(00:00):
Hi, I'm Stephanie Maas.

(00:02):
Today I wanna talk to you about when the exception becomes the rule.
My favorite example of this is the remote working employees have been very clear on what they want.
One of the things that I hear often from my clients right now is thatin the beginning, before the pandemic working remote, working from home.

(00:26):
Was an exception.
It was never the rule.
The pandemic forced us to make it the rule.
I mean, we had federal guidelines saying, Hey, you can't make people come in.
You shouldn't.
It's not safe.
It became the rule.
Now we have to go back and decide, is this the exception or is it the rule?

(00:47):
People want to be able to do what makes the most sense for them.
In fact, employees productivity skyrocketed.
It was incredible and whatever that looks like for you and your company, it mightbe the rule now, but I do know what might become the rule today in three months, six months, a year from now might change and become the exception, and then it becomes the rule again, whatever you decide, go into it with a mentality of flexibility and grace.

(01:19):
We'll figure it out somehow.

Bleep! with Ana Navarro

Bleep! with Ana Navarro

Fear thrives in silence and confusion. Ana Navarro rejects both. Her voice is an antidote to today’s chaos. Her new podcast, Bleep! with Ana Navarro, takes on today’s most pressing issues with the voices most connected to it: decision-makers, political leaders, cultural shapers, and people on the frontlines of the story. The conversations acknowledge the emotions we all feel—despair, sadness, fear— but emerge with knowledge, perspective, and hope. The belief is simple: fearless dialogue can transform fear into courage, and courage into change. When fear dominates the headlines, this show digs deeper. Because information, debate, and conversation don’t just ease fear, they give us power to shape the future.
