Kiara is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Root Cause Protocol Consultant, Breathwork Facilitator & Somatic Healer who is passionate about women’s health. Inspired by her own real-life experiences with health + wellness, in 2019 she founded Kiara Marie Wellness. She works with women to help them prioritize their health and restore their metabolism so they can live the life they’ve always dreamt of; one where they are able to experience true vibrant health, without restriction, and be the best possible version of themselves.
