And our bodies? They're patient at first. They whisper. A little tension here, some tiredness there, a gentle nudge that says "hey, I need something from you."
But when we don't listen? The body stops whispering. It starts screaming.
I've been noticing this in myself lately. My body is asking something of me - more movement, more rest, better care - but I'm having trouble actually giving it what it needs. And I know I'm not alone in this.
