At just 27 years old, Samantha Marker has already been recognized as one of the top Realtors in the U.S. Earlier this year, she was named one of the National's Association of Realtors "30 Under 30," honoring standout real estate professionals under age 30. In this episode, the Cape Coral resident talks about how she achieved such a distinction — mainly through hard work. Samantha says she makes herself available to clients whenever they need something — days, nights, weekends, holidays and even vacations. She's also taken full advantage of available technology and even created an innovative interactive map of Southwest Florida that homebuyers can use to check out the area.
