In this episode I discuss what I’ve learned from being 1 year on dialysis.
From brain fog, anxiety to eating restrictions as well as fluid intake limits.
Navigating through a new world that revolves around doctors, nurses, and dialysis.
I’ve learned to adapt to my new reality,
But I have also learned that I am much more than my body.
I’ve become more aware how temporary
life is.
Overall it’s made me more grateful and grounded than ever.
We are spiritual beings as well as eternal beings…we shouldn’t fear death
