In this personal solo episode, I’m sharing the real reason I said yes to training for my first-ever fitness competition... and why it has absolutely nothing to do with the stage and everything to do with alignment, accountability, and finally raising my own bar.
For the last couple of years, I’ve been coasting. Doing the bare minimum. Floating between plans. And while I wasn’t “failing,” I wasn’t living in alignment with the standards I hold my clients to and I had to call myself out on that.
This isn’t about extremes. It’s about intentionality. It’s about getting back into structure, healing my body, and saying yes to a goal that required me to show up differently. If you’ve been floating, tweaking old plans, or wondering why you feel stuck… this one’s for you.
