About the Host: Jay Ly Jay, a former Navy Special Operations Bomb Technician, delivered counter-improvised explosive device expertise toNavy SEALs, Army Rangers, and Green Berets during hundreds of combat missions around the globe. Jay remainsdedicated to servant leadership and has pivoted from dismantling improvised explosive devices (IEDs) in combat todismantling stress in peoples’ lives. He advances the lives of others with a proven track record of decisively leading teams to deliver results in high-pressure and sometimes, quite literally, highly explosive environments. Jay brings acalm, friendly demeanor, expert communication skills, and sound judgment to volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous situations.
