Hi! I’m Jasmine Low, I’ve been warned by my physician that I’m pre-diabetic and if I don’t make changes to my lifestyle, I will be going down the path of having insulin resistance and will need to be on medication to manage it. I’m convinced I’ll be able to find a solution and not go down the same path of my mother’s- the person I’m currently carer for. It’s no joke!
