and I am the Weatherman.
Thanks for checking into theWeathermanPod.com on your
Saturday, 22nd day of the monthof November 2025.
And uh well, it looks like ourweather is going to be improving
for the northeast.
Still some rain across coastalsections of Virginia and North
Carolina right up through themorning hours, but that'll be
moving offshore.
Frontal system extends from justoff the coast of Nova Scotia

(00:22):
down to the uh outer banks ofNorth Carolina, an area of low
pressure moving out of easternTennessee and Kentucky, and
that'll continue to move east.
But generally dry weather ismoving down from the Great Lakes
into the area, so it should giveus some pretty good weather for
the northeast both today andtomorrow.
West Coast gradually drying outafter the rains of recent, but
the low pressure is movingacross Baja.
So still some rain acrossSouthern California at the

(00:43):
border area and over southernand western portions of Arizona.
Looks like into PacificNorthwest, another area of low
pressure, starting to bring insome rain, but it's a slower
process.
Maybe some showers in Portland, but some uh rainy conditions
expected in Seattle, Tacoma, uh,for a good balance of this
weekend.
In the meantime, for today, looking at an improving trend.
We'll start off with someshowers, but it looks like

(01:05):
clearing as the day wears on.
Temperatures generally gettingup between 50 and 55, pretty
close to normal for this time ofyear across the Northeast.
At night it will be clear andchilly, and that means nighttime
low is about 29 to 34 degrees, about 36 degrees in New York,
and 35 to 40 in Philadelphia andBaltimore.
However, as we head out towardsChicago, uh it looks like

(01:25):
nighttime temperatures could getdown into the 20s, so some
colder weather in those places.
Uh, looking at a nice day beforeSunday, highs will reach the
lower 50s.
Monday also looking fair.
Low pressure expected to arriveduring the latter portion of
Tuesday and Tuesday night couldbring us some rain.
Sharply colder weather down fromCanada will give us uh decent
weather for the Thanksgivingholiday on Thursday, although

(01:47):
temperatures will be chilly inthe 40s and a little bit breezy
too.
The fair weather trend willcontinue into Friday in the
early portion of the lastweekend of November.
If you're flying today, it lookslike a few showers in Atlanta.
Also rainy conditions in the uhcentral and western portion of
North Carolina and Charlottelooking at uh probably I fire
conditions and rain there.
Central and South Floridalooking pretty good.

(02:08):
Houston's some showers, but dryin Dallas.
Dry in Chicago, but colder, andcolder in Minneapolis, St.
Paul, with a little cold frontmoving through there.
Those showers in SouthernCalifornia, San Diego, and LA
moving east during the daytime.
San Francisco's looking dry, buta little bit of cloud cover and
looks like some showers forPortland and up in Seattle, as
mentioned.
I'm India Major Steve Pelletier, and I am the weatherman.

(02:29):
Still looks like some prettygood weather coming up for the
Thanksgiving holiday.
We have that cold front arrivingon Wednesday.
So there will be some showersthen with folks traveling either
by road or by air.
Uh might be some delays, but itdoes look like generally nice
conditions for early onThursday.
If you can get a flight then, you'll probably have excellent
conditions and very littledelays.
Uh first flights out, always thebest.
I know it's tough to get up, butthat's when the airplanes start.

(02:53):
And that's where they start allthe by the time you get later in
the day, the delays really startto mount, and that's where you
have all those extensive delaysand uh very frustrating
situations.
So first flight out, always thebest.
Early Thursday, the weather doeslook good.
Or if you come from the WestCoast, looks like uh, well, the
red eye will be fine during theovernight hours and guess good

(03:13):
weather into the New York areawhen you arrive on Thursday.
And also for Friday andSaturday, although we could see
some more stormy weather movingin on the last half of the
weekend on that last day ofNovember.
I'm Steve Pelletier, and I amthe Weatherman.
Hope you have a great day today.
Talk to your first thing onSunday.
We'll check on that Thanksgivingforecast once again then.
