Let’s talk chile. YUM. Specifically, Hatch Valley grown green and red chile. Over the last 110 years the commercially produced chile peppers are an incredible addition to culinary habits of Americans. People then wouldn’t recognize what we have now. They would approve what we have done with Hatch Valley Red and Green chile. It is a huge change in chile enjoyment.
