• Obtain consensus among stakeholders on goals of the plan
• How to identify evaluation measures based on the agreed upon goals

• Peyton Moran, AICP Candidate, is a transportation planner and travel demand modeler with Modern Mobility Partners. He joined MMP in 2021 after receiving his M.C.R.P degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.  He is currently working on his MBA at Georgia State University.
