Listen in as your hosts Just Nate and DK chat for nearly an hour with the Founder and CEO of Vigilant Technologies, Carl Ingram and his Director of BD and SW PjM Dan Huffman.  Vigilant has been around for 17+ years and they are experts at what they do.  Data Center, Disaster Recover, Web Hosting, MSP and recently detailed Software Development.  

Their bread and butter so to speak is in the "Intelligent Workspace", i.e. Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The duo talks to us about their #1 issue they have faced as a small business of 10 people.  "SCALING"  As with many small businesses in our world scaling is a difficult problem to have, you need to figure out how to scale whatever you do, if it is a product and you need to make a million widgets next month or building software programs and you need to double your output next month.  Carl put it best in his quarterly announcement when he coined the term "Finding the right busy"  Carl explains this to the smalls team, find the right busy, don't be busy just to stay busy, make sure when you do something there is a end goal behind it.
