While you build your business, creating connections and community is an integral part of success. Community is two-fold: connections with your clients and connections for your business. While independence and self-direction is a mainstay of coaching businesses, it is important to have community as well. It can be tempting, or you may even feel pressured, to do everything alone, to figure everything out yourself. But a powerful support system cannot be overemphasized. We all need one another to succeed.

Understanding what kind of community is right for you is key. Not every community meets the needs of every coach. In this episode, I share my thoughts and advice, and I ask four members of The Coaching Collective for theirs. We talk about makes a community fit each of us and give you a taste of what our Coaching Collective community is like. I hope this will help you choose the right one for you.
