Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome everyone.
Mary Mead, welcome back toanother episode of the Peggan
preacher podcast, season 5.
We're gonna try something brandnew.
You know, over the last fewseasons we've been talking about
things that aren't exactly abig lift up spiritually.
They were needed things to say, though.

(00:21):
They were needed for us to hear, and we have to pursue the
things that were said.
Season 5 is gonna be about howto achieve it, how to make it
happen, how to rise up and bethe people that we know we can

(00:43):
be.
It's time for us to be thepeople we were meant to be.
It's time for us to take charge.
Stop letting others tell uswhat we can, we cannot do.
Tell us what our limits are.

(01:06):
Tell us what we shouldn't dospiritually and what we should
do spiritually.
It's time for us to learnwithin ourselves who we are and
to have the courage to stand upand to walk in those shoes that
we're supposed to wear, thosespiritual shoes, those divine

(01:28):
shoes that we are supposed tocarry ourselves in Empowerment.
You know all over the world, wesee right now, and we know, the
things that are going on in ourworld the trials and the
tribulations, and the things inIsrael and Gaza, and and all

(01:52):
over the world.
We know this, and I hear somany people saying that we need
to do something because ourpoliticians, our leaders, etc.
Just won't do anything about it.
You're right.
It is time for us to dosomething.
It's time for us to dosomething.

(02:15):
Our leaders, or at least many ofour leaders, have failed us,
for whatever reason, maybe evengood reasons, maybe with good
intentions.
We have gone wrong in thisworld and it's time for us us
just standing down.
We have given too much credit, too much power to our

(02:39):
governments and we have sat backand just allowed things to
happen.
And then we moan and groan andcomplain with things aren't
right when we let them do it.
We moan and groan, we complainat work, in the car, at home,
but yet we don't actuallyphysically do anything.

(03:01):
Do we?
At least a lot of us I'm notsaying everybody, because that's
what.
That's how we were raised.
We saw our parents do that andwe saw their parents do that,
talking about politics at thedinner table or after dinner,
relaxing in the family room, because that's how things were.

(03:23):
People would just vent it, theywould just talk about it.
But, guys, we've reached apoint in our world, in our
existence, where you know wordsare cheap, actions mean
everything and our politicians, our corrupt politicians, our

(03:46):
corrupt leaders are the onesleading the show.
You want to know how we canchange things.
It takes us, us rising up.
How do we do that?
At the point, you got tobelieve in yourself.
You got to believe in the powerof we, the power of

(04:08):
togetherness, unity, the powerof one body, though thousands of
vessels, thousands of souls allworking together for a common
purpose, a common reasonHumanity, unity, the love for

(04:34):
Mother Earth, the love for lifein itself.
That is why all these thingsare happening and it's time that
you know.
Spirit says it's time for ashaking, it's time for an
awakening, it's time for thosethat have felt within their

(04:57):
heart being compelled to moveforward and to do certain things
that seemed way out of theirleague, way out of their
comprehensive comprehensive, Ican say the word comprehension.
We understand what needs to bedone.

(05:20):
Many of us are afraid.
Any of us have good reason tobe afraid, but we got a rise up
past that, believing inourselves, believing in the
divinity within ourselves, within you, my friend.

(05:44):
You have the power to movemountains with your speech, with
your words, with your intentionand when you put action behind
that as well, you are a force tobe reckoned with.
And when we, together, rise upand do the same thing together,

(06:08):
all of us believing in ourselvesare believing in the purpose
that drives us and, workingtogether as one, we accomplished
the tasks that need to be taken, that need to be handled, the
things that need to be done.

(06:28):
We sat back way too long.
Excuse after excuse religion, our churches here in the United
States.
They want to tell you that youwere born a sinner and that you
need a Savior and that you werenothing and that you need to

(06:50):
suppress yourself daily in orderto go to heaven one day.
And I tell you that isabsolutely not true.
You were born with everythingthat you need.
It's a matter of listeningwithin, trusting within.

(07:15):
It's a matter of getting pastthese written laws, these
written spiritual religious.
You know, and I go over it andI go over it and I go over it.
And if you've been listening tomy podcast, you already know
where I stand with a religion.

(07:36):
I don't believe in corporatereligion, I don't believe in
mainstream religion anymore andI believe most religious leaders
.
You know, I know Jesus was nota religious man.
In fact he was veryanti-religion.
Most prophets, most religiouspeople over the last several

(08:00):
thousands of years never taughtreligion.
They taught spirituality.
They taught to look within andto know thyself.
Trust thyself here, that voicethat tells you what is right and

(08:24):
what is wrong.
The problem is that has beenblurred.
It's been blurred because ofthe media, has been blurred
because of the propaganda ontelevision and blurred because
of indoctrination.
Know our own parents and theirparents and our grandparents,
whoever passing down religiouslaws, religious aspects and

(08:49):
principles that they believe tobe true.
And you too were indoctrinated, not because you believed it,
but because you were born in itand you were raised in it.
If you were born in a differentcountry, you would have been
indoctrinated into somethingcompletely different and you
would have believed it, justlike you believe what it is that

(09:10):
you believe today.
But just because you believe itdoesn't mean it's true.
I'll tell you first that if youdon't look within, if your
spirituality doesn't come withinor come from within, that it is
not true, because truespirituality, true truth, comes

(09:31):
from within us, not without.
If you're looking for thekingdom, it isn't, isn't in the
sky, it isn't anywhere, isn't aplace, it is within you.
It is an energy of vibration,of life that dwells within every

(09:58):
living thing on this planet.
It's here and it's real andit's tangible.
You can feel it, you can see it, but we have in man's desire to
control or man's desire tounderstand, without actually

(10:20):
having to look within.
We created a religion, we'vecreated hindrance and right now
that hindrance is caused on me.
A majority of our problems inthis world, far too many
problems.
How do we rise up?

(10:43):
We believe in ourselves?
Yep, we believe in others.
But taking that step to say youknow what, I'm gonna do
something, even if it's just alittle something, even if it's
just a post on Facebook, if it'sa letter in the mail or if it

(11:04):
said, whatever it is, I'm gonnado something at least once a
week, once a day, whatever itcan be.
I'm gonna do something towardsthat cause because I believe in
it and I believe that I can help.
I don't need my government todo it for me.

(11:25):
I don't need a church to do itfor me, or a temple or whoever
it is.
I don't need an external God todo anything for me, because
that external God created me todo it myself.
To do it for myself and to doit for others, because I am of

(11:51):
them.
And that's where we've lost gripwith true reality and the power
that is within spirituality andthe power that's within
togetherness, unity that we'vebeen taught that we can't live

(12:12):
together and we can't servetogether because of all these
different religions anddifferent mindsets, different
traditions, that we just can'tcoexist because our books tell
us that we just simply opposeeach other two months, or what

(12:34):
someone else does is just toodirty for us to even comprehend,
or too sinful, or too you know, and we've never actually taken
that time to sit back and sayyou know what?
Thousands of years, and so farit's done no good whatsoever

(12:59):
except cause more division, morewars, more death, more sorrow
than anything in our existence.
Why can't we understand thatmorality doesn't come from
religion?
It comes from a place deepwithin us, a deep sense of love,

(13:24):
and I believe that all of us,at least at one time or another,
had this Life, sometimes can docruel things to people, and it
creates cruel people, and thatis something that needs

(13:51):
addressed entirely by itself, because we judge people for
their actions, but, yeah, wedon't know what exactly led them
to those actions.
We don't know what is in theirlife and what is in their heart.
Judgments can be the hindranceof all kinds of potential

(14:20):
miracles.
Believing in ourselves is thekey to achieving the things, and
when people judge you, ifyou're not careful it can stop
you and it can injure you.
So how do we believe inourselves?
We don't believe in thejudgments of others.

(14:43):
We don't take those judgmentsto heart.
Yes, there is such thing calledconstructive criticism, and
that is good.
Many times, many times, hisfather is the furthest thing
from constructive criticism, butit is pure, outright Poor

(15:10):
judgment criticism, hurtfulcomments that come from a place
that is not good, but come froma place that is dark, ignorant
and very confused.
And that's why we have a hardtime in this world right now.

(15:31):
Isn't it Because we have beentaught so many different things,
things like racism and bigotry?
Those things are learned, they're not inherited.
Or because I've never seen aracist child, I've never seen a

(15:55):
bigoted child?
They're all love, they playwith whom they want to play with
and they're friends they wantto be friends with.
It's not until we start growingup and start becoming adults
and start listening to otherignorant people around us that
we begin to see thingsdifferently.

(16:16):
We begin to not just see peoplefor who they are and see people
for their character, but welook into other things and we
change our perspective.
But those things happenedbecause of ignorant people,

(16:37):
ignorant teachings.
How do we empower ourselves?
We get rid of those teachings.
We don't necessarily hate thepeople that produce the hate,
because hate doesn't get rid ofhate.
It never will.
And just like racism, can I getrid of racism?

(16:59):
There has to be a point wherewe just lay down the weapons, we
just lay down the arguments.
Though you may have plenty ofright to argue, to be angry,

(17:20):
there comes that time when, inorder for the better good of
society, that we lay thosethings down, that we draw the
line in the sand and say youknow, for a minute's all now,
I'm not gonna say and speakthose kind of things anymore.

(17:41):
When I see racist and bigotedpeople that wanna strip me of my
power and strip me of who Iknow that I am, I'm not gonna
get angry, I'm not gonna wantrevenge, I'm not gonna give them
that much of my energy, I'm notgonna give them anything.

(18:07):
When I walk away and I havechildren, I'm gonna teach them,
I'm gonna go home and I'm gonnatalk to them and say you know
what happened to me today?
This is what I did.
The spirit says that I can moveon and change things for the
better by being the betterperson and stop talking about

(18:34):
the things that happened in thepast.
Because, though, yes, we haveto remember the past, because we
learned from the past.
It's history.
Then there comes that time thatwe can't use that past to
hinder the future, and that'swhat we do today in many

(18:55):
different aspects.
We can't empower ourselves in asense of unity when we're
constantly bickering each otherabout what our ancestors did or
what our ancestors did not.
We didn't do it.
We need to move forward.

(19:16):
We need to make that changethat this world needs.
Stop the bickering, stop thearguing, stop the belittling.
Togetherness, unity, we can dothis.

(19:37):
Together.
We can do this.
Many people right now arefeeling the call to walk away
from corporate religion, nomatter where you are in this
world, whatever religion thatyou are.
At this time, many of us arefeeling this compulsion to walk

(19:57):
away, not necessarily to give upeverything that you believe,
but to walk away from theorganization, part of it, the
religious aspect of it, and tobe able to unite with others
around this world and say youknow what?
We can do this together.
I don't care what religion orwhatever is going on, I don't

(20:21):
care.
Just like what's going on inGaza right now.
It saddens my heart to see whatis happening there and to see
the support that Israel gets asthey murder children after
children after children and saythat we have the right to defend

(20:45):
ourselves.
That's not defense, that'sgenocide.
Everyone wants to rise up.
We need to do something.
Okay, when do we go?
When do we stand?
When do we draw the line in thesand?

(21:06):
When do we go and stand inbetween them?
When do we go and make thetrucks go through that need food
?
Or you know when they'restopping the food stores from
getting through?
Well, if we were there, theycouldn't stop the food sources.
Oh, we can't do that.
Why not Ask yourself?

(21:29):
Why not Ask yourself what isstopping this world from doing
the right thing?
Is it because we just keepgiving everything to the
government?
What's their responsibility?
It's their job, my pay, taxes.
They're supposed to do this.
You know, it's kind of likesaying a prayer for someone but

(21:51):
not willing to do anything.
Laziness, I'd like to help you,but I'm gonna say a prayer but
then I'm just gonna yeah, I'mgonna take a nap on the couch.
That's useless.
It's worthless People.
We've got to start acting.
We've got problems here in theUnited States, all kinds of

(22:14):
different issues.
I'm not gonna go into thoseissues, because anybody that
knows about apologics knowsabout the issues that are going
on right now.
You know, and I hear you knowwell, we need to bring back God
in this country.
We need to bring back God backin school.
We need to bring back in dogdonation.
Huh, we need to strip away thefreedom that this country stood

(22:38):
upon, freedom or religion.
You know the free expression ofself.
You know a lot of the peoplethat you see that do the things
that religious people don't like.
They do it because they feellike they have to.
They have to constantly dothese things out in public

(23:05):
because if they don't, you willquench them and you will hinder
them and you will shut them out.
What if we just let people bepeople?
But what if we just let thejudgment be according to the
gods and let us simply be thepeople?

(23:25):
I don't judge you.
I don't necessarily have toagree with what you do, but I
agree that you have the right todo what it ever it is that you
do as long as it's not hurtinganybody else unwell.
Only I give you that thatyou're right.
This is.

(23:46):
I would like that right myself.
We don't judge each other.
I'm not talking about physicalactions, because of course we
have to have laws, because lawis what separates us from being
nothing but monkeys in the treesthrowing poop at each other.
We are civilized, we can becomeenlightened, we become the

(24:11):
people that the gods made us tobe.
And thousands of years, andwe're still bickering and
fighting because we allow theseevil forces to tell us what we
should do and what we shouldn'tdo.
We allowed them to createreligions that did nothing but
divide and suppress.
Spirit says look withinyourself, look within you.

(24:37):
Spirit says take my hand andI'll take your hand, your
brothers and your sisters.
They take my hand and we'llmake.
We will build this wall so evilcan't get through.
We will build a fortress, theshelter those that are afflicted

(24:59):
, those that are in arms way.
We shall be the protectors ofthis earth and of its people.
We rise up together, all of us,whether we believe in prayers,
magic, the craft, whatever poweryou know you have, whatever

(25:26):
basis of spirituality you are.
We work together, we cast outour intention, we speak peace
upon this earth and we speak thehand and the wrath of all the

(25:47):
gods upon those that would takefrom us that peace, that would
take from others the lives thatthey so deserve.
We cast out, we send out ourintentions of love, unity,

(26:11):
mutual respect and understandingthe differences in each other,
working together for that commoninterest, and we reject you,
the one that rejects our desire, our desire for peace, our
desire for life, life moreabundantly.

(26:32):
These government politicians iscorrupt figures.
The corrupts are the ones thatare the ones that are the ones
that are the ones that are theones that are the ones that are
the corruption that goes evenfar above our government.
Yes, I know who you are andsomeday you will know who I am.

(26:57):
We rise together, we rise asone.
A gathering, a time ofgathering shall come.
We shall come together A newpeople, a new way, a new earth.

(27:25):
Believe in yourself, my friends.
Believe in what you can do.
Don't let others judge you anddon't let other people's
judgments bring you down.
Every day ask yourself what canI do?
What can I do?
A simple post, a simple letter, merely saying something, at

(27:50):
work, positive about thesituation.
Maybe develop anotherorganization that does good, a
nonprofit that does good, maybejust doing it, getting a group
together in your town that candiscuss things like this and how
your town or your community cando more for those within you.

(28:11):
We do this together andtogether we make change.
Together.
We make that change thatchanges the world we live in.
We change hearts, one person ata time, one heart at a time.

(28:34):
And you, my friend, the onethat's listening right now, your
heart, your heart, your heart, your heart is so full of love,
so full of power, so full ofpotential, and you've let others
tell you that you can't do itor that you shouldn't do it.

(28:55):
Whatever it is, whatever thathindrance is, I want you to
shake it off.
I want you to break thosechains, I want you to rise up
and I want you to be the man orthe woman or the child that you
are right now.
Be that person, be the best atthat person.

(29:19):
Look within yourself, listen tothat voice that dwells within
you, that voice that gentlyspeaks to you, and those times
of need, those times of deepemotional thought, trust that

(29:44):
voice.
You're going to make somemistakes yes, that's how we
learn.
But don't let those mistakesand don't let those judgments
ever stop you from continuing onyour path, because there's
people down the road, on thatpath, that are going to need you
, and what you know, what youhave learned, the skill sets

(30:11):
that you have, they will needyou are everything that you need
to be and everything that youneed to be in the future you are
becoming.
It's all about timing, buttogether we can change this
world.
Empower us, empower each otherby believing in ourselves and

(30:40):
each other.
Be blessed everybody andblessed be.
I invite you to please tellsomebody about the Pagan
preacher podcast.
