SPEAKER_00 (00:00):
This has been your roster, Steve Pelletier, and I'm
the Weatherman.
Thanks for checking into theweathermanpount.com on your
Tuesday.
It is the fourth day of themonth of November 2025.
And while across the Northeast, little frontal systems are
moving down from the Great Lakesfrom time to time, giving us a
little bit of light showeraction.
Most of the showers across NewYork State, most of central and
northern New England as well.
And those showers now movingeastward during the daytime will

(00:22):
have a west-northwest flow, andtemperatures generally in the
50s to near 60 today in New YorkCity, Philadelphia, Baltimore,
and D.C.
Up in the Boston area therecould be some showers.
Temperatures will be coolerthere about 50 to 55.
High pressure currently acrossuh Illinois and Indiana will be
building eastward along thefrontal system, which will
become stationary to our south.
And that means good weather, alittle bit warmer during the

(00:45):
daytime on Wednesday.
Wednesday night, yet againanother cold front arrives, and
that may bring us a shower.
High pressure builds in forThursday, Friday, and Saturday,
then another frontal system onSunday.
So it looks like about threedays of fair weather and then a
frontal system.
But the fronts are very light, not seeing any major areas of
low pressure moving into themid-Atlantic or Northeast.
So generally dry weathercontinues this trend that has uh

(01:08):
been continuing since the latesummer through September and
October, a little bit about aninch or so, inch or two uh of
water below normal for eachmonth.
Looks like it's continuing nowinto November.
If you like and see all the wayout to about the 10th or the
11th, and it's basically drywith near normal temperatures as
well.
Now, if you're traveling by airtoday, of course, keep in mind

(01:30):
still lots of delays until weget the shutdown taken care of.
And we're looking at Atlantawith clear skies, good weather
in Miami, good weather inCharlotte, New York,
Philadelphia, and Baltimore, decent conditions, some rain
showers, slowing up just a bitweather-wise up in the Boston
area.
Chicago, Minneapolis, St.
Paul, all dry, dry in Houston,Dallas, and also in LA, and

(01:51):
mostly uh San Diego and LA onthe dry side after some early
fog.
Rain will be moving into SanFrancisco, into the Bay Area,
and it does look like rainyweather for Portland and Seattle
today and tonight.
I've been your modern SteveFelder, and I am the weatherman.
Hope you have a great day today.
And we'll talk to you firstthing on Wednesday.
See you then.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
