody
wants to go through ever, butthat's where the growth, that's
where the growth happens.
So that's that's why I talkabout.
You know you have to giveyourself the permission to do

(02:09):
that.
You know if you want to go outand build a business, if you
want to go out and you knowbetter your relationship you're
going to have to give yourselfpermission.
You're going to have to realize.
You know what this is going tobe hard, but I know deep down
that I can do it.
I know this is what I'msupposed to do.
I'm going to put it out there,I'm going to go for it, that's
it.
That's it you.

(02:30):
All you have to do is just putyour mind to it and go for it.
Don't give yourself an out, don't, don't tell yourself yeah,
you know what, maybe it justwasn't for me, it was for you.
If you, if you really, if youreally feel like you want it and
you want it bad enough, it'sfor you and all you have to do

(02:52):
is give yourself permission todo that.
Now, yes, you may have a spousethat maybe you feel like doesn't
support you.
Maybe you have kids and youjust think that, well, if I work
on this, I'm not going to beable to spend time with them,
and all these things are goingto pop up.
No matter what, what time ofyour life it's at, something is
always going to pop up.
No matter what time of yourlife it's at, something is
always going to pop up andyou're going to feel like you
know what, maybe just now is notthe right time, but maybe it is

(03:14):
.
You have to decide that foryourself.
It's never, ever going to beconvenient to start something
hard.
There's never going to be aconvenient time to get up early
and go to the gym.
I'll tell you one thing, likefirsthand I go to the gym early
in the mornings and I would muchrather be in my bed sleeping.
That's it.
That's it.

(03:38):
You guys have to be willing toput in the work, like there's
going to be sacrifices, but ifyou want it deep like, if you
want it enough deep down insideyou, you're going to have to
tell yourself I can do this.
I'm going to give myselfpermission to win, and the
second that you do that is thesecond you will be able to start
moving forward with your lifeand building the life that you

(04:00):
absolutely dream of.
It's that simple.
So go out and make it happen.
Guys, I think this is a recordfor the shortest podcast that
I've ever done, but that's all Ihave for you today.
