Have you ever wondered how you can become more self-aware?

How to know who you truly are?

How to discover your truth?

In part two of my Transformational Self-Care Series, I’m breaking down the foundations of holistic self-care beginning with self-awareness, self-evaluation, and self-knowledge.

Self-awareness leads to self-evaluation which leads to self-knowledge, and self-knowledge leads to self-acceptance which will be part of next week’s episode.

Why is this important? Simply put, you can’t have one without the other, it’s all interconnected.

In this episode, I’m also covering concepts like The Self-Awareness Theory and the Four Stages of Consciousness to help you put these things into practice. If you haven’t listened to episode 30, start there, since each episode in this self-care series is building upon the previous one.
