Resilience is improved when a child’s gifts, skills, and talents are valued. How can we as parents model resiliency for our kids? Be open about how you problem solve. What was the biggest contributing factor that helped Dr. Robyne overcome her challenges with depression as a teen? What Dr. Robyne does today to cope with life’s challenges. When is it ok to rescue our kids and when is it ok to support them when managing discomfort?
