(00:00):
Hi, this is Stephanie Maas.

(00:02):
Today I wanna talk to you about necessary endings.
Earlier this week, I was on several calls with a coupleof candidates that I've known for years, specifically.
We've been talking over the last couple of years about theirgrowing dissatisfaction with their current organization.
At the same time, we've been having a lot of dialogueabout what's really important to them in their next steps.

(00:24):
What are they really looking for in their next move?
We've come to that crossroads where I believe we found what they really want, andyet they still had that last minute hesitation of, do I really wanna make a move?
Let's face it, fear of change is huge.
Fear of the unknown is huge.
Anytime you make a move, it takes a tremendous amount of emotional energy, and they're burned out.

(00:50):
They're worn out, they're exhausted.
But when you make a principle based decision that you know in yourheart of hearts when the time is right, it still doesn't make it easy.
But it does help.
So I want to encourage you that yes, there are necessary endings, andthe good news is every ending is the beginning for something else.

(01:12):
So hold tight, make sure that you do make principle-baseddecisions and those necessary endings will occur.

Bleep! with Ana Navarro

Bleep! with Ana Navarro

Fear thrives in silence and confusion. Ana Navarro rejects both. Her voice is an antidote to today’s chaos. Her new podcast, Bleep! with Ana Navarro, takes on today’s most pressing issues with the voices most connected to it: decision-makers, political leaders, cultural shapers, and people on the frontlines of the story. The conversations acknowledge the emotions we all feel—despair, sadness, fear— but emerge with knowledge, perspective, and hope. The belief is simple: fearless dialogue can transform fear into courage, and courage into change. When fear dominates the headlines, this show digs deeper. Because information, debate, and conversation don’t just ease fear, they give us power to shape the future.
