EP11: In this episode, our special guest is Cheryl Malik, a multi-talented career woman talks to us about how to love our postpartum bodies physically, nutritionally and emotionally.
Cheryl is an Editor-in-Chief of the food blogging website, EasyHealthyRecipes.com; which offers everyone quick, enjoyable and healthy recipes that anyone can make! Not only that, she runs a mama-centric clothing store called Quattro Mama with the goal of changing the postpartum experience to be kinder and more comfortable to women. Also, she is the recipe writer and photographer behind the healthy, delicious recipes at 40 Aprons.
To add in her arsenal of skills and companies, she also runs 40A, a Virtual Assistance agency for food bloggers with her BFF, and will soon be launching a luxurious and affordable clean skin care line, Real Good.
Listen to her story as we talk about how she began her mission to show women they can love their bodies again while being a confident mom and a wife! (She also has a dog too!) Her story is a proof that with determination and perseverance, anything is possible!
